Hugh: Okay, but only if i get to sing "Freefalling".

Garrod: Right! Let's jump once more.

Karina: I haven't had such fun like this in a while.

Garrod: (If only Tiffa was here...)

When they reached the flag, they let go of the warp star and started to descend, of course, Hugh was the one who was having more fun.


Hugh: FREEFAAAAAALING!

Meanwhile, Marie had arrived. While it didn't look like it, she was somewhat having fun, just somewhat.


Marie: Well, since i won't get severly injured in this kind of fall, might as well take this oportunity.

And then, she repeated the same thing that the others before her did.

Part 23 - Darkness and Light in Zero

Music - The Judge and the Judged

While Midori and Black Heart started their fight with Akina, Lerafa, Vergil and White Heart started their fight with Darklight Zero, any attempt on harming him was blocked.


Vergil: Not bad at all. It would be too disapointing if he was too easy.

White Heart: Dang, even with the guy that supposedly defeated this moron once, we still didn't make a dent on this bitch.

Lerafa: For the record, while people credit me for defeating him, i didn't do alone, i was fused with my brother at the time, and that was that gave me advantage. Even with the Requiem, we're evenly matched.

Zero: Exactly! The weakness of living beings is that they need to rely on other people to draw their strenght. Now, suffer!!!

He summons many powerful dark beams, the team dodged them all, Lerafa tried to close him and slash Zero with his Azure Sword, but it was blocked by something that wasn't exactly a Dark Spike.


Zero: Sword of Destruction, lay punishment on these fools.

With a swing, he blasted Lerafa away, he proteced himself with a body energy barrier.


Lerafa: So...New Zero...New Tricks huh?

Vergil: Now i'm a little motivated.

Zero: SWORD OF DESTRUCION!

He swings it once more, Lerafa lifted his shield once more, White Heart dodged, while Vergil...was liberating a tremendous amount of power.

Music: Vergil Battle 3


Vergil: You will not forget this devil's power...

Devil Trigger Vergil: YOU'RE NOT WORTHY AS MY OPPONENT!

Zero: Ho...

Vergil then, seemly teleports at high speeds and slashes Zero at the same time.


Zero: ...ARGH!!! HOW?

Devil Trigger: DON'T GET SO SURPRISED!!!

Vergil untransforms and sheats his sword, Zero starts to bleed.


Vergil: Devils and Gods are supposed to have the same amount of power. Don't get so cocky.

Zero: I'm still FAR FROM OVER!

He started to shot mini versions of the Return to Zero Move, Lerafa and Vergil started to repel the attacks.


Lerafa: Blanc, Now!

White Heart: ABOUT TIME!

She ran foward while avoiding some spheres, when it got to a distance where she wouln't de able to dodge then, she swung her axe while spinning to destroy them.


Zero: !!!

White Heart: Haaa!

Before she could hit him, he countered with another Sword of Destruction, they both flew at opposite direction thanks to the strenght of their attacks.


Zero: GARGH...

White Heart: Damn...

She fell near Lerafa and Vergil.


Lerafa: Want a hand?

White Heart: I can get up by myself.

Vergil: Good, now let's continue!

White Heart noticed her axe was far away from her, she didn't care. Then, the three took up fighting stance and dashed at Zero.


Zero: What they are playing to do now? No matter, i'll finish them with this. DARK SWORD OF ZERO!

He swings his sword foward, in a combination of the Return to Zero, Sword of Destruction and the Dark Beam, making it harder for the trio to dodge. Luckly, only the Dark Beams hit them.


Lerafa: Is that...

White Heart: ALL!

The three recover their balance and reaches Zero. Using his Wind Monk Style, Lerafa delivers a back-punch on Zero's belly, then an uppercut. Then Vergil hits him with a An aerial kick angled downward called Starfall, dragging Zero thought the ground. Then, Zero gets kicked away by Vergil, and gets violently punched White Heart, sending him flying away.


Lerafa: Let's continue the assault! Hammer Kick! *Drop kicks Zero*

Vergil: Rising Sun! *kicks him upwards with two hits*

White Heart: Two-legged kick! *hits Zero with kick with two legs*

Zero: Argh...

Lerafa: HYAAA!

Zero: Don't be so convinced!

He causes an explosion of energy, repelling the three away.

Music: Hades


Zero: I've had enough of you.

