A loud clanking sound rang out as one of the players moved forward wordlessly. the armour covering every part -aside from a few chinks and chips where battle damage had knocked off - of the player's body, as if it was created for that exact reason. The player in question, a 'SkullCrusher' seemed to almost hide from the world, with the masssive blade on the player's back. It crushed minor monsters, but like the armour, had more look than ability with stats only slightly above the average of the players level. However, at the end of the boss battle, the user wasn't dead so obviously they did something good.
Once the stone doors opened to reveal the way to the enxt level, the large armour-clad giant moved on without a word for the deceased. There would not be anyone in the second floor yet, so the first to arrive would get prime positions for smithies and such. The clanking made with every food step followed Skuillcrusher's movement towards the second floor, with silent intent.

So, how would I swing getting to the second floor? Just, Clank out of the teleporter and growl at people until I can scare up a party?

Ohh. Sorry, I thought they where your characters, and I was just interacting with them. I never did good writing with myself, excluding my book but that's a different matter. I usually flop them, and they are really anti-climax. I don't mind waiting a while to get this Icy Arc concluded with as much feel as possible. But, I can control the Ice Warlord if you want me to,I have a plan set out, and I guess controlling it all myself would make it work seamlessly. Just, blow the guy to bits, warm up the castle, and wait for someone to open a portal that she can get back out from.

I'd say that they would be rather weak to it, but casting fire magic would be awfully hard in a realm where the air is indescribably frigid and the sheer cold and wind could kill you in seconds.
Magic doesn't follow the laws of physics until it is cast. So, while she could conjure a fireball, the atmosphere would whip it away in moments. Still, I have a plan, a very great plan. If the fight with Ifrit didn't show you that Emily is well capable of defeating creatures many times of size and strength with her mind this certainly will.
