absolutely temporarily in the comics Guy Gardener was a Star Saphire. Also @Revans Exile I left them out on purpose because i feel that those two are over powered.
yeah that's pretty much whats going on. Sorry I haven't posted much either I was trying to figure out if there was a posting order or not but I'm guessing there isn't so I'll start writing my next post.
The emotional spectrum is a powerful force. The lights each flash through many of our hearts and the choice to follow that light is up to us all. The spectrum breaks down like this.
Red, the light of Rage led by Atricitus. Their corp is the Red Lantern Corp.
Orange, the light of Avarice/Greed the only living member is Larfleeze he is called Agent Orange
Yellow, the light of Fear led by Sinestro. Their corp is the Sinestro Corp.
Green, the light of Will Power led by the Guardians of the Universe the creators of the Green Lantern Corp.
Blue, the light of Hope led by Saint Walker and the Guardian Ganthet. Their corp is the Blue Lantern Corp.
Indigo, the light of Compassion created by the late Abin Sur. The wielders of this light are called the Indigo Tribe.
Violet, the light of Love loosely led by Carol Ferris of Earth. The wielders of this light are known as Star Sapphires.
The universe is fast and in the time of the greatest war the universe has known something happens that changes everything. A dark force has taken control of many sectors of the universe. The corps decide that in order to win they must team up and face this evil.
Kind of a slim story but I figured everyoe else could help flesh it out. Feel free to let me know what you guys think.

Akira awoke feeling like he had just been run over by a train. His head throbbed his back hurt and he felt like something was poking at his ribs.
Hang on a moment something is poking my ribs. he thought before lifting his arm and feeling for what ever it was. Moments later he was rolling through the sand away from whatever the little orange thing was standing before him.
"What the hell is that thing?" he asked aloud.
"Thing? I'll have you know that I'm a Digimon thank you very much." the little orange creature had said in a slightly male sounding voice.
"Wait you can talk? Like really talk?" Akira replied still trying to wrap his head around what all was going on.
"Sure," the small creature said flapping what looked like wings that came from where his ears should have been. "all Digimon can...Hey is that yours?" he said lifting off and hovering over a small red and white device.
"No, but it is now." he said picking up the small device. "I bet I could plug this into a computer and be able to hack anything." he added looking the device over.
"Okay enough of that," The winged creature said hovering in front of Akira's face. "You are going to help me get stronger got it? There are some Digimon here that aren't the best of people and I need to beat them." he added. "So from this point forward we're partners and you can call me Patamon."
"Hold up there pipsqueak I don't take orders from anyone especially not a mutated bat." Akira said pocketing the device and turning to see a small girl standing next to what looked like a small fairy. Grinning he turned around to look at Patamon. "On second thought Patamon. I think we could make a great team and you know what i bet we both could become the strongest out there."
"I knew you would come around." Patamon said smiling and starting toward the little girl. "Let's go see how many other humans there are since clearly you all aren't Digimon." he said smiling and flying ahead. Akira simply nodded his head and started walking wondering who all he would wind up having to babysit.

He later joined an underground fighting club and used everything he learned in his Martial Arts class to get to the top. His parents didn't see anything but the drive he had to be the best. Graduating from his college as Valedictorian he knew he was at the top. He went on to become a well known voice actor and has since become considered the best of the best. In his off time he began working with computers eventually creating his own Digital friends completely by accident. He later would learn what they were.
Personality: Akira has a very Sarcastic attitude toward many people and while he has many friends the only true friend hes had has been his Virtual friends.
