Dearest Spam

Giving a presentation on Raphael's School of Athens tomorrow, writing it tonight because I'm an idiot. I have few references but plenty of notes for it. Starting to eat 2 cups of celery a day, and drink ginger tea after meals instead of coffee. After this bit of work I've got two weeks without deadlines, there's a foam party on Wednesday I'm sort of looking forward to because of that, but my city is fucking freezing at night. Also, I'm playing and winning a lot of poker, so good all in all.

Self deprecation isn't always that fantastic of a trait I tell you. So, I will go so far as to say I now think I'm actually a person who makes an effort to be nice, as opposed to niceness as some sort of perceived weakness. However I will prioritize honesty over niceness as that way people know I'm not concealing more nastiness from them, and I can be funny when I can be confident enough to be. How that translates onto here I have no idea. You still have terrible taste in people, though.

They don't annoy me, but I'm a hard person to annoy so my indifference to a large number of them is probably just on the negative side of neutral. However, those that actually contribute something are ones that I enjoy. In addition many of them affirm my connection to the old guild, and there are one or two from then I would like to see return. So overall, thanks to the enjoyable few, I guess I view bandwagons in a slightly positive light.
