I'd say that once they're fifty feet away, they're back to normal within minutes. When his eyes change back to their normal color, any pheromones he injected into the air are sucked back into him, so the effects disappear immediately.

After a few minutes of walking, the forested part of the academy grounds comes into view. At the edge of the forest is a long table with an assortment of different paintball guns and paintball containers. Mimic quickly goes over how to load and fire each one, then turns to the class and says, "If you get hit by three paintballs, you're out. All powers are allowed as long as they don't seriously injure your classmates. Last one standing wins. You may form groups, but know that you'll have to turn on one another eventually. I'll give you Agee minutes to discuss."

Anthony scans each of his classmates, his eyes turning grey as he mentally evaluating just how useful each would be.

Mimic is casually sitting on his desk, watching his students walk in the room. Once the majority have arrived, he stands and says, "Alright people, we're going to try something new today. For the most part, you've been progressing in your development, so, as a reward, we're going to be playing a little game." Without saying another word, he walks out of the classroom, assuming his students would follow.

John frowns as the teacher walks out the door and says to the others, "We better follow him."

After Sue leaves, Anthony turns to Katherine and says, "I'd like to address the elephant in the room, so to say. Ever since th first simulation, you've been avoiding me, which, honestly, I completely understand. However, I'd like to put whatever differences we have behind us." He stands before continuing, "If you ever need a helping hand, just let me know. I'm going to go catch Sue." As Anthony walks in the direction that Sue had gone, the school bell rings, signaling an end to lunch. He walks outside ino a field and sees Sue. Without hesitation, and without slowing down, he walks to her, scoops her up, then begins walking to Mimic's class.
