Bobo trips over a broken down cart on the side of the road. There appears to be two dead travelers and a dead redguard inside the cart, as well as a dead horse.

Hey hey hey, Bobo doesn't hate the altmer. He is a bosmer, they are pretty much cousins. He's only doing it so he can have a friend! I mean, Bobo is incredibly powerful, but he never uses violence. He'd much rather use his intelligence.