Lerafa: Damn...He's drawing even more power from his Destruction Field at a quicker rate... (Why i forgot such an detail as this?)

Zero: TAKE THIS! DESTRUCTION ECLIPSE!

Suddenly, they are surrounded by a black dome, where light doesn't enter, all they could see was the glow of the Destruction Sword.


Zero: Now, be obliterared by The Power of Destruction!

They were all engulfed in a piller of darkness, being crushed by the tremendous energy. Zero also kept slashing them until they reached the top of the energy pillar. Then, he drop kicked the three back to the ground.


Zero: Destruction...I'll just Destroy you...

Lerafa: Heh...

Lerafa gets on his feet, looking at Zero with his usual stoic face, summoning his Azure Sword again.


Lerafa: You are really strong, you know that?

Zero: Hmph, Survived by using your shield huh?

Lerafa: Yeah...something like that...

Zero: But as you see, without your brother, you're nothing.

Lerafa: ...Yeah...

Zero: So, admiting defeat now?

Lerafa: What? Who said i was ever defeated?

Music - Victory


Zero: I see, then prepare for my Last attack...TERRIBLE PROVIDENCE!

Lerafa: World Requiem...Full Power!

Lerafa powers up, encased in a pillar of his own energy, with his sword glowing in an intense blue light, Zero launched a powerful beam at him.


Lerafa: VANISHIN SLASH!

He flies at the beam, and starts to block the attack, but soon he noticed he was being pushed back.


Lerafa: Kurgh...

Zero: Is that all a "world" can do? Hahahaha! They were destined to be destroyed by me, you are not an exception!

Lerafa: Shut the hell up! The power of the requiem is not the only one i have.

Zero felt Lerafa's power increasing, while also noticing he stopped being pushed.


Lerafa: You already know this, but when i used the Power of the Requiem for the first time, it nearly killed me...heck, i can say i actually died once. But then, the more i started to use it, the more i noticed i kept depending on this gift my parents gave me.

Zero: Hurgh...DIE!

Lerafa: I'm also a Dimensional Traveler, and i must fight with both the Powers of the Requiem, and the powers i attained through all of my hard trainning!

Zero: NO! I WON'T BE DEFEATED AGAIN!

Lerafa needed to finish this fast, Zero could still draw more power from his dimension, so he needed to hurry. He used a tornado to push himself foward even more.


Lerafa: HAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

Then, he summoned Illusionary Blue Wings, a sign of a Dimensional Traveler's great power.


Zero: What?

Lerafa: I'm way more stronger than i thought! And i won't forget that again. DARKLIGHT!!!!

He kept pushing the beam, until he reached Zero, cutting one of his arms. But then, he noticed his sword has broken, he didn't worry too much though, it was an solid energy weapon and he could create another. But what he wanted now, was to defeat Zero, with his own hands.


Lerafa: VANISHING ANIHILATION!

Using a move only avaliable when he fuses with his brother, he blasted Zero, then started to hit him non-stop, punching him away with another blast. Then, using his newfound speed, he flew towards Zero, smashing him on the floor with his legs.


Lerafa: GO TO...HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELL!!!!

Then, he jumped away, snapping his fingers, making Zero explode.


Lerafa: Huff....Huff...Huff...Finally....i'm able...to do this move...on my...own...

Zero: ...Not...Yet...LERAFA....OLIVER...

Zero hits Lerafa with a beam in the chest, sending him flying away.


Zero: You're still...not as strong...as you...brother...

Lerafa: ... (That might be true...but don't forget...I'm not the only one fighting you.)

Vergil shows up in Devil Trigger once more, seemely charges something for a second, then dissapears from sight, when he shows up again, he sheaths his sword, damaging Darklight Zero even more.


Zero: Guh...Argh...

Vergil: Heh...It appears i'm out of power as well...

Lerafa: Dang, that Destruction Eclipse really drained us...

Blanc: I can still go.

Lerafa: Then...We'll let you finish him...this is your world after all. Go wild on him!

Blanc: Alright! I'll make sure he never comes back again...HARD BREAK!!!

With one last attack, Zero's dimension starts to crumble, and everyone free falls.


Zero: Heh...what a clone could accomplish anyway?

Lerafa: ...So, you really think yourself as a clone?

Zero: I knew from the start, but decided to accept this...as both Zero and i shares the same desire. But i guess that didn't work out.

