Kunoichi: Well, i'm all wrapped up, going to check on the boss before going back to battle.

As Kunoichi arrived at the place Hideiyori was, she saw a rather familiar face attacking him.

Music - Epic Man

Kunoichi: Hey, if isn't Mister Miserable. How ya been Hanzo!

Hanzo Hattori: Disappear!
Kunoichi: No can do, you happen to be on the same room of the guy your lord wants dead...

Kunoichi: And you have to pass through me first!
Hanzo: Hmph!

Hanzo threw his Kusarigama at Kunoichi, who repelled the blade with her kunai and quickly got close to Hanzo, they traded some blows before repelling each other, then, both started to move at high speeds, but they couldn't damage each other.

Kunoichi: Whew!
Hanzo: ....

Kunoichi: (Weird, i remember the castle shaking a while ago....is it because they think Hanzo managed to kill the boss?)

Meanwhile, at the Tokugawa's Main camp

Messenger: My Lord, breaking news!
Ieyasu: What is it?
Messenger: The Cannon shots are being intercepted.
Ieyasu: What did you say?

From the top of the castle, Fael repelled the cannon shots as if they were simple baseball balls.


Fael: (I won't be able to keep this going for much longer. Someone needs to stop those cannons from firing....)

Sanada Ward

The arquebusiers in the Ward to defeat some of the Tokugawa's forces that were close to it, but there was still much to be done, as some cannons were aimed at the Tertiary Ward, in order to make another entrance for Ieyasu's army.

Kiyomasa: We could use the west gate to get to the cannons, but Masamune is at that route...and the least we want now is him meddling.
Kai: There's the East gate, but it would take more time and there are many enemy officers at that direction.
Kiyomasa: Guess we have to try our luck at West then...even if our men is fatigued, we have to take the risk.

Suddenly, Masanori appeared, bring some news.

Masanori: Kiyomasa, we have reinforcements.
Kiyomasa: What?

From the ward, they could see a man wielding a massive sword, slashing through the Tokugawa's forces.

Kiyomasa: Is that...Sakon?

Sakon Shima: No matter how grave the situation, there's always a chance to turn things around.
Kiyomasa: Heh, what are the odds huh?
Sakon: If you want me to hold dragon boy, then consider it granted, but still, use the Eastern Gate, i cleared some soldiers for you guys.
Kiyomasa: Much appreciated, let's go!
Masanori and Kai: Okay!

Meanwhile, Yukimura and Kanetsugu still fought, trading blows whitout the intention on giving up, Yukimura gave rapid stab attacks, while Kanetsugu blocked as much as he could, counter-attacking using his charms at mid-range, attemping to pin Yukimura in the ground, but the Sanada avoided them, then, Naoe got close and attacked with his sword, Yukimura defended.


Yukimura: Urgh...
Kanetsugu: Won't you ask me nothing?

Yukimura: What should i ask then? Why you decided to side with Tokugawa? I already know the answer.
Kanetsugu: I see....It seems you really abandoned everything for revenge.

Yukimura: ......
Kanetsugu: I'll show you what that road had taken you.

Naoe backed off, summoning his charms again, and decided to bombard Yukimura with laser, then finishing the assault by sending his charms to the sky to shot powerful laser at the surrounding area, injuring Yukimura.


Yukimura: Argh....
Kanetsugu: I decided to move foward, to see the land Lord Ieyasu will create for us, and his dream won't be interrupted.
Yukimura: ....
Kanetsugu: This is good-bye...my friend...

Yukimura: Heh, you still call me friend huh?

Sanada managed to dodge Kanetsugu's killing blow, Yukimura, now glaring intently at his oponent, started to slash him with his spear, finishing by a stab on the ground, that lifted a powerful pillar of flames. Kanetsugu was kneeling at the ground, Yukimura pointing his spear at him.

Kanetsugu: Kill me! My Dream is lost.

But Yukimura didn't comply to Naoe's plea.


Yukimura: Heh, i'm really are hopeless, you know that? I intend to make my own destiny with my own hands. But that doesn't mean I couldn't use a little help from a friend. Come on. What say we both live?

Mio: Alright, since i was able to hurl Masaki across a room, let's see if i can use this! RESONANCE QUAKE!

Punching the ground with much force, the earth started to shake and a huge shockwave was created, since it was a map attack that didn't had the same safety measures as Cyflash, it was bound to hit people who was nearby. Of course, they started to complain.


Ragna: UGAH! Hey! Be careful around you! Idiot!

Masaki: Mio...What the hell are you doing?

But Celica was the one that didn't get hit, Minerva had caught her and jumped when the shockwave ocurred.


Celica: That was close!

Mio: I'm not finished yet!

She started to throw punches repeatedly at Celica/Minerva, they were having dificulties at blocking them.


