Or did the whole thing start on one line like,

It looks like there's an extra line after the quote code so I'm guessing that's it.

Which makes the glitch even stupider, but w/e.

I remember doing that to people who would act like jackasses on my roleplay threads. Amazing how quickly people straighten out their behavior once they're reminded that consequences exist.

Actually, that was only an oldGuild thing. They've fixed that now - though unfortunately it's been replaced with an even stupider glitch.

I believe with hiders, you can't start a new line immediately after starting the hider code. You have to continue the code immediately after. For example;

[hider=a thing]
more things

^ Not ok.

[hider=a thing]more things

^ Ok.

I know it's stupid coding, but I hope that clears things up for you.