Lerafa: I see...I'll be waiting for the next time if you decide to revive again.

Lerafa: Goodbye for now, Darklight Zero, The Destined Destroyer of the Multiverse. You nearly won this time...

Zero: So...this is what they call...rivalry...

He dissapears. It was finally over.

They jumped at the same time, calling up the star and following Magio's trail. What they didn't know was that Marie was waiting for everyone to leave. She was too embarassed to have fallen through peer pressure.

She also called hers and followed the others, trying to stay as far away as possible.

Part 22 - The Hellraiser

While the members of ZEUTH (Excluding Lune and the crew of the Cali Verse, because they are not ZEUTH, but are still fighting) fough bravely, Black Heart and Midori were staring at Akina, ready to fight at any second.

Music - God in Fire


Akina: ...

Midori: Hmph...i must admit...you have a better face than before.

Midori: But you know, i heard a nice little advice...that i need to keep idiots around...

Midori: So i'm waking you up!

Black Heart: Akina, i'll show you that you're better than this.

Akina: Is that all you have to say?

Midori: KOUJINSEN!

Black Heart: Infinite Slash!

Both girls fly at Akina at high speeds. Akina does the same, blocking all sword slashes and countering their attack, Midori and Black Heart managed to avoid her attacks.


Black Heart: Is this...how Akina really fights?

Midori: Nah...She's weaker than this...

Midori: Oh, and since she's on killing mode, one slash from her scythe and say good-bye to your soul.

Black Heart: Great, make me more anxious than i'm already am.

Midori: In battle, you must know the risks...

Akina shots black energy circles from her scythe at the duo's direction, they dodged and started their assault once more, with the same results as before.


Midori: Akina you fool!

Black Heart: Wake up already!

They slash at the same time, Akina blocked it, but was dragged some meters by the attack.


Akina: Perish...

Then, she goes into stealth mode.


Midori: This is where it gets bad.

Black Heart: Tell me something i don't know.

Midori: To the right!

Midori kicks Noire away while dodging upwards.


Black Heart: Hey, i've been already shot from behind today.

Midori: It was to make you dodge you moron.

Black Heart: Behind!

Black Heart flew at Midori, while it seemed she was going to get slashed out of payback, Black Heart actually parried Akina's Scythe.


Black Heart: You know, you're not so stealthy when your scythe shows up the moment you're going to attack.

Midori: (Maybe that's why i was able to sense it when she attacked the first time. Her power is too big she can't conceal it for complete, while the weaker Akina could...)

Akina puts more force on her scythe, pushing Black Heart away, hitting Midori on the process, both falling on the "ground".


Midori: Urgh... Get off me!

She pushes Black Heart away once more, and dodging an incoming scythe slash.


Midori: Alright, no more screwing around!

Music: White Reflection

Midori summons illusionary green wings, while fusing all of her weapons into one giant broadsword.


Midori: Giant Iai, lay destruction upon my opponent.

She flew faster than before, landing powerful blows with the blunt side of her blade on Akina.


Akina: Dark Spike!

Music: Kyoudai Kasuru Yabou

Using the same signature move from Zero and his servants, she blocked Midori's attack, stabbed her, then kicked her away, then flew ahead to slash her with the Death Scythe, but Black Heart parried it once more.


Black Heart: Akina...Stop!

Akina: It's useless!

She dissmissed her scythe and disarmed Black Heart, then, started and onslaught of punches and kicks powered by the dark spike.


Noire: Urgh...

Akina: DIE!

She kicks Noire to the ground, then, flies upwards, spinning her scythe, creating some kind of dark vortex.


Akina: There'll be no Heaven or Hell to you...DEATH VORTEX!

**White Reflection resumes playing**


Midori: AKINA! I'M STILL HERE!

Pointing her broadsword upwards, Midori fires a massive beam of energy, having the same power as Suzaku's Twin Blater Rifle at is full power. Both attack nullified themselves.


Midori: I'm not done yet.

Her weapon changed form, it was a Twin Beam Trident.


Midori: Don't underestimate the Green Dragon!

Then, Midori started to combo Akina with quick and powerful slashes and stabs. After that, the Goddess of Death started to fall.


Midori: Darn...

Midori started to bleed and fall as well, she had been hit by Dark Spikes during her attack, Akina fell on her foot, not Midori.

