So, if Terra is going to be used by Mtntopview, then I guess we should fill him in on the full back-story and I can tell him the powers I had planned for her. I'll copy information to him from our Wendingo wail pm so he can read it.

When Charlie reentered the room with the two bodies, Drake went out of control, "[b]YOU BAS***D!" He then rushed him with every intent on killing him. Jared was waiting for this however and reacted with him.

"GARSIN! LEBEN! Aufhören Drake!"

At that moment, Garsin morphed out of the surrounding steel and slammed into Drake, pinning him down. Drake beat at the golem, and drained it of its magic energy until it went to collapse. Drake caught the parts as they were falling and tossed them to the side. By the time he was up, however, the ritual was already starting and he was too late...

Jared paid the rock saws no mind as he saw them crumble futilely against the bars. he walked up and placed a hand on Charlie's shoulder, pulling him back. "Take it easy there, go sit down." He turned toward Kevan and then looked at Sonitus holding a hand out in Kevan's direction. "Really? C'mon, you could have at least said something." He was a bit frustrated with this being the second person to sneak in, this one in particular bot past one of the most aware people in the room. "Well, Algon. We have a location, should Charlie go collect?"

Ander shifted awkwardly, not knowing where to stand on the matter. He still felt like running a good number of people here through, but he couldn't take chances at a time like this.

This, in my eyes, is what he is saying.

If a spirit is free, then they can participate on their own. However, if a spirit is keybound, then they cannot participate in the fight BY THEMSELVES. instead, they can ONLY fight when summoned by a celestial wizard.

in example.

Ursa, being a free spirit with no current keybindings, can freely join as a participant.
Gao, being keybound, cannot enter himself in as a participant.
Eli can summon his spirits into battle, which, in turn, allows Gao to fight.

Drake, more than anything, wanted to be with his wife and child again, but to tamper with the bodies and souls of lost loved ones seemed a condemning transgression.

And.. if this works...we'll be free?...Alright, even if Terra should never speak to me again, you will have me at your side for this last mission... However, should this not work, I will be back for you." Ander walked over next to where the circle was. He was ready, but if anything happened, he would also be ready to fight.

I'm not sure if you would be able to pull rock through feet of steel, BUT as a dragonslayer you can produce it from your body.
