I'm beginning to think I should draw a map of Arcus or something. The whole "mega district as big as a small country" was made to give a variety of option of where to do things and stuff, but it can be a bit of a drawback if no one knows where's where...
Well you can always change it if you'd like, I don't see a problem.

Currently:

Hawk, Abaddon, Persona, and the NPC Obliterate are "up north". They're in that nicer part of the area that Scipio mentioned, and that's a bit far from where we all started out.

Katherin (from what I last remember) was near Starbird's death site trying to sneak in. Niesha and Zed are close by each other, with Niesha trying to reason with Zed (who is transforming and wanting to kill MindWarp). MindWarp is currently going elsewhere. All of these guys are in the general area where the coffee shop is, the poorer part of this section of Arcus.

I'm not sure I can keep up :(

Relax, the last posts were basically just my character fighting with an NPC.

Or, is there anything you need to be caught up on?
Such long posts for what's supposed to be the free section @_@...
Abaddon growled in pain as the mad hero bashed into him and basically broke him through the wall of a building. That hurt, but it only made Abaddon angry.

"Ha, I've honestly waited a while for this, Obliterate," Abaddon laughed as he stood up from the ground Obliterate had tossed him at.
"If you honestly think I'm going to break out the cliche of 'trying to reason with the once great but now fallen hero', you're wrong."
The tendrils on Abaddon's back sharpened into even deadlier weapons, as did his claws and teeth. In a swift leap, Abaddon was level with Obliterate. Taking advantage of this, Abaddon pierced Obliterate with his tendrils and used them to push himself upwards before pulling downwards. This gave him extra force to kick Obliterate, driving him down into the ground below.

On the ground, Obliterate groaned in pained as he felt Abaddon's tendrils bore deeper into him. Before the antihero could bring down his raised claws down on Obliterate though, the enraged meta let loose a wave of concussive energy from his body to blast Abaddon away.
Obliterate struggled to his feet, recovering from his pain. He gritted his teeth as he ripped off the tendrils that were attempting to burrow into his body. Raising his arms, he let loose another stream of energy.

Though Abaddon had been blasted off from Obliterate by a wave of his cosmic energy, he had landed skillfully on his feet and was ready for whatever came next. As the stream of new energy surged towards him, his created a tough symbiotic shield to resist the barrage. It was tough though, so Abaddon had to put in a bit more effort to keeping his ground.

"Is this all you got?!"

Lashing out his free arm, Abaddon released a whipping, fanged tendril that stretched to reach Obliterate. It caught his enemy right on the leg, biting down deeply and then tugging to knock him off balance.

"I didn't kill Starbird, and I probably never would have unless the bastard came for me first," Abaddon growled as he began pulling the hero towards him.
"But, I will kill you. And I'm going to enjoy it just like I do with every other massacre I make on the scum I hate."

Abaddon pounced on top of Obliterate and stabbed him with his tendrils once again. His symbiotic suit released more tendrils from in front, spreading over Obliterate to keep him downed as Abaddon repeatedly punched him in the face. He ended his attack with a bite to the shoulder, ripping off a chunk of the hero's flesh before leaping off him.

"I'm going to have a bit of fun with this though. C'mon 'hero', you're just as lowly as the rest of the criminals and villains of Arcus now that you've killed people who, like me, didn't even know shit about your brother's death."

The angry hero grunted as his cosmic energy burned off the resin keeping him down.
"Bleeding won't stop..."
He was right, the wounds Abaddon had given him were deep and gruesome, especially the bite. He dove for Abaddon, only to be knocked off course by his tendrils.

"Fool."
Abaddon drove his claws into Obliterate's body, then tore out violently to rip open his ribcage and spill his innards.
"WHERE IS THE FALSE HERO KNOWN AS ABADDON?!"

Abaddon finally arrived where Obliterate was making a mess. It was rather amazing to see how in just a short gap of time, Obliterate had ruined nearly all the buildings around him and had hurt or killed several dozen people unlucky enough to be in his path. Abaddon knew Obliterate for his short temper, but something else was up. Even if the bastard had finally lost it and decided to kill him, he'd never go so far as to do this...

"Smell anything on him? Chemicals, alien pheromones, that type of stuff?"

"#No, all I can smell are his increased adrenaline levels. Maybe he really has lost it, but why?"

"That's what I'm wondering.... hey, Obliterate!"
Abaddon called out and threw a piece of rubble at the hero as he jumped upon a nearby perch to be level with the hovering meta.

Obliterate turned, his eyes glowing with angry cosmic energy.
"You! You son of a bitch, what have you done?! WHY?!"

Obliterate lifted up his left arm and fired a blast of energy, but Abaddon was able to quickly avoid it.

"What the hell are you even talking about? We're not the one's destroying buildings and pretty much killing everything that moves!"

"You know well what I speak of! You killed my brother, who else would do this to him but you?! You have never seen eye to eye with him, I knew that one day your twisted ideals would drive you to murder him like you do everything else!"

Another blast of energy, again avoided. Abaddon hissed in anger and in surprise. Starbird was dead?

"Woah... what? The legendary hero is DEAD?! That's news to us buddy, we haven't even seen the guy in months now!"

Obliterate shouted in rage, fully convinced and driven mad at the assumption that Abaddon was responsible for his brother's death. He seemed almost completely consumed by rage as he dashed forward and tackled Abaddon....
Alright, so obviously I've introduced the first major plotline for the RP:

The metas and armies will have to fight them obviously, but I think I'll let people choose who'd they want to fight for. The aliens can offer metas a choice of fighting on their side for great rewards or something like that, and it wouldn't be far from their character considering they are supremacists and would want the strongest beings on their side.

How does all this sound?

Note: The invasion will not happen immediately, it'll build up to that.
Nah, it wasn't him in specific, it was to everyone as well.
WHERE IS HE?!?!?!"

Energized beams of destructive force blew off part of a building several blocks away from the Gelden Bank.

"WHERE IS THAT DISGUSTING WRETCH?!"

Another beam of energy shot down, damaging another building, tearing up the pavement, and even obliterating several bystanders trying to flee from the mad superhero, Obliterate.

As Abaddon was sizing up and confronting Persona, the screams of people and the sounds of explosions reached him, as did the booming voice of a certain hero, Obliterate.

"Is that Obliterate?! The hell is his problem?"

The sounds of chaos continued blocks away. Abaddon had to make a choice now; let a psycho with a gun walk away with a few bags of cash to confront the rampaging hero, or stay here and-

Yeah, that didn't need any time to be thought about. Obliterate, the brother of Starbird, was a powerful meta that had powers similar to his brother's. If this guy was allowed to rampage through the city, a hell of a lot of things were going to get blown to shit.

"Grr... fine..."

Abaddon jumped to the wall and used his tendrils to grab several people in the bank at once, tossing them outside to givs them a chance to escape.

"Just remember clown, next time we meet won't be so nice and pleasant for you," Abaddon snarled as he dropped down and bounded out the bank on all fours to meet Obliterate...
Alright, I'll see what I can work up!