**Music fades away**


Midori: Damn...being more of a pushover than before...

Akina: It's over...for all of you...

Noire: A....kina...

Noire gets up, but barely could stand on her feet.


Akina: Heh, still can fight huh? You're impressive Noire...

Music: Hellraiser returns


Noire: There...you spoke my name...without throwing a death threat at me.

Akina: ...

Noire: The Akina i know...is still in there...

Akina: No, the Akina you know is right here, as a Goddess of Death...

Noire: I know exactly...who you are..you're Akina Byakko, member of the World Travelers, a girl that wields the infamous beam scythe, the one that brought back hope to me...and the biggest idiot i know after Neptune.

Akina: Ah...

Zero's Spirit: No! Don't give in! You're the one who...

Akina: SHUT UP!

Noire: Remember when you protected me from Zero? Remember when you told me a story about how your senpai carried you when you didn't knew how to fly?

Akina: Su...Suzaku Senpai...ARGH!

Zero's Spirit: Don't listen to her...

Akina: I TOLD YOU TO SHUT UP!

Noire: Sorry i wasn't around to see you being able to overcome your curse...but now i'm here...Too see you overcome Zero's control on you.

Midori: Don't forget...there are people waiting for you...not only here...but in Multilopolis as well.

Akina: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!

Akina's energy went beserk, nearly pushing Midori and Noire away, but despite their wounds, they were able to stand in place, and even started to walk closer to her.


Akina: N-Noire....Midori Senpai...Finish...me off...

Noire: W-what are you saying?

Akina: I'll be fine...just do it...

Noire: O-Okay...

Midori: You go.

Noire: What?

Midori: I know that you still haven't lost this fight.

Noire: Alright! This will be the Last Infinite Slash of this fight!

Noire finished the fight with one last attack, she fell on the ground with a satisfied smile.

Garrod jumped without a second thought, landing on his feet. Lunamaria tried not to facepalm.


Hugh: Well, some dreams are not around, like mine's and Karin's, so i guess we better go through there as well.

Karina: Hopefully, it will turn out better than than our...

Fael: Our?

Karina: Nevermind, let's go Hugh.

Hugh: KAWABUNGA!!!

Trying to hide the fact that she and Hugh suck at flying, they also jumped, the others decided to play safe and not jump after them.


Marie: ...

But through peer pressure, Marie decided to jump as well.


Kael: What?

Thomas: Guess it's too tempting...

Fael: Guys...slowly back away...

Mina: Alright...

Uni: Doing it...

One by one, they return to their dreams

Part 21 - Resistance of Steel

Music: Suffering

They both fly after Zero as well, after some time, suddenly, they see some people standing on a invisible platform that could be entered from below. Surprisingly, Vergil was there as well.


Black Heart: But how?

Vergil: I used the Devil Trigger to enhance my teleportation.

Lerafa: Why? I thought you were dead in your world.

Midori: Don't ask, he won't tell us how he's alive.

Vergil: What she said.

Lerafa: So Zero...we are all in your Destruction Field now...Happy?

Midori: Destruction Field?

Lerafa: Yes, it's pretty much a Special Field created by his desire for destruction, giving him strenght.

Zero: It seems you still remember.

Lerafa: Of course, You nearly defeated me by using my brother in conjuction with this shit, and if it wasn't by him realizing that we were siblings...

Zero: Then, i guess you know what will happen next, and this time, i'll be using someone that will turn out stronger than your brother.

Midori: You don't mean...

Zero: Exactly!!! She already has my Dark Essence inside of her, thus, making it easier for me to take hold of her.

Black Heart: Stop...

Zero: AWAKEN! THE ONE WHO WAS BORN WITH THE POWER OF DEATH!

Akina: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

Her wound starts spewing black energy, engulfing her. Then, they feel her power increasing to absurd levels. Once the black energy dissipates, Akina is wielding a massive scythe...and her eyes, ready to kill.


Akina: I am...A servant of destruction...and i...shall bring death upon those who disobeys my lord.

Black Heart: No...

Lerafa: And this happened...

Midori: What's the battle plan?

Lerafa: Well, who's up to go defeat Darklight Zero?

White Heart: Me!

Vergil: As well!

Lerafa: Alright, then Midori and Noire will fight Akina...and try to bring her back to her senses...I'll help these two with Darklight Zero.