Mio: ATATATATATATATATA!!!
Celica: M-Minerva! Give your best!
Mio: Chou Shindou Ken

With a strong straight punch, she sent the duo flying away.


Celica: Owowowow...

Celica: Well, i guess it's our turn, let's go Minerva!

Using Minerva's help, she quickly closed in Mio, and then, doing movements, as if commanding her doll to attack, Minerva started to combo Mio with punches, kickes and uppercuts.


Mio: Okay, maybe she isn't that harmless at all!

Messenger: My Lord, we just recieved a report from Magoichi Saika, he said that the plan has worked.
Ieyasu: Good, now we only need to wait for Yukimura Sanada to leave the Main Keep.
Messenger: It's higly likely that it will be shortly, they are preparing to reclaim the Sanada Ward.
Ieyasu: Excellent, it's just a matter of time unitl Hideiyori is routed.
Messenger: One last info.
Ieyasu: What is it?
Messenger: About the officer who helped to clear the castle's Secondary Ward.
Ieyasu: What about him?
Messenger: J-Just see for yourself my lord.

Ieyasu climbs a ramp, giving him the view of the castle, he could see everything going well...everything expect for one thing.

He could see large clouds of dust, with his officers mixed on it.

Ieyasu: W-what? A single soldier is doing all that?
Messenger: Yes, we thought he was just only a strong enemy officer, but that might turn into a problem.
Ieyasu: W-worry not, as long as they don't discover our mole, victory will still be ours.
Messenger: Yes.
Ieyasu: (We're counting on you...)

Fael: OUT OF THE WAAAAAAY!!!! PEOPLE WHOTHINKS UNDERSTAND THAT THIS PLACE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN WON'T BE ABLE TO STOP ME!!!!

With a swing of his katana, many sdoldiers flyed away, only more capable enemy officers were able to stay on the blade, but they doubted if they could match Fael's might.

Enemy Officer: H-He's a Demon!

Fael: How rude! At least calle me a Lion!
Enemy Officer: KILL HIM!

They advanced at Fael, he quickly dispatched the soldiers, while trading some sword blows with the Enemy Officers, they couldn't him, after clearing part of the Tertiary Keep, he saw that he still "had a long way."


Fael: After Magoichi, i know there's going to be someone stronger up ahead, so i need to give my all!

And once again, the huge clouds of dusts appeared once more, Kunoichi, who went ahead was to beat some soldiers and officers in front of the Sanada Ward, was seeing the whole scene.


Kunoichi: Someone's on fire.

Fael: DERYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!

Kunoichi: Wait, it's Fael?

Kunoichi: Who thought he had it into him.

Nearby there, Kiyomasa and Ina were in a weapon dead-lock

Ina: W-what is that?
Kiyomasa: Whoever it is, i'm glad it is on our side!
Ina: Grrr....
Kiyomasa: From now on, there's going to be only hell!

Kiyomasa repelled Ina away, then he gave a somersault jump and hit his scythe on the ground, causing a powerful shockwave, damaging anyone around it.

Ina: Urgh...
Kiyomasa: We'll protect this place at any costs!
Ina: Fine then, i'll take my leave....I'll probably won't be able to stop Yukimura if i can't even stop one of his friends....
Kiyomasa: ....

Ina leaves the battle, shortly, Yukimura Sanada arrives with Kaihime.


Yukimura: Was that...
Kiyomasa: Yep.

Yukimura: She probably came here to stop me.
Kiyomasa: We'll worry about that later, let's go to the Sanada Ward, it is a risky gamble...
Kai: But, we'll be here to accompany you.

Kunoichi: Well, these officers, they've been giving me quite the workout.

Kunoichi: Much apreciated, even though i'm the bodyguard here.

Fael: (She proably knows what's between Yukimura and Kanetsugu, that's why she didn't enter the Sanada Ward yet.)

After taking their time defeating the remaing enemy officers, they could see Yukimura, Kiyomasa and Kaihime opening their way.


Kunoichi: There's my lord.

Fael: (Which reminds me, i need to speak something to Kiyomasa...)

Music - Annihilation battle

Suddenly, something had pinned Fael into a wall, it was spell charms. Then, someone lunged for the killing blow.

???: Die!

Kunoichi: Not on my watch!

Thanks to her speed, Kunoichi was able to protect Fael from the attack, but she didn't had time to block it, so she was slashed.


Fael: K-KUNOICHI!!!!

Kunoichi: Urgh...

Kanetsugu Naoe: If i end you, Yukimura won't have someone protecting him!

Fael: I WON'T LET YOU!

Breaking free from the biding charms, Fael attacked Kanetsugu, Naoe managed to defend from the attack, but he was pushed away some meters.

Fael: I'm surprised....i thought i would be able to send you flying away like i did with the others...
Kanetsugu: I'm not that weak for it to happen, now prepare yourself.
Fael: Unfortunately, i'm not allowed to defeat you.
Kanetsugu: !!!

