As his attacks connected and sent the man flying backwards, Yu took the oppurtunity to look around and saw that nothing was damaged from the attacks that the man did, so when the man slashed at him with nothing happening, Yu still dodged. It wasn't unheard of for attacks to be invisable, besides if it was an invisable arc this guy didn't seem to be trying to harm anything, if anything he was trying his hardest not to. So when his spiritual energy faded, Yu shunpoed back over to his zanpakutos and stared at the man, before sitting down. "How about a truce for a few minutes, I want you to explain things to me, if you want to attack be my guest but if you do, then I do promise you I will kill you. For someone who is convicted of murder you are trying your hardest to prevent any desctruction to any innocent house. This leads me to think that the killing part I heard about was fabricated. However you had that bag, did you rob people?" Yu stared at the man as he held up his hands to show he didn't have any hostile intentions yet, that was all up to the mans choices.

The masked man watched as Yu went back to his Zanpakuto then sat down he then listened as Yu began to speak, this caused his eyes to narrow as a large gust of wind approached Yu however it suddenly stopped, dying down completely "There can be no truce...you cannot try to kill me and expect everything to be okay, I will explain my reasons but this doesn't change the outcome of this fight. Besides you'd be best off talking to my partner who is currently fighting one of you if you wanted to know more about why we aren't destroying anything, I'll explain with what I know however. " The masked man stabbed his Zanpakuto into the ground, his hands then rested on top of it has he then began speaking "I'm surprised it took you this long to notice but whatever...you'd be right on one thing and that'd be that the accusation of us killing people was indeed made up by your higher ups...We are aware of the Shinigami's low numbers however have you asked yourself why you are killing more people than jailing? the only Shinigami I've noticed Jailing people are from Squad 6 and that's because it's their job...we don't kill people, we only attack those who attack us and even then it is only to immobilize them and robbing? well we don't see it like that...we are just trying to restore some balance to all districts so that crime is less of an issue and people can begin to work for their money as opposed to stealing, murdering and the alike...if all districts are roughly the same in terms of wealth don't you think it'd be easier to maintain? there for one would be less crime with more money spread across the districts and not clumped into one place like this...that makes things better already. So...what do we do? we take from these richer people and slowly put money back into the poorer districts so people can start earning their way...sure these people might loose something, money...but that money to someone from a poor district can give them life...what's better you tell me. Wasted money or money that gives person life...a real chance to live like everyone around here? We are doing what the Shinigami fail to do...of course we don't want to kill anyone and so we have learned to finely control our powers so we can make sure no one is harmed...however that's enough talking. I've explaining to you why we are doing what we do..." The man then pulled his Zanpakuto out of the ground and held it in both hands, the tip of the blade pointing to the sky "You best hope your comrade over there see's sense to or he is going to be burnt to a crisp..."

His kick was blocked by the man who used spiritual energy to help block it, so it led Yu to think that he could use it for both attacks and defense, thse in a way assured Yu that using stronger Hakuda moves wouldn't outright kill him. So when the man slashed at him again Yu sidestepped it then started shunpoing al laround the man, each one getting closer, even doing a feint every now and then. The trick was to make the man think he was going to strike only to shunpo away and go from a different spot, so after a few times doing this, he would appear in front of him but this time for real, attempting to deliver a fury of punches to the man. Yu could also feel that if the man didn't surrender now, then he would have no choice but to kill him at any means neccsary.

As the masked man slashed towards Yu he saw him sidestep then go into a Shunpo frenzy, an arc of energy flew off the mans Zanpakuto however it dissolved the second it got close to any buildings, this made the man pant a little Controlling my energy like that is really taking it out of me...I can only attack him when I am certain I'll hit him... Off in the distance he could feel his friend fighting to, it appeared he had gone Bankai already meaning he must have been taking this somewhat seriously or was just trying to end it quickly...sadly he didn't have Bankai...however he had one more trick up his sleeve...he could feel his energy running out quickly but this was due to the amount of control in every attack. As Yu came in towards him he simply stood there as the punches connected, the man seemingly using nothing to protect himself but the hits feeling like they made contact, this sent him flying back, however he flipped then landed on his feet, the only effect of the attack Yu had delivered was some light bruising "Hm...you aren't half bad, not good enough however..." the man then slashed towards Yu nothing happening at all...