Zero: Now, come at me, if you think the Multiverse is really a place worht living, then take out my life!

Meanwhile, at the ground, a larger monster appeared.


Shinn: What the hell?

Mark: Well now...this one seems pretty tough...

Kamille: Not only that...but the others are fusing with him.

Lune: What? No fair!

Quattro: Regardless, we must defeat it before it gets too strong.

Setsuko: ...Then i just have the right weapon.

Amuro: Don't tell me...

Shinn: You're going to use your sphere?

Setsuko: Akina...is not the one who is struggling against suffering...Which is why, i won't hesitate in using this.

Kouji: Alright then. Guys! Let's wreck this thing!

Music: Hagane no Resistance


Shinn: Well said!

Shinn activates his SEED Mode, then, the Destiny Gundam fired beam rifle shots, then used the long range beam cannon. Then Activating the Wings of Light, it assaults the monster with high speed slashes, finishing with a point blank blast from the Palm Beam Cannon.


Kira: Zenon, is the METEOR ready?

Zenon: Yes, go ahead and use it.

The Cali Verse deployed the METEOR Unit for the Strike Freedom to dock on it. Once it did so, The Strike Freedom (METEOR) shot many powerful beams at once in the monster's direction.

The Monster was badly damaged, but far from defeated, it fact, it started to spew Dark Beams while flailing it's arms.


Amuro: I won't let you! This Nu Gundam isn't just for show!

Nu Gundam unloaded all the Bazooka shots on the monsters arms, then shot missiles from it's shield before discarding it. Then it dodged the dark beam and closed in on the monster's head, punching it repeteadely, slashing twice and finishing with a kick. He also took the momentum to fire with the head vulcans.


Quattro: Kouji, Tetsuya, let's do it.

Tetsuya: Alright.

Kouji: Anytime you're ready.

Quattro: Mega Bazooka Launcher!

Kouji: Double Burning Fire!

The trio fire their strongest attacks, hitting the monster, however, it still wasn't done. But it started to get unstable, firing many beams from diferent parts of it's body.


Kamille: Damn, if it keeps like this, there won't be a city anymore.

Lune: Alright, it's my turn!

Kamille: Wait, if you're planning on shooting something, i'll give you the signal.

Lune: Alright!

The Valsione and the Zeta Gundam charged their attacks, waiting for the beams to change angle.


Kamille: NOW LUNE!

Lune: CROSS SMASHER!

The Valsione fired a powerful beam, with Zeta Gundam following it, channeling the power of the dead using the Bio Sensor of his machine, the people who were by Zero's Forces were giving its power to the Gundam. It fired missiles that hit the monster's head together with Valsione's attack, then it slashed it with two slashed before kicking it and changing to flight mode.


Kamille: DISSAPEAR FROM HERE!!!
Then, it rams the monster with full force.

Destruction Beast: GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

Lune: We did it, it's crumpling.

Kamille: You're half right...

Lune: Eh?

Quattro: It's preparing for one last attack...and judging by it's angle...

Kira: It's going to hit the Cali Verse!

Setsuko: This is where i enter!

Tapping unto the power of the Sphere of the Sorrowful Maiden, a sphere that feeds on the user's despair by stripping them of their senses, Setsuko had already lost her sense of taste a long time ago thanks to it. But that was nothing compared of the pain to lose a dear friend, something she knows all to well, so that's why she won't hesitate on using such power.


Setsuko: The Glory Star! FULL SHOOT!

The Virgola Glory fired a massive beam of energy, killing the monster before it could fire at the Cali Verse.


Setsuko: ...

Mark: Well, i didn't get to do much.

Shinn: Hey Setsuko! Are you alright?

Setsuko: Y-Yes...i'm okay...

Setsuko: (It's alright...i can still see...)

Karina: Anna....*sniff*...

Karina: You guys really think i can surpass this harship? Is it really worth it?

Hugh: You bet it is! 200% True!

Marie: That is why you're fighting so hard for! You have to keep trying.

Mina: I know you can do it Karin!

Kael: Even the coldest of ice can be melted by one's determination.

Luna: You have to cut through destiny.

Garrod: Pursue it with all you have, and even more.

Uni: Just think about the many people who's waiting for you.

Thomas: Don't you lose Karin!

Karina: Guys...

Fael: And to answer your question...yes, you need to wake up from this dream. Or else you won't be able to keep fighting.