Yukimura: Kanetsugu...
Kanetsugu: .....

Fael: Kunoichi, hang in there, i'll take you to a safe place.

Kunoichi: But...Lord Yukimura....
Kai: Oh, we'll stick close to him, go ahead and heal yourself before coming back, get it?

Fael carries Kunoichi away, Kanetsugu and Yukimura glare at each other intently, once friends, now turned enemies, they were about to fight.

Secondary Ward

Fael: You're worried about Yukimura...right?

Kunoichi: If i don't stay close to him...he might charge into the Tokugawa's forces alone, even if we manage to drive them away from the castle, he still have that massive force...even if Yukimura manage to pass through them...i doubt he would have the remaing strenght to defeat Ieyasu...

Fael: ....

Suddenly, the castle is hit with another cannon ball.


Fael: Tch, if this keeps on, the castle will be set on flames, Kunoichi, go recover inside the castle, i'll do something about these cannons.
Kunoichi: .....

Fael: Don't worry, i'll come back alive, so that we can make a party.

Kunoichi: But...i said that on a whim...it wasn't being serious.

Fael: Hey...I'm planning to keep up the promise, please, you have to do the same, stay alive for everyone that will be waiting for you at the end of this battle.

Kunoichi: ...You're right, if i die now, who's going to watch my lord's back? Not you right?

Kael: I could tell that it had fought a hard battle before...when i looked up close, it was damaged.

Mana: I see, so you're saying that thanks to it, the robot focused on avoid our attacks? ((In video-game terms, it leveled up))

Uni: Then we need to get stronger if we want to face it again.

Kael: (Probably...there's something bothering me about that robot, why is it inteligent like that?) Still, i wonder if Shu and the others got more luck.

As soon as the battle started, the Tokugawa's forces were able to breach easilly into the castle, it was a sign that the battle ahead would be harsh.


Fael: Geh...The Speed these guys managed to enter the place...

Kiyomasa Kato: That's Ieyasu for you. Battles against him were never easy. For now, let's focus on liberating the Secondary Ward, can i count on you?
Fael: Sure, let's do this!
Hideiyori Toyotomi: My people, please. This House, the legacy of my father's....Give everything you can to keep it safe.

Ieyasu Tokugawa: This battle will finally draw down the curtain on this long age of conflict.

Fael: We'll see about that, i'm not letting destroy the only home they have!

Masanori Fukushima: RAAAAAGH! Death or Glory, right Kiyomasa?
Kiyomasa: How about focusing on glory this time?

Fael, Kiyomasa and Masanori were defeating the enemies into the Second Ward, the recieved the news that Kanetsugu Naoe have occupied the Sanada Ward, Magoichi Saika was aproaching the Second Ward.

Kiyomasa: Yukimura and Kanetsugu would up fighting each other sooner or later.

Fael: ....
Kiyomasa: Muneshige Tachibana is going to face Magoichi, i'll going to help clear the Tertiary Ward, what are you gonna do?

Fael: For now, Help Muneshige out, i heard that Magoichi has a skilled riflemen.
Kiyomasa: Got it, see you later. Hey Fool! Can you hold the fort here?
Masanori: I'll be fine, just go!

The three take separate ways, Fael defeats soldies along the way until he reaches Muneshige.

Fael: Sir, i'm here to help!

Muneshige: I apreciate it, just take it easy.

Magoichi Saika: I had heard a rumor of a kid giving trouble to the enemy officers, is it you?

Fael: Wait...me?
Muneshige: Yeah, have you noticed that you didn't got a scratch?

Fael: Well.... (That's probably an achievement, considering the number of soldiers...)
Magoichi: Not wanting to ruin the party, but don't think that happiness will go on for much longer.

Fael: Oh yeah?

Suddenly, they heard a tremor, the Main Keep was being shot by Tokugawa's Cannons.

Muneshige: The main keep...

Fael: Tch!
Magoichi: Alright pals, FIRE!

The Saika contined their assault, Fael dodged and repelled the bullets while Muneshige used his shield to protect himself, he closed in the riflemen and stared to take them down, Fael closed in Magoichi.


Fael: Ha!
Magoichi: Whoa!

He skillfully dodged Fael's slash and shot at him, Fael blocked the bullet and attacked again, but Magoichi defended with his Musket, Muneshige tried to attack as well, but Magoichi dodge-rolled to get away from the duo and shot at them again, and the bullets were once again blocked.


Fael: He's good...
Magoichi: I Must be good, or else i'll get shuned by the laidies.
Muneshige: Always the womanizer huh?
Magoichi: Okay guys, i need to finish this fast, so see ya!

He started to shot continuously at the duo, with powerful shots from his musket.

Fael: Urgh!
Muneshige: Tch...
Magoichi: And now...

