Athos - I like all of those. I use the word resounding a lot. I love the very thought of what it means to linger. I am sorry to hear that the word depression might be used. It's such an odd feeling to not have the ability to break past an emotion that at times can seem sufficating. I pray that leaves you and something more bright and warm fills its place. :) I am silly if nothing else! I shall Pm you about the 1x1 and we'll see where our interest intersect!

Occupation: None, she is a rebel of sorts now

Personality: Laleh at one time was quite an extrovert, but with the events of the past few years, she’s learned to keep to herself and trust no one. She is aggressive and quite confident in herself and her abilities to conquer the world if necessary. She looks everyone in the eye and never backs down from anything, quite often finds herself as the instigator even in a time when women were to be seen and not heard.

Backstory: Being raised by her single father general, Laleh had a good, healthy and wealthy childhood. She was always a bit of a tomboy due to the lack of female influence in her home. Her father was often gone at war and some of this lesser expeditions she was able to go and stay at the base camp. Unfortunately when war was brought to their doorstep in Rome’s latest attempt to take over the Parthia, her father’s men didn’t fare so well. The battle was theirs, but the costs were steep. Her father lost his life and at the age of twenty one she was alone in the vastness that was Persia.

Not knowing what else to do, she sold their large home and moved into something much smaller, paying a few of her father’s soldiers to train her in the art of combat and help hone her body for the journey ahead. Revenge was her destination and the need for it almost consumed all that was once good in her. She’s worked for two years and then began to make her way to Rome, her cover one of a lady of wealth from a foreign country and the city of Rome would welcome her like the whore it was.

Anything else you would like to add: She keeps to daggers on her at all times, one strapped to the outside of her thigh on either side. A long tattoo runs down her shapely back that spells out freedom and honor in her native tongue.

I'm seriously willing to bake cookies, sell kids and offer sex to get someone to write this CS. I absolutely abhor writing these things. Moon and I are trying to coordinate and both looking for ANYTHING else to do but write this. SO painful to me. :P
