25 y/o guy, currently student and living by myself, yada yada.
Veteran Roleplayer, with over 7-8 years of experience in both Pen & Paper and text based, with minimal LARP Experience. I have a great interest in fantasy settings and tends to dislike Post Apocalypse, or generally anything involving guns and modern weaponry. Gimme a sword and the ability to throw fire, and I'm happy.
I have relatively high standards and find myself somewhat disappointed if my posts are below 500 words, preferring ~1000+ whenever possible (sadly, not always easy). At the same time I expect similar standards from my fellow players. I also have a tendency to play female characters in spite of my being a guy, mainly because I find it more entertaining than playing the big burly guy.

I thought about that, and I'm willing to allow certain deities. The few I won't allow are the gods/prophets/god-like beings from the Abraham Religions (Christianity, Islam, Judaism). If you take Kali, for example (third form of Vishnu, and the aspect of Destruction and Death), then I'd say okay because she's, well, a "physical" god, whereas the God of the Abraham religions are more metaphysical.

And yeah, a Sidhe/Fair Folk gives you a LOT of possibilities. If I wasn't playing a Nine-Tailed Fox, I would go for a Dryad, I think. Not quite a Sidhe, but some of them do have powers like that.

The small group of illusory Aurelia's in front of Evvie stepped aside to let the rock fly between them, resulting in only one of them getting hit by it, and the other one avoiding it entirely. The one hit turned to smoke, disappearing entirely after a few seconds. They moved fluidly as if alive and aware of what was happening. Perhaps a little too much; as if they weren't walking on rocky ground.
The real Aurelia grinned underneath her hood, her eyes following Evvie without moving aside from that; the less inconspicuous she was, the less the chance that the dragonness would discover her. Her eyes briefly darted towards three of the copies off the the side, the ones Evvie was currently charging towards, and had them move. At first they jumped back, but they soon charged her from the front and both sides, scythes raised and ready to strike once they were within range. If given the chance they'd swing at both her arms and neck, but even if they were to hit would do no damage despite appearing as if they cut through.
Not much left, she silently mused, feeling the thrum of power emanating from her scythe. Her smile widened. Soon, Evvie would go 'night night', as she had phrased it herself.

Don't underestimate the power of the tickle! It can be used to extract vital information you know: And yes, I did mean the Sidhe as in the weird Faerie kind, although I suppose 'Fair Folk' was a better description. Anyway, if I do play as something akin to a Pooka if i'm going for something a bit malevolent, or a Cat sith as I have a soft spot for black cats. Even if they have a patch of white fur on their chest.
There are an abundance of gods from the celtic mythology about the Fair Folk, so you can just pick one of those if you want, so long as you point me in the direction of which god it is you choose. There are so many that even I, having done an extensive project on the fair folk, don't know even half of them.

And here I thought Aeonumbra was the sort of levelheaded character, but that Squee made me re-evaluate my observations xD