Fael: Not yet!

For Magoichi's surprise, Fael have endured the shots enough to engage in a counter-attack, he closed in and slashed at Magoichi, he tried to defend, but his guard was broken, leaving him open for an attack.

Muneshige: Too bad for you!

Quickly, Muneshige rammed Magoichi using his shield, then slashed him, he repeated the twice before jumping into the air and shoting two energy slashing from his sword in form of a cross.

Magoichi: This place is truly impenatrable...by normal means. See you guys around.

Fael: He left...
Muneshige: What he said before worried me, why he needed to defeat us fast? I know he could keep fighting us for a little while longer.

Fael: ...
Muneshige: Go ahead and help clear the Tertiary Ward, i'll stay here a little while longer.

Fael: Understood. I'll tell Lord Kiyomasa your thoughts when i meet him.

Fael charged ahead, entering the tertiary ward, it was even more crowed than the secondary ward, so it would take a time before he could clear half of it and reach the Sanada Ward, meanwhile, at the other entrance to the Second Ward.


Kaihime: Urgh, you're such a pushover, but i'm determined to beat you!

Inahime: The head of Toyotomi will be ours!
Kiyomasa: Hah!

He got close and slashed at Ina with his Scythe, but to no avail, since she dodged, then, Ina started to rapid-fire shot arrows from her bladed-bow, Kiyomasa spinned it to deflect them.

Ina: We used to be allies, why did you betray my lord like this?
Kiyomasa: This is not a betrayal, this is our house, i simply wish to keep it safe!
Kai: We will protect it!
Ina: I see, then i won't show mercy.

She stoped the rapid-firing to shot a single arrow at Kiyomasa, the blocked it and dragged him some meters.

Kiyomasa: I'll take care of her, go call Yukimura, we are going for the Sanada Ward after i defeat her. He's inside the castle clearing some minor invaders.
Kai: Got it!
Ina: You won't call him here!

Ina shot another arrow at Kai, but Kiyomasa cut it.

Kiyomasa: Your fight is with me!
Ina: Tch!

Thomas: (Wow, they are pretty serious, i feel like i'm going to get burned by their emotions...

Thomas: (I wonder if Fael would have felt the same thing.)

Hugh: But...there's one thing i still don't get...

Marie: What?

Hugh: I mean, it's still recent that he got that weapon right? It must means he still can't use it right.
???: I can answer to that.

Thomas: So it makes sense that Peach will aim you guys more and more.

Kael: Auto-Flame Shooter!

Like a machine gun, Kael shot at the Gespenst using his sword, but it dodged by jumping, Mana took aim and shot as well, but it repelled the bullet with its Plasma Sword.

((mistake, what Uni shot at Eisnts was the E-Mode, not B-Mode))


Uni: E-MODE! SHOOT!

She shot many beams at the robot, managing to hit it, but then, huge heli-blades went at her, Kael repelled one away and Mana shot down the other one, then, the robot landed on the ground.

Kael: It's hard to hit this guy, i'll go up close and see if i can restrict its movements by keeping it busy!

Mana: Roger, Uni, you have to use the B-Mode for this.

Uni: Okay, setting it to B-Mode, go ahead Kael.

Kael: Here i come!

Kael charged at high speeds at the Gespenst, it reacted like predicted and attacked with the Plasma Cutter, they were stuck in a deadlock.


Kael: Urgh...As expected from a robot....too strong...

Uni: Kael!

Kael: Shoot! Now!

Mana: Okay! BOOSTED SHOOTER!

Uni: It's range is short, but it got power! B-MODE!

The shots were precise and powerful, managing to knock the Gespenst in the ground.


Uni: W-we did it!

Kael: Nice Aim you two!

Mana: Tha-

Mana: Watch out!

Kael: It's still active?
Gespenst: ...............

Since Kael was the closest, the Gespents decided to assault him with a combo of the Plasma Cutter, sending Kael away with the Slash Ripper, then, it finished the attack with a beam.


Kael: Uargh!!!

Uni: KAEL!

Mana: L-Let's retreat! He needs treatment!

Uni: Yes...

They ran away, surprisingly, the Phantom didn't give chase, as if knowing it would end bad if it did, the robot went back to the crossgate and travelled back to the endless frontier.

He seems someone jumping from tree to tree, it was a female ninja.


???: The battle is going to start, if i don't hurry, Yukimura-sama will be in trouble.

Fael: (Yukimura? The names sounds familiar.)

???: H-hey! You!

Fael: Eh?

She lands, wielding two ninja knives, glaring at Fael.


???: You're not a spy from Tokugawa....are you?

Fael: Like...what?
???: I-I mean...

???: Sorry...It's not like me to stop random people...something very serious is going to happen today.

Fael: Like what exactly?

???: I'll explain in the way, i'm in a hurry.
