@VitoftheVoid Alas, I ought to have assumed the two races were antithetical. With that information I can easily envision a vampire or werewolf transforming into the other from a bite. A mix, or at least a living one, would be harder to justify; I'll likely go the route of some other hunkering monstrosity. In the end, I just want to be something hideous. Mahaha!

@VitoftheVoid And because I'm feeling ambitious, what would you think is the reasonability of a werewolf/vampire "mix" of sorts? (Edited out "hybrid" since that has genetic implications.)
