Jackson grinned and carried her through the doorway to the dorm while they kissed getting greeted by cheers clapping and whooping from the others. Finally, when he had broken the kiss setting her down on one of the love seats in the common room a small blonde girl walked up to the pair and glared.
"Seriously do you have to flaunt yourselves everywhere?" she asked haughtily. Keith a tall blonde shaggy haired guy grinned like a hatter at the scene.
"Jealous much Alexa?" he said staring her down with his blue eyes, tilting the white cowboy hat on his head back as he did.
"Ugh shut up, who asked you hick boy." Alexa snapped.
"Look, Alexa, I don't know what your beef is with me but somethin' tells me you ain't ever seen two happy people before." Keith twanged as Alexa stared him down with her own icy blue eyes.
"Well as long as their happiness stays G rated I couldn't care less but when he carries her in here making out I thought the next sight to scar my brain would have been the sight of their naked writhing bodies on the table." she said lashing out with her words.
"Alright shut it, Alexa. I turned you down because I didn't like your attitude and you've had it out for me ever since." Jackson snapped back at the short blonde.

Jackson smiled and laughed. "Fools Gold is one of my favorite movies with him for sure I actually have it on DVD." he said a bit sheepishly especially when he realized how warm he suddenly felt. "You know I'm starting to think you and I might just be a dangerous pair." he said jokingly as they reached the dorm.

Hestia glared at herself in the mirror. Upstaged by a pair of children this is insulting. she thought to herself. I should have killed her on the spot....But then I would be a murderer and there's no explaining a High Priestess being jealous of a fledgling. she added as she mulled over how to handle the threat of two gifted fledglings at her school with who knows how many more lurking around in secret.

"Welcome ladies and gentlemen, The time has come once again for the Knight selection ceremony." The announcer boomed from the stage located in the center of the capital city. his voice broadcast through the entire city through an intricate speaker system. Those who heard came walking to the center of the city where a massive stone stood. Upon arrival, there were nine visibly different groups of people. Each from a different region of Elementia. Grinning as he spoke the announcer continued.
"As you all know we have always believed in this stones power and the knowledge it possesses has always been immense. And now more than ever the Knights this stone gives us are needed to help with the invading forces. Ladies and gentlemen the scrolls." he said rubbing his bald head as he spoke. Not as soon as the word scroll had formed in the announcer's mouth a team of nine assistants walked onto the stage each holding two scrolls. The people all knew the drill here nine blank scrolls are sealed and placed before the stone then a small manifestation of each element is shown from the scroll and finally, the names of the chosen are read aloud for all to hear. After that, the newly christened knights are handed the other scroll which only the knights are allowed to read. All of this began quickly and before they knew it the first scroll was being read.

Leonidas stood among his peers from his village. He knew he had so much to prove but being here seemed to validate all the hard work he put into his training. He looked up at the Announcer as he broke the seal on the first scroll and began to speak.
"As always we begin with the scroll of light," he said opening the scroll reading before leaning toward the crowd with a smile. "Leonidas Gainsborough, You will be the next Knight of Light." he finished with a grin. Leonidas was floored he had been chosen, all of his hard work had led him to this moment. He almost couldn't contain himself as he moved through the crowd and ascended the stairs to accept his scroll and stand before the freshly erected banner that bore the symbol of his element.
"May your Light shine bright enough for all to see." The announcer said with a slight bow to Leonidas before continuing grabbing the next scroll.