She wipes out her tears, she still sobs a little, but managed to smile to everyone. She now had a renewed strenght.


Karina: Thanks everyone, thank you very much...I promise that i'll try my best...

Part 20 - A lot of re-meetings




Black Heart: You fool...you didn't need to do that...

Neptune: ...

Black Heart: !!!

Music: I am a newtype

She dodges another attack, then flies at Zero's Direction once more, she could tell, that this time, it was the real deal.


Black Heart: Now that the servants are done for, the real you has taken over again.

Zero: ...

Black Heart: I know, you're going to scream once more.

Zero: I have no intention to...i just need...to follow my nature...as a destroyer...

Black Heart: I see...then...prepare yourself, i'll defeat you even if it kills me...

However, as she went to attack him, the straps moved so quickly, she couldn't dodge them like before, but instead of being stabbed, she was immobilized.


Black Heart: Ah!

Zero: You should probably know...what follows next...

She tried to free herself, but they were too strong, and she wouldn't manage in time. When she was about to be stabbed by a Dark Spike, Zero was encased in some kind of energy cube. The straps were cut, freeing Noire.

Black Heart: What?

Injya: Woo! Those things i got from those prision wardens really helped out.

Black Heart: Purple Twintails and a black cape...you're the one that attacked Akina and Blanc.

Injya: Oh, so they told you about me?

Black Heart: They told me to attack you on sight.

Injya: They got so wary of me, anyway, you see, i need to transport this guy to my princess. After all, she needs all the power possible to subdue her brothers and teach them that it's better to stay close to the familly.

Black Heart: Are you insane? You don't know what you're messing with.

Injya: Of course, this is the imcomplete Darklight Zero, an being that was destined to destroy this Multiverse by destroying many worlds and causing a chain reaction in the balance. Even the Multiversal Heaven feared him...but then, Lerafa Oliver and the Power of the World Requiem put an end to him...

Black Heart: I won't let you!

However, before they could do anything, Darklight Zero broke free from his prision by causing a large explosion of darkness.

Music: F.O.E

White Heart started to slice the winged beasts, Purple Heart decided to fly low and destroy the monsters on the ground while searching for Vert. Black Heart flew ahead while taking down some bigger monsters, since she knew what Zero looked like, it wouldn't be too hard to spot him.


Black Heart: (I heard about him causing some mass destruction....So for sure, he is nearby...)

She could see that many parts of the city were severely destroyed.


Black Heart: To think someone like him exists...

Then, she barely avoids a Dark Beam, which gave away his position.


Black Heart: Right there!

Music: Stage-D

It was Zero and his Servant.


Black Heart: I found you.
Zero Servant #2: Black Heart, we meet again.

Black Heart: I remember you from before, what happened to your cohorts?
Zero Servant: #2: Glad you asked, two of them went for Akina Byakko, as they were waiting until the big guns took the...somewhat bait.

Black Heart: And the other one? I remember there being four of you at that time.

Zero: That's right, i had to fuse with the body of my master to control his powers...of course, only him can harness fully the Power of Destruction....so i can't use all of it. But it's enough to off someone like you.

Black Heart: You're quite confident huh? Let's see how much you can keep boasting after i defeat you!

The Zero (Servant) shot many beams at Black Heart, who skillfully dodged them all.


Black Heart: Is that how you plan to sink me?

She quickly flew behind Zero (Servant)


Black Heart: This battle is already mine!

However, Zero (Servant) used a powered up version of the Dark Spike, shielding himself from the attack, as well as throwing Black Heart into a building.

Black Heart: Urgh...what?

Zero: Not bad at all.

Black Heart: W-Where's the other one?

Zero: I guess we underestimated you, so we needed to draw more power from our lord. That's right, the power to bring order to the Multiverse! Our own order!

Black Heart: Wrong, that's just words coming from demented people thinking mindless killing is your salvation.

Black Heart: In the name of Gamindustri, from the ones that fought so hard and bravely to make us go this far...for the one that brought back hope to me, i'll defeat you!

Black Heart flies at full speed once more. Avoiding the Black Straps from Zero (Fused with Servants) ((I know the straps are white, but the name of the move|attack is Black Straps)). She only got some minor cuts in her arms. She was lucky though, as the curse would only take effect if she's stabbed near the heart.


Black Heart: (These enlonging straps...is the same move that took down Akina...)

