I'm afraid it's either full dragon or no dragon. But yes, a more lizard-like/sleek dragon is possible. However, we already have a dragon, so I'd suggest making a different one even if you are in the reserve. As for Wyverns, those are possible. They're dragon-like, but not as big and without the fire breaths. They may have other abilities such as poison spray instead, perhaps, or the likes.

the Eastern dragons are the ones I would say are more magically focused; More powerful breaths, capable of summoning powerful winds (if you're an Air Dragon, for example). But yes, you could also make a Physical Dragon like that.

There's only really two thing, and that is his levitation magic-thingie. Magic in your human forms aren't very powerful, if you have any at all. He would be strong as a human, yes, but he'll be stronger in his Giant form.

So this levitation-like magic would only really be powerful in his Titan form, allowing him to lift several tons. Also, for a Giant Titan, I feel like 25 feet is a little small. Perhaps 30 feet? That would put his height at a few metres above a typical (shifter) dragon's shoulder.
The second thing is really just a small mistake, and that's the fact that The Academy is a 3-year course, not 5 years. You start on the third year :)

There is... quite a lot of stuff with this character. First is her powers: She doesn't have any, nor does her parents. It was made perfectly clear in the first post where I wrote all the info that normal humans don't have any magical powers of any kind. Furthermore, even after she becomes a Shifter she won't have that kind of magic. Dragons (and generally Titans) have very little active magic, as they focus on brute strength, being incredibly durable and so on. A Fire Breath or something like that is the most a standard Dragon would have.

The second thing, I feel, is the biggest. It's basically her entire personality coupled with background. I get the feeling that she's a rather friendly person, but still utterly insane and unstable. No one would let someone mentally unstable like that join the army, let alone make them powerful enough to destroy an entire town singlehandedly. That's not to mention that Social services would have inteferred if she really did live under borderline torture and opression, mental and physical. I'm afraid that you character, as she is, would not be allowed to become a Shifter. She's just far too unstable.

I'll have to ask you to rework her personality and background to something a bit more realistic--as well as remove the 'Powers' she and her parents have. And try not to make it one where her parents pressure her as we already have that, and having all characters be pretty much identical doesn't make for a very interesting RP.

A ) What kind of 'senior' Shifter form would it be? If I were a Dragon Twin Soul, would I be half-dragon? Would I shift between human and dragon form? Does it matter?

B ) Would a tactical combat suit work for a half-dragon? Not a full armor set, since a dragon would already be armored, but strong titanium braces, with everything from a tactical heads-up display via hologram, to style shoulder-mounted weaponry?

C ) Would being known only by a nickname, and refusing to give out the real name, work?

D ) Final question: Would a dragon-type be able to focus more on speed and reflexivity? Even if it's a half-man half-dragon, that doesn't mean he has to be slow. Giving up the chance to drastically increase in size so he can become faster and quicker, lighter on his feet. Strong enough to be stronger than those around, but also fast AND strong enough to hold his own against a primarily fast, or a primarily strong character.EDIT:

E ) Is this open anymore?

1 - We're talking about a full dragon body, but depending on what kind of skills you want to focus on (speed and flexibility rather than brute strength and incredible defense) will affect what kind of dragon we're talking about. You could be a more wyrm-like dragon: Sleek, streamlined instead of bulky and muscley like the typical Western Dragon. Of course, they would be somewhat smaller than the tyical western dragon then.

2 - No. Whatever technical equipment can be made would be utterly useless. These Shifters, and magic in general, is so powerful that technological armour and weapons won't be of any help.

3 - You would be known by your birth name/true name by The Academy and other "high ups," but any other student might only know you by your nickname if you want that to be so.

4 - Much like I said in #1, dragons can be a bit quick and, but still sturdy and strong. Their biggest strength is that they are a good mix of speed, power and durability.

5 - I'm afraid it's not open anymore. We already have 8/9 players, and anymore will be too much. You can throw up a character and I'll put you in the "reserves", so if anyone jumps out I'll give you a shout and you can join :)

On a final note, like others also pointed out, I'd prefer if people don't double post with Shifter types. You can also always find another mythological creature that you want to be, and I'll give you a run-down of what Class they would fit under, and what I imagine their strengths and weaknesses to be.

Edit: Also, like Monochromatic said, you do change between your Shifter and Human form at will.

Alright... there are a few things. First is her Blast of Magic thing. I hope you're okay with it just being a medium-to-short range ability? Does really fit with a Valkyrie to have long-range abilities. As for her wings, I have found pictures of Valkyries with wings so I'm letting it pass.

The biggest thing, however, is her Shifter appearance. Valkyries were more than just warriors, they were also servants and lovers, meaning that they also had a very feminine side. I feel like your Alice is a bit too... masculine for a Valkyrie, at least in her Shifter Form. I would suggest changing her Valkyrie Body to be more feminine, at least have her face be kinder than usual. Remember that you become a hybrid of that kind of Mythic and her human self, so it goes without saying that she would become more like a proper Valkyrie. So... you don't have to make her any less muscle-y (though you can, if you want). I just ask that her face becomes kinder rather than more scowling.

Aside from that... pretty much good to go :)
