I guess you could counter Yami no Sekai by getting out of the orb of darkness. The beam of light and Crossfire might be harder, since they travel at light-speed (obviously, being light) or though Elmo is more of a Thermal based light.

Yea. Sekai is the Sustained, and the others are what she can do once it's up. Like, Byakuya can't use Senkei or Gokei without using his Bankai first. And Wolf of Bees, makes her whole body stronger by absorbing the light in Beowulf, but Cocentration puts all that strength into a certain spot, so that spot gets even more stronger than usual, but the rest of the body loses the buff.

All except Yami no Sekai are active. Wolf of Bees, and Wolf of Bees, Concentration are passive casts, Yami no Sekai is sustained, with a max of 5 posts before it falls apart, but can also be broken by the Crossfire of Saint Elmo.
