Yes Black Smith's still exist in the 21st century, and a suit of full plate goes, on the cheap, for what I listed as a price so yes he could afford to go to Banoi with ease. The voice, not common but does happen, normally with people who suffer from giantism. The picture was a poor choice but it's rare to find one that fits my characters and I'm genuinely tired to describing new ones (I've been at this for 15 years). So, not gonna continue along with this rp it seems.

Unlike in the picture he dresses like a normal human being unless working his Smithing or going out to a Ren. Fair. Work boots, slightly worn out jeans, leather belt, and a plain gray t-shirt are his main attire.

Personality Description:
Bain is what a lot of people would call, an ass. He speaks without thinking, tends to do as he pleases within the lines of the law, and is bullheaded. He does care, to a certain degree, for those he deems his friends. But he has difficulty, or strange ways, of showing it. A fault of his though is that he's quick to anger, and tends to smash up whatever it is that angered him in the first place. That nasty temper hasn't earned him many, if any, friends, and he seems to prefer being the lone wolf.

Short Biography: (3-5 Paragraphs) (Optional)
Bain is a Black Smith and has built himself around his profession. He started young, volunteering at the various Fairs in his area as an apprentice and worked up from there. When he hit eighteen he really started to get into it, buying up the materials and tools required for it. Now, at roughly twenty five, he's essentially mastered his craft and sells his pieces for hundreds of dollars. The suits of armor, his cheapest was one thousand five hundred dollars.

Making to many pieces he set aside a lot of money, and since he worked for himself, he didn't really have to spend money on employees or salesmen. He saved every dollar he made that wasn't put into his business and his own well being. Unfortunately working so much, taking little time off, and doing his more athletic hobbies, he hasn't built a good social network. The most interaction he tended to get as an adult as with customers asking about his pieces.

Bain was eventually persuaded by a female customer to go on a vacation. Her name was Brittany, and he relented after much pestering and went with her. The pair went to this big fancy place, Banoi, and he hadn't fully relaxed since he got there despite the place giving him extreme access to his hobbies. Partying wasn't the mans forte and he quickly kept losing track of his vacation partner and one of his better customers. Surprising amounts of armor were in cosplay for characters it seemed.

Voice: A deep, almost painful to actual hear, bass.

Skills:

• Metal Crafting: With proper tools he can craft various arms and armor from metal. The type of metal dictates what tools he needs and how long it will last.
• Medieval Proficiency: He uses what he crafts, so he knows how to wield numerous melee arms from the medieval ages. Swords, Axes, Maces, being the ones he mostly focused upon.
• Anatomical Knowledge: Between Smithing and going to Renaissance Fairs, he studied how the human body works, and how best to take it apart with the weapons he makes. It also helps him figure out how best to protect those spots.
• Endurance Jogger: He has stamina for days and can jog for literally hours. He always says it's all in the breathing. He calls it a skill but it probably isn't in a lot of peoples eyes.

Weaknesses/Detriments:

• Heavy Set: Given his size he's not sprinting or running fast anywhere.
• Acromegaly: A rare disorder that's already causing him to change despite only being twenty four. This disease will eventually lead to an early death, but currently it has enlarged his hands and feet so he's a little awkward with certain movements.
• Social Disaster: He's got all the social skills of a rock, making friends nonexistent and incredibly difficult. So making allies isn't as easy for him either unless in dire circumstances.

Likes:

• Smoking: As if he didn't get enough smoke in his lungs. He enjoys lighting up a cigar regularly.
• Swimming: The near weightlessness in water is a joy for him. He swims for pleasure, not for weight loss or muscle toning.
• Crafting: He doesn't just craft for money, he makes things because he enjoys making them.

Dislikes:

• Alcohol: It burns on the way down, it hinders and rots your mind, destroys your liver, and more often than not tastes nasty. He'll have no part of it.
• Drugs: It utterly destroys your body, makes you waste all your money due to addiction, hinders your mind and motor functions, no thank you.
• Wanton Destruction: He's never been fond of people just destroying things for the sake of it. He's gone out of his way and stopped people from doing such when he's able to.

I, the Demon King, Will Summon My Own Damned Heroes!

