Akira admired the moves of the Ice King and smiled.
"The dude is amazing." he said watching everything play out. "I'll duel him someday." he added looking to Toshiro.
"Yeah but I don't think you could win..I mean you're good but probably not his level." Toshiro said watching the duel unflold.
"Gee thanks for the confidence Toshiro." Akira replied punching his friend in the arm.

Cray...a planet much like earth Imagine that you spirit has been transported there. While there your spirit has two powers the power to ride or posess the inhabitants of this planet. Also the power to Call thest creatures to your aid in fighting. This is the game of Cardfight Vanguard and it has become a worldwide phenomenon. Here in Japan there is an academy that trains the worlds brightest young players molding them to become the best in the world. However something seems to be arising here at the school that shocks many the world over...

Akira grinned as the door way opened. He was working at his dad's card shop and his dad was just walking in.
"Hey buddy don't you gotta take off?" his dad asked looking at his watch. This made Akira pause to look at the clock.
"Oh crap you're right!" he said grabbing his deck and uniform jacket on his way out the door. As he ran toward the school he cringed at the time and tried to speed up. As he ran he began chanting to himself.
"Draw, Ride, Call, Attack!" he repeated this until he stood on the steps of the school looking at the building. It was tall and imposing and had a statue of two legendary units battling it out Blaster Blade and Dragonic Overlord.
"I love this school." Akira said as the bell began to ring. "Oh man I'm late the professor is going to kill me." he said as he bolted off to class.

Dinosaurs and Awesomeness!

On another planet each human is paired with a sentient Dinosaur. They recieve Eggs when they are eight. The eggs hatch when they are thirteen and the Dinosaurs are fully grown by the time they are 16. Each human would also have one of their parents forge a weapon that represents their childs personality and an aspect of the Dinosaur that hatched from their egg. For example, say a Velociraptor hatched for a seemingly evil child. That childs parent would forge something in this case we will say (forgive me for not knowing the name of the weapon) one of those sickle on a chain weapons. Also somewhere on the weapon would be a gem. when the human is traveling around their Dinosaur partner could be held within the gem and later released. On top of that each Dinosaur would have the ability to become armor for their human partner. So say someone paired with an Ankylosaurus would have a club for their weapon and a huge amount of armor while someone paired with a Pterodactyl wouldnt have as much armor. Also it should be noted that the people could have a summoning phrase for when they were bringing their Dinosaur from their gem as well as a signature attack. On the planet there is an evil group of people that are trying to capture all the Dinosaurs and use them for their own evil means. So it would be up to our group to stop them. They plan to do this at a planet wide tournament where people who have chosen to can participate in one on one and tag battles.