"Fair enough, but don't say I didn't mind hearing you out," Hikari spoke. He watched as the old man activated his Bankai, once he did liquids began drying up and Hikari could feel the immense heat, so much he that he had to take a breath. It reminded him of his elder's heat, but more heat than fire....As the man appeared behind him and strike Hikari turned at the same speed, "Hiraishin!" he spoke as he blocked the man's attack with his rather giant Zanpakuto. The attack would numb the old man's hands, if he relied on brute strength then he would have been paralyzed, but at the least his hands were getting numb. Hikari looked the old man dead in his eye, "Feu," he spoke as the heat around the old man was absorbed into his sword. Hikari pushed against the old man's sword while releasing the arc of heat reiatsu to further his power, at the least it would push the man back to create distance....If the attack managed to actually hit then he would have been sent back, probably not flying, but sent back a good distance.

The man watched Hikari turn then he clashed with Hikari, his hands suddenly became numb however his grip remained on his Zanpakuto, the heat around him was absorbed, this caused his eyes to widen momentarily as he was then pushed back however the man had a trick up his sleeve, shunpoing into the air and letting go of his Zanpakuto he then bit onto it's hilt with his mouth, his body temperature itself then increased dramatically as he landed on the ground, he then stood still as he watched Hikari...awaiting his next move with a calm expression

Yu felt himself moving more slower than before, so he was wondering if this was an ability of his, whatever it was it made his punch slower so in turn made it easier to dodge, as the man dodged to the right then opened up his left palm which ahd this orb in it. The man aimed it at Yu's face, and on instict Yu brought up his arms to block his face so when the orb slammed into him and exploded, sending dust around the area. When it cleared Yu wasnt in the dust but instead in the air above the man swinging his right leg downwards at the man.

The masked man watched Yu take the attack and go flying back as he was then caught in the explosion, however once the dust had cleared Yu was nowhere in sight. The masked man then felt a disturbance in the wind as he looked up to see Yu coming down at him "Hakuda huh?" The man then raised his left arm as Spiritual energy wrapped around it, he then used his left forearm to block the attack then he pulled his left forearm away as he slashed across at Yu, Spiritual energy once again wrapped around his Zanpakuto ready to fire off in an arc

Yu had a curious look to what the man said, yet focused again when the man was behind him again, this mans speed was definally quite impressive to say the least. Yu would most certainly have to act much faster than he was use to. Yet Yu looked behind himself only to get slash upwards by the blade as it released an arc which cut through him. Yet the man would then hear something. "Bear your fangs hounds of carnage, tear them asunder, Hakai no Okami." When the man turned around he would see Yu with two different blades and his top missing, he would also see the Yu he thought he cut was just his top. Yu's spiritual energy then covered his entire body as Yu stabbed his Shikai's into the ground. "Last chance, if yu dont surrender by the time this wears off, ill have no choice to kill you." Yu then took off much faster than before and was infront of the man within a second with a punch already being aimed at the mans gut.

The masked man watched Yu get cut however he wasn't stupid, Yu had made one great error..showing his speed off before using this technique, it allowed the man to see what sort of skill he had and so catching him with a simple trick like that was far from possible in this early stage. The masked man then turned to see Yu behind him then listened as he spoke "I'm not going to surrender...so quit askin'! You're going to regret not taking the chance to capitalise on that skill you just used..." The man then watched Yu fly towards him, moving at a much greater speed than before, however as Yu got closer he'd notice himself slow down slightly, as if the air around the masked man had become heavier or more thicker, increasing the resistance against the body and in turn slowing Yu down, this meant Yu's punch was easily avoided as the man stepped off to the right and twisted his body as he avoided the punch, the man then opened up his left palm as an orb of black energy formed, he then went to smash this into Yu's face and if so this would send Yu flying back, the orb then shortly after exploding in quite a concentrated explosion, maximizing damage and protecting people in the nearby area

