The (very lost) Lost Child from La Gias

Abilities:
As a result of arriving at this world, Masaki got some of the abilities of his mech Cybuster,the Discutter, Discutter Ranbu no Tachi, Vanity Ripper and Hi-Familiar and insane speed. But he doesn't have the Prana to use the Akashic Buster, Cyflash and Cosmo Nova. But hey, he is piloting Cybuster here.

Masaki Andoh tends to get lost easily, whether it's in a battleship or flying around on his Mecha. A brief list of his "accomplishments":
In Super Robot Wars 4and F, he flew around the Earth ten times and failed to find Japan. In Alpha, the record became twenty times.
In Super Robot Wars Original Generation he gets lost when someone is giving him an guided tour.
In Alpha Gaiden, they actually resort to using the ZERO System, an advanced combat analysis computer from Gundam Wing, in order to find him, and Heero remarks that even with ZERO it was a tough job.
At the end of Super Robot Wars Gaiden, he gets more lost than he's ever been before. How lost? So lost that he actually ended up in an entirely different video game — Another Century's Episode: R. A video game that takes place on another planet, in Another Dimension.
And before that, between Super Robot Wars 2 and Super Robot Wars 3, he ended up in the world of Hero Senki... then comes back for 3 and tries to advertise the game!

Uses the Formula Eltria Magic And uses the Variant Zapper as a weapon, which is a weapon that can shapeshift into two small swords and two rapid fire pistols. She also has a skill named Accelerator, wich greatly increases her speed, she uses it to her advantage when using her signature attack, E.O.D (End of Destiny)
