Thomas: There are exceptions though, humans with special powers like the Guild Members (Fael,Marie, Hugh, Magio, Necrox and Lilly too.) can survive and fight back against those monsters.

Kuro: Wow, we must be careful then meow...
Thomas: Usually, when Noise presence are detected, an alarm sounds, telling the common population to go to the shelters, leaving only the Special People to take care of them. But there's a catch, if someones powers are too weak, they might not survive the...ahem... "Carbon Effect."