As the man released a powerful burst of energy Hikari was pushed back but easily found his grounding stopping himself while in the air, he deactivated his Kaze rūsu and continued staring at the old man. "Huh, seems my words are being wasted on you as well. You're preaching so much about how Shinigami are bad, yet you're using the same methods the Shinigami are....So really, what makes you better than what you're claiming to be bad? Maybe we can do what you're saying in time to better deal with the Hollows, but Shinigami aren't really high in numbers now are they? Especially with recent events, it's never going to be so easy as snapping our fingers. I'm taking into account what you say, but if you really care about what you're saying then help.....Don't use violence or force." Hikari looked around, eyes then laying on the bag he had taken then back on the old man. "I don't know what you know, but I do know Shinigami aren't as bad as you're claiming them to be.....Atleast with your vague statements.....I'm always willing to talk things out, see things from the opponent's point of view. But one thing I can allow is criminal activity, atleast if I'm able to stop it. You broke the law, account of assault and theft, and I can't let that pass. So I'll ask this once before I have to use force again, are you willing to surrender?" Hikari asked, throughout talking his spirit energy was raising slowly and was now at a rather high level but it still kept going up.

The man turned to look at Hikari then let out a sigh "I'm done talking to you about something you wont understand...let's just get this over with already" The man then raised his Zanpakuto up into the air as his Spiritual energy began to rise, the flames around him then flew off his body and began wrapping around his blade "Ban...kai..." the flames extinguished from around the man leaving only immense heat, all liquids began to dry up and even Hikari would feel this sort of heat..."I can't waste my time with you anymore..." the man then appeared behind Hikari with his back to him, the heat emitting from the man was immense, he then twisted to his right swinging his Zanpakuto towards Hikari

Listening and watching, the man had appeared on his left and with great speed grabbed his sheath and had swung his Zanpakuto at him which was wrapped in flames. Hikari could have easily dodged but he wanted to test something. Hikari thought as he let the attack hit him which sent him flying. Mid-air he muttered the words, “Strike and clap, Ken!” which made his sword turned into, well, an even bigger sword. He struck downwards into the ground and landed on his feet, his Shikai stopping the flying. Pulling his Shikai out of the ground with force he held it out and glared at the old man. Hikari thought before he looked at the wound that was dealt, he didn't seem bothered by it but there seemed to be a consistent burn there. Hikari thought as he gathered an idea of the old man's abilities. He looked back at the old man and blinked."You say Shinigami are for mindless murders, saying we kill for no reason," Hikari chuckled, "Now that's just a bit too idiotic don't you think? We kill Hollows to keep a balance.....As for Shinigami as yourself? You threaten the lives of hundreds, thousands, and millions, and you think Shinigami are just mindlessly killing because those types of people are executed? Now I'm not one for straight off killing, but it's for the safety of the Soul Society, so if you're going to talk about this shit then atleast talk with some sense!"Hikari twirled his Shikai with ease, "Kaze rūsu," he muttered as wind began swarming around him though the old man wouldn't feel it considering the distance they were from each other. Hikari then appeared behind the old man, Kaze rūsu enhancing his speed mixed with the speed he already possessed made him deadly fast. The wind was strong enough to throw the old man off his feet if he wasn't careful. Hikari swung his Shikai aiming to cut the old man's back.

The man watched Hikari as he took the hit and release his Shikai before landing "Quit trying to figure me out...your wasting your time..." The man then listened as Hikari began speaking and at this point he felt like facepalming "You fool. Hollows are merely tortured souls in which we purify...yes we purify them to keep the balance between the worlds but have you ever asked yourself why hollows still rampage around being allowed to do as they please? why is that the Shinigami will purify a few hollow one day then let them do as they please the next? or have you failed to see that? Hollows ruining people's lives and in turn creating more of them...opposed to merely trying to contain the issue and in turn save Souls the Shinigami deal with it in a brutish way and let souls suffer whilst they kill of the hollow numbers to keep things balanced...it's like an eye for an eye. Hmf...it seems my words are being wasted on you...Just you watch this fight, pay attention to every single move I make...in the end...you will see how the Shinigami lied to you about us...about what we were doing..." The man watched Hikari then noticed him disappear and re-appear behind him, the flames around the man then grew larger naturally with the wind as he then released a powerful burst of energy that would throw Hikari back and yet...it wasn't wild and untamed it was finely controlled which was shown by how the only thing it damaged was Hikari...everything around the man remained perfectly in tact...

