The Mad Stick. This magical spear has been an heirloom in the Alsall family since last week. Probably. None of the family ware really good at remembering things, but it has always been there. It's special ability, setting it apart from all other spears, is that it can absorb any magic that comes into contact with it, and store the energy within itself, signified by the spear changing from red to white. While the requirement to fill it up is considerable, and it does nothing until full, it has a potent technique once charged.

When full, the magic vents rapidly, and distorts the space around the spear, allowing one of two things to happen. If it is thrusted, or otherwise kept in Elana's hand, then the tip ignores most defences,and strikes the target behind it. If thrown, the spear shimmers, and spilts into a dozen spears, each hitting the area around the target with considerable force, but not gaining the 'Ghosting' that the thrust gains.

Short Biography
Elana was born into the Alsall family. They where rich, but also possessed a....unique insight to the world. Thus sprouting the unofficial name for the family residence 'The Gilded Asylum'. Of course, it wasn't really an Asylum, asylums try to suppress the crazy, but in Elana's house, the crazy flourishes. As a child, and a teenager, and since birth really, she had been given everything she wanted, and taught to stand above the mud covered peasants who are always crying about being repressed, bloody peasants. Upon hearing she had been accepted into the Academy Of The Arcane Artes, Elana took it with glee, and immediately set off, with three footmen, a maid and a carriage of luggaage, including The Mad Stick.

Personality
Emily can, coming from a noble family, appear pretentious and snooty at times, but this is exactly how she wants to come off. THe lower riff-raf have no place fraternizing with someone of her high station, begone peasant. That said, if someone interests Elana, and is able to catch her on a good day, then she may over-look their station.

She can also have bouts of nuttiness, just spontaneously coming out of nowhere, but this is claimed to be the Alsall's 'unique perceptive' of the world. While helpful in certain situations, being able to see things most overlook, she comes off as bonkers to most people. She can be rather possessive of her things, and sees people she likes as her things. Which leads to awkward situations.

Obviously, Elana has difficulty using logic for most situations, since she sees logic in a different spectrum to everyone else. She also has a distinct obliviousness to danger, and social etiquette. She also outright refuses to help someone, even if they are being mauled by a giant three headed tiger, if she thinks they have slighted her, and demands an apology before doing anything.

Strange Attributes/Abilities/Traits
Elana can quite accurately predict the weather, but always has trouble translating her prediction to other people, which makes it quite useless most of the time. She can see though lies and deception with incredible ease, and notices things in situations that others can miss. In combat, her perception becomes a weapon that synergies very well with her great agility, her body highly flexible, and able to proficiently wield her spear in all but the tightest of spaces.
