Personality: Curious, Confident, Caring... or at least, that's what her friends would say. Elisabeth has two faces, the one she shows the world, and the one she struggles with daily. In reality she is rather easily discouraged, her determination coming almost entirely out of some sort of need to spite herself. She suffers from unfortunately frequent Panic and Anxiety attacks, a fact that has somehow not discouraged her enough to prevent her lust for adventure.
Backstory: Truth be told, Eli was born on a ship that frequented the more mountainous regions. She can't remember her parents, as the people on the ship functioned as one giant family who raised everybody together. Much of her childhood is shrouded in a haze of illness, terror and more than one near death experience, though through no fault of her caretakers. She had always been a sickly child, and the fact that she so easily took things to heart never helped. Eli's family had been the proud discoverers of a Devil Fruit, at about the same time that the people they had owed money decided that they were done waiting. By age 19 Celeste had spent a year in chains aboard a rival pirate ship, and on her 20th birthday she escaped as her family rescued her, her older sister sending her away on a rowboat with the newly recovered Devil Fruit in hand.
Obviously, she ate the devil fruit, and as time went on after washing up on the shore of an island she never cared to learn the name of, she earned a reputation for exploring areas on several islands deemed unable to be traversed on foot. Her name, or at least face, has spread in more than one way however, as those who had previously captured her are very keen on getting her back, at any cost.
Abilities:
Dash Dash Fruit - A strawberry-like fruit that gives the owner the ability to dash a distance in any conceivable direction regardless of current facing or momentum. However, most momentum is retained during and after a dash, so this cannot be used to break one's fall in any situation where they would not normally survive said fall. It can however, be used to redirect said momentum, and send the user to a location they would otherwise not be able to reach. After dashing, the user is unable to dash again until their feet are fully planted on a surface, such as the ground, the deck of a ship, or somebody's face. This means that while climbing, or in the air the user may be able to dash, but will be unable to dash again until both feet find a solid surface. While dashing the user visually becomes what appears to be a fast moving orb of blue light, leaving a trail behind. Despite the ethereal appearance, the user is still physical in this form, and extremely fragile if caught.
Cooking - That's an ability right? More specifically baking, Eli has a knack for creating sweet treats out of event the smallest ingredients.