Yu sighed as he heard the mans response and saw his attack come at him. Yu simply shunpoed behind the man and sighed. "I hoped you would have surrendered, but then again you are a killer. So I shouldn't have expected so much." Yu spoke to the man as he held up his hand towards the back of the guys head and attempted to use Oni Dekopin. Well if he did have something up his sleeve, Yu was confident in his speed to get out of any dangerous attack he might have planned. Just in case though he put his left hand on his hilt.

"A killer? Tch...they were right about you Shinigami...you've got your wires crossed...but if a killer is what I am to you then I best not disappoint!" The masked man then felt the wind change and the presence of Yu behind him, this gave him more than enough time to react as he disappeared then re-appeared behind Yu, his speed to was something quite incredible. The masked mans Zanpakuto appeared wrapped in Spiritual energy as he held it in reverse in his right hand, bringing it up to slash at Yu's back, the speed in which the blade travelled was immense and the power behind it was much greater, giving off it's own spiritual pressure as closed in on Yu. if the Attack managed to hit it would release a large arc of Spiritual energy

"What do you care for risking people's lives? You and your friend are already killing them," Hikari said with a glare, "Besides, there won't be much damage done. It'll be over before anything too serious happens." Hikari thought, watching as flames wrapped around the man's Zanpakuto and then his body alight. He felt the temperature increase but didn't let it bother him, after that fight with the Bankai user and being hit directly with the flames......Fire and heat hadn't bothered him as much, and he doubted this guy was on the same level as his Elder or higher. "First move is mine? Find it hard to move your bones old man?" Hikari thought as his eyes drifted around as people ran out of the area. Hikari's eyes then sat onto the old man, waiting a second before his energy shot into the air and he dashed off. In a few seconds he had neared the old man and swung directly at his neck, with his sheath he attacked that lower half with an Onibi.

The man raised an eye brow at Hikari mentioning them killing people "Tch!" the man then shook his head "Typical...this is why we all left this shit...they don't care if we are petty thieves or full blown murderers, the answer is always the same...Kill them...let's be honest here, The Shinigami job is just for mindless murderers...killing for no reason, just doing as your ordered to mindlessly without even questioning why? You're all just puppets...disposable pieces of shit in the grand scheme of things...let me show you the difference between us, let me show you what can be attained when you simply man up and ask why!" The mans eyes then narrowed as he watched Hikari dash towards him, the mans face remained still and emotionless as he appeared at Hikari's left side, his flaming left hand on Hikari's sheath as he then pulled it towards him and slashed down at Hikari with his Zanpakuto that had become wrapped in flames

Rio's eyes narrowed at Shou as he mentioned the reason why he was mad. She chose to try and reason with him this time, but this wouldn't happen often so he shouldn't get used to it. Rio just wanted Shou to cheer up. Keeping her arms crossed, Rio continued to watch Shou. A certain task suddenly popped up in her head... she had quite a bit of paperwork to finish. Turning towards the Seireitei, Rio began walking, expecting Shou to follow.

Shou put his hands in his pockets then kicked the ground "Hmph!" he then turned and followed Rio, Ice cream wasn't what he wanted...he wanted a piggy back, it was clear this woman was a bit of a kill joy but he'd have to deal with it...he needed to get stronger somehow and if this women would help him get stronger then he'd go without the fun stuff...despite wanting it...sure he wanted to work but it was no fun doing that all the time, perhaps he needed to work on her a bit....get her to soften up...
