okay, watched the first episode of goblin slayer, not nearly as bad as what it was made out to be. Still a bit depressing but hey, saved 2 of 4 rookies, coulda been worse.

So i figured out, as much as id love the equivalent of an anime doom guy slaying goblins, i dont like seeing the lovely anime chicas catch a case of the mutilation.

It didn't take much to wake Aiden, he didn't sleep well, and when he did it was a light sleep at that. When he rose he heard Argurios tell him about the shelter, he got an idea. "I don't know why I just thought about this, but lets turn the boat over and prop it up for a shelter," he said as he made his way to the boat. When he got to the boat he looked out to the water. Last night, he could have sworn he saw something in the water. Not much, but just a few breaks in the water where parts of its body and eyes were floating above the river. It passed by them and continued down river, so he didn't think much of it.
He turned back to the others and was preparing to try moving the boat when he decided to ask them if they knew anything about the creature. "So... Do any of you know anything about things that inhabit rivers? Like the local wild life and such?"

"Alright, then!" Garsin said as he claped his hands together and rubbed them, "Whenever you are all finished here, I'll meet y'all in the training room and I'll let everyone know what we are doing from there," he said as he started to leave the room.

"...I wanted to go too...you should have let me ask."Terra pouted.
"Why?" Ander questioned, leaning aback in a chair with his hadns behind his head and eyes closed, "It was just a request to get a cat out of a tree. It hardly takes much effort for one regular person, much less a mage. And three of them went! Besides, there's probably a better quest up there anyway." There was was a moment of silence before he opened one of his eyes a little to see Terra poking her two index fingers together... still pouting. "...You just wanted to go so that you could see the cat, didn't you?"
"Of coarse!" Terra exclaimed as she perked up.
"All right, lets go." Ander sighed as he got up and headed for the door with a giddy Terra behind him.
Dremmick watched as they left out the door as well and then thought out loud, "Something doesn't feel right. the others left a good bit ago. They should have been done with this and come back already."