Asura turned some of his attention to Mother Slime when she started burbling and bouncing with excitement. "Figured you were healed. You need to be full health to gain resistances from skill points." He explained, he'd share the pictures with her later when they had all rested. Her mind probably couldn't handle much more and he wasn't going to push it. The system sending him 'Invalid Command' annoyed him a good deal.

System, list controls, help, and prompts. He demanded, he was growing tired of trying to get the System to give him some information. It was probably being an ass because he wasn't a human character. But still, that sizzling was getting more worked up since he was concentrating and trying to force his Mana to become Stamina. Maybe that was something that was building up now? A Mana to Stamina skill? It wasn't an unfeasible thing. System, bring up new currently building Skills. He thought to see if he could specify what would be building.

While the group moved he took note that all the mana crystals were poofing into powder, and now Healing Herbs were starting to wither. A small detour and he was sucking up the Herbs to try and preserve what he could. Use himself as some sort of biological shield. While he tried to preserve, and fill his 'inventory' and his health, he saw the undead shambling their way in their general direction. Mother Slime voiced her concern and dislike of them.

"We need to get rid of them, because I don't feel like getting attacked from behind. Ardur, you can fly, get those pixies. You're obviously stronger and bigger than them." He said while eying the skeletons and then the dire rat. "Mother, we'll take the Skeletons. They're unarmed so they'll be bludgeoning, maybe even Slashing since finger bones are pointed." Asura said, as he used the Source Crystal Fragment he had to try and observe them. He had seen Jason do this, except with a whole Crystal. He'd approach the undead normally, conserving what Stamina he might have generated.

As he neared he geared up a Smash, but he held it and built up liquid pressure within the pseudopod. He was attempting to Charge his Smash for a point blank attack that would be very difficult to dodge.

Asura 'blinked' when Mother Slime pulled away, normally he could give her a little more knowledge than that. But a brief flash of her memory and he learned a little bit more of the damage she took. He's lucky he's dead. He thought angrily before engulfing what he could of Mother Slime, which probably wasn't much, and gave her a reassuring squeeze. "You'll be fine. He said before settling back and getting the HP Drain once more. Joyous.

When she didn't get Magic Resist from probably dumping all of her points he gave a very slow 'blink'. "You had nine points...you should be at least up to a one... Asura said as Mother Slime complained about not getting the skill she desired. "Unfortunately the only way to get that skill now, without more points, is to actually get hurt." He explained, conveying the thoughts with pictures. Like him getting hit by Jason's Stone Shot to gain Earth Resist. He kept it as simple as he possibly could to avoid hurting her mentally again.

Meanwhile his System requests were brushed off, something about permissions. "Contact Admin, request permissions Status and HUD access." He said just as Ardur finally got the hell out of his cocoon. A big naked buff pixie critter. And the local mana crystals were...blowing up? That was a little worrisome. Along with that damned call being stronger than earlier.

"As tired as I am we need to go investigate this. I'll see about gaining more Stamina along the way...or else I'll need healing because of this damned HP Drain." Asura said, annoyed that even in this world melee and stamina users got fucked over when it came to the Resource Pools. Stamina was always a Rest and Eat while magic users get to suck down potions or Crystals. That sizzling from before, he tried to bring it back and he also tried to directly transfer what little mana he had into his Stamina pool.

Asura sighed as Mother Slime asked her questions. This was part of the reason he had never had kids, even with a mental link she wasn't fully understanding. "We'll actively hunt once we leave the cave. We have a little business to take care of before we go. As for three and four, those are numbers." He said, showing her the basics of numbers through the telepathic touch slimes shared.

"Faster lets you move and attack faster. You saw how fast I move, yes? Magic Resist lets you not get hurt by magic. The higher these numbers are the stronger you are and the less you get hurt" He continued to explain, emphasizing words with feelings so she'd know exactly what he was talking about. "Just put the numbers in for now, we'll work on what you want to once you think of what you'd like your skills to be. Alright?" He asked tiredly. He let her feel just how tired he was considering he had finally used all of his Stamina.

That new sizzling sensation though was a little...worrisome. System, Status Screen. Stamina and Health level. Experience bar on HUD with Health and Stamina gauges. He thought, trying to make it so he could see his information without having to contact the System.

He felt a little better despite the sizzling, so he tried to lift himself like a one pseudopod push-up. Trying to balance his liquid self upon a single 'digit' to try and tick his Strength over to available. Sure he could use points but there was no reason to when he could work himself to the...core.
