Aver'i had been eyeing up a chicken burger when Ben spoke, at which point she turned to look at him. "Hold up, are you saying that Gambit is a chef here?"
"Yes, yes, a million times yes. You have no idea how hungry I am after gym, I need to eat something. Let's go!" And with that she turned and began to head towards the cafeteria. She kicked off from the ground and continued to float towards it, but turned around so she was facing Ben. "Hurry up, or else all the good stuff will be gone."
"Thanks for showing me the way, see you in a moment." She called back as she headed to the locker room. When she reemerged she was wearing black shorts, a bright green tank and her hair pulled up into a ponytail. She listened as the teacher described what the plan for the lesson was. She probably wouldn't have issues with the weight-lifting, or at least not as much as some others may, it was the endurance that troubled her. Sure, she occasionally jogged but flying was so much easier, it would definitely be that which let her down. Seeing the others walking over to the treadmills she followed, and began to work on the tasks given to them.

First she ran, and ran, but no longer than the average of the class, and then she stretched. So next was the weights. She had to be smart, sure she could pick up ridiculously heavy but it wouldn't be as impressive as she was struggling to even lift it a centimeter towards the end, so she settled for 500lbs. It was by no means effortless - she really ought to train with her strength more - but she got through it. And then more running. When she was finally finished her muscles ached and she gulped at her water but there was a definite sensation of pride.
Aver'i was putting away her notes in her bag when she heard Ben. "Oh, hello again." She stood up and slung her bag over her shoulder. "I do actually, yeah. I'm guessing you do too?" She asked with a smile.
(It's nearly 2am here so I really ought to go to sleep, sorry knight!)

His mother she was not so sure she recognised but she had definitely heard of his father, son of Spiderman, fancy that. "I'm sure they will develop, just as I hope mine will. I never fly too far away from the ground, just in case." She joked, though it was true. Having hugely emotion based powers was not always the most convinient. As he asked about the class she thought for a moment before giving him a smile and a nod. "Sure, let's go get eaten by laser-sharks."
"I can imagine a lot of things! Not having to worry that you're going to be fed to laser-sharks to name one!" When he asked about her powers she thought about how best to answer. "Well, have you heard of Starfire? Or any Tamaranean for that matter I suppose.. They're called 'starbolts' which sounds silly but I can't really think of a better name for them myself. They're like an energy. I can also fly, that one is more self explanatory. How about you?"

Haha, of course I end up choosing the two people closest in age to me to be my Co-GMs.

I was going to say something akin to 'that's because people that age are the best' but frankly I feel a lot like a cat. I mean sure I'm independent but I like going home and having someone feed me and stroke my hair.
She followed him as he walked along, listening as he talked about classes. "Sergei Kravinof? He sounds like a Bond villain! If he's teaching here though I'm going to hope he's not one." She paused for a moment as she thought over what he had said before that. "As for me, I'm not sure sure, I mean I'm not sure what would be most beneficial to me. I suppose I'll just go with instinct when they start." She never had been the most organised of people.
18, but 19 in a week :'(
"Oh, okay." Well done, now you do look like an idiot. She took his hand and gave a smile regardless. "I'm Aver'i. Sorry about that, I just, I thought, maybe if you were sad or, oh ignore me I'm being ridiculous, I should just... stop. Sorry, hi." She rambled awkwardly
