My one criticism would be that there aren't any common metals before you get to gold and gems. Also, it might be a good idea to list what you can make from ores so there differences are more meaningful. Other than that I like it.

The catharsis one was mine, but I can't really see how it'd be read as passive aggressive. I do really enjoy catharsis and that was before I started being more honest as a policy in my life. I'm glad I've got no others up there, though.
