Napalm curled out from Scorn's razor lined mouth as he flew around in search of the disturbance causing several people to run away in fear. Minutes had passed until the Red Lantern finally arrived at the area people were evidently running away from. It was obvious why. Several unkempt looking men were running around like hooligans, shooting guns randomly in the air and towards people. In the middle of the chaos sat a woman crying over the body of her son. He had been shot by one of the people, and the scene instantly incensed Scorn. Growling, he rushed down to the area and punched the nearest wild shooter with a force strong enough to actually burst his insides and send him flying.

"HOLY SHIT!" One of them yelled. "SHOOT THAT... THAT THING!"

Before this one could shoot, a stream of napalmic blood covered his entire body, burning him to a crisp.

"Disgusting 'men'..." Scorn growled
Scorn's body glowed red as he entered Earth's atmosphere, returning here nearly a year after he had set off to Ysmault to meet up with his fellow Red Lanterns and embark on their galactic mission to spread vengeance across the universe. He felt an immense amount of violent behavior and rage coming from the cities down below, all which instantly eradicated any questions from his mind as to why Atrocitus and his Red Ring had ordered him to return to his home planet.

"Such violence and anger caused in mere hours..."

With the failure to retain the most dangerous criminals, super or not, an immense number kf crimes had been committed. Everything from theft and property damage to rape and murder had skyrocketed, and Scorn, like many of his other Corp mates, had felt it. Naturally, it burned him up from the inside, and quite literally to considering he had to heavily resist the urge to just fly down there and start spewing the place with his napalmic blood.

"R-rankorr's instructions," Scorn seethed. "Atrocitus's teachings... harness anger and direct it..."

Having been inducted into the Corp's a year and a half ago, controlling his otherwise uncontrollable anger still took a bit of effort. Hell, when he arrived on Ysmault, the first thing Atrocitus did was toss him into the Blood River of Ysmault and then slam his head back down under the bloody waters just so that Scorn could actually think straight and have coherent thoughts. Then Scorn was somewhat mentored by Rankorr, another human Red Lantern, to better control his rage even when it seemed to be welling back up inside him.

"Aggh... where must I start first?"

Scorn descended above the city and hovered, trying to figure out a location where to go to.

I've checked the wiki, and it says that men allowed to use the Sapphire Rings. Hell, Guy Gardner used a Red Ring and a Sapphire Ring at the same time (although it was hard for him). And while the cannon Sapphire Corp doesn't have any men in it, it's more because they haven't found one worthy to be in it yet. Although It should also be noted that the Entity of Love did possess a man, making him effectively a member of the Star Sapphires during the possession. I was fully aware that most Star Sapphires are female when I revamped Jason's CS. That's why I made his power ring a keepsake from his mother, and why he's called Star Adam (first man)Also, here's a quote from the Green Lantern Wiki; "" That's the reason I made him an orphan in his back story. If I changed him into an Indigo Lantern, I would have to completely change his back story again, which I really don't want to do unless I have to.If you were just making a suggestion because you thought I was unaware that most Star's were girls, then thanks. However, I have read a lot of the Green Lantern Wiki before, and I think I know a fair amount about the corps and the power rings. The only reason I didn't realize that White Lantern's were op was because I thought that there greatest power was destroying Black Lantern Rings, and that that's how the White Lantern power was able to save the day in the Blackest Night event

Alright, cool then. I usually read the wiki to inform myself of the other corps too since really I only like reading the comics with the Red Lanterns in them, but now I do recall actually seeing that Star Sapphires could have men in them.
Nice reference with the Adam thing though.
So, a Star Spphire, a Blue Lantern, and a Green Lantern, all off which are hated by the Red Lanterns. Looks like you guys won't have to worry about finding a suoer to fight!

Also, Captor. I do apologize if my posts against your character made you feel like you were being overly criticized or something. Submitting a character for an RP can be a rather anxious thing, if that makes any sense. I will say though that the Star Sapphires are pretty much all female, so a good alternative for them woukd be an Indigo Lantern, which is powered by compassion. That spectrum of light is right next to the Star Sapphires anyway.
The closest thing to the Star Sapphires would be the Indigo Lanterns, who are fueled by compassion.
Well... those are mostly female (of not all of them), but I guess that's ok xD.
There's also the fact that newbie characters will eventually have that "moment of truth" where they realize the potential of their powers, make full use of them, and kick everyone's ass.
Dblade is right, the White Lanterns arise exclusively in response to the Blackest Night, and they aren't even an established Corp like the Red or Green Lanterns. They're connected to the entity of life just like the Black Lanterns are connected to the entity of death. Also, don't the WLs only arise when all 7 corps have united or something?
Well gee, at this rate why bother arguing if anyone is OP or not....

That warning has no meaning, as both Kami and Abbadon are OP, and half the cast is crazy. And none of them - to my surprise - are dead.

At this point why bother even arguing if anyone is OP or not?

Anyway wizardguy, about out argument in the IC, I'd admit you stated your case well. I'll try to keep a better on myself when using the dark magic, but you too should take care when using Kami's power.
Something which came to mind was that these two characters could be the "Magic vs Tech" or "Supernatural vs Science" type rivalry. Considering both are pretty much "rulers" already, yeah...

Now, do you want to restart the fight and start things fresh or just continue from where we left off?
"Any idea of where we should start then?" Seth asked Brooke.