Black Heart: (It won't work for me.)

Zero: Take this!

Zero (Fused with servants) Shot a powered version of the Dark Beam, Black Heart slashed it in half.


Zero: Impossible!

He retracted the straps and enveloped them on his arms, reinforcing the Dark Spike even more, he start to block Black Heart's assault.


Zero: Damn!

Black Heart: HAAA!

Music: Perplexity

While the fight raged on, Purple Heart managed to find Vert, who had a wound right near the heart.


Purple Heart: V-Vert...that wound...

Vert: Nep...Tune...be careful...that man...can cancel...our powers...

Purple Heart: What? Then Noire might be in danger. (And this might be the reason why Akina lost hers...)

Vert: Hurry up...to her side...

She could see that the HDD was flickering, Neptune couldn't stay as Purple Heart for much more time, so she undid the transformation anyway.

Part 18 - I just feel the "Rhythm Emotion" - The beat of my heart

Zero Servant #4: I must risk a shot, the others must be wary already...but i won't let the chance to kill an World Traveler slip away.

Another Dark Beam is shot, went straight to Akina without interruption, it hit her with full force...however...she was able to survive the attack, she was griting her teeth...and her power was increasing even more.

Zero Servant #4: No Way!

Akina: Ha...you thought this thing would hurt more than this chest pain? YOU'RE WRONG!

With one last cry, she's able to recover summon some of her powers back, 20% of it.


Akina: It's few...but it will suffice.

She takes flight, avoiding the Winged Beasts and slashing down some Planes with her adapted weapon with presice slashes at the cockpit.


Midori: Oh, she's quite pumped.

Shinn: Hey! Isn't that Akina?

Setsuko: Yes, seems like it.

Kouji: We finally get to see her in action.
Zero Servant #4: I can still take you down! Dark Spike!

His hands starts to glow, lunging at Akina as she got closer. Her Beam Saber was blocked by the attack.


Akina: Some kind of shield?
Zero Servant #4: Not only that!

He attack with his other arm, Akina backstepped to dodge it, and blocked some energy shots.


Akina: Urgh!
Zero Servant #4: You're not in top form. But i need to finish this fast.

Akina: Rargh!

Akina attacked again, but the Servant blocked once more. She was getting fatigued due to have to endure the fight and the pain of the wound.


Akina: I can do this...before senpai gets here. (But how to i hit him?)
Zero Servant #4: Dissapear!!!

The Servant attacked again, Akina dodged, then he used the other arm once more, Akina stopped it by holding this forearm. She could feel her hand burning.


Akina: HAAAAAAAA!

She quickly stabbed the man at the start of his rigth should, a place not covered by his Dark spike.

Zero #4: Rargh...insolent girl...

In return, his used his left arm and punched her in the stomach, she could feel something like a spear stabbing her. Due to the force of the attack, she was sent back a few meters, falling on the ground.

Zero Servant #4: For master Zero...i won't fail...

Akina: This wound...is nothing...i will get up again...for everyone...

She feels the man approaching, just as she get on her knees, he reached her, and went for a fatal blow in the head. But Akina was able to stab him in the heart.

After a while, all the enemies were cleared, minutes later, everyone were at the Meeting Room. Compa had just finished patching Akina up, and was requested to bring her to the room.


Midori: Well, there isn't much to talk, Akina probably told you about Zero's forces right?

Setsuko: Yes. They've been causing menace constantly.

Kamille: Oh, there is Akina.

Amuro: Are you alright?

Akina: Aside from the hole in my stomach, everything is fine.

Midori: At this point, the pain won't paralyze you anymore, and you'll be able to fight at 35% of the power.

Akina: ...It's something...that is...if i don't die from blood loss...

Compa: Ah! *starts tending to Akina, again*

Midori: And then, the third methood is...wait until the curse is gone. As long as Zero is alive, he'll be able to Reinforce the Curse as he wishes. But if he doesn't, the curse will slowly go away with time...taking many years even.

Akina: So...that means...

Midori: Either that, or the fourth methood, we'd have to kill him. Speaking of Zero, since they are aiming for you, you'd better not approach Leanbox.

Akina: NO!

Midori: What?

Akina: I'm done with running away...i was only able to recover most of my powers thanks to my desire to not betray myself anymore...i won't be able to live with myself if i run away once more.
