Wait whut? Squad 2? additional training? Dx Kaizo doesn't believe in that crap, if you have the raw basics needed then they can be built on during your time there...sure your missions may start off with you being not so stealthy however as time goes on and your skills get better ya missions get sneakier and harder ^.^ Squad 10 just stare at tumble weeds all day! xD

At this point Gio couldnt be surprised when he was greeted by a lieutenant rather than a captain. it always seemed to go this way. "Im Giovanni Cain. 3rd seat of squad 5." he introduced himself. "I was hoping to speak with the Captain in regards to training. when will he be available?" he couldn't help but notice the resemblance between the man before him and Captain Kuchiki. it was almost humurous, at a quick glance one might be forgiven for mistaking one for the other. But their Spiritual pressure was remarkably different. Perhaps they were related. After all the Kuchiki Clan was one of the Four noble Clans, they produced very skiled shinigami who somehow always wound up in squad six, according to record. "well your his lieutenant so i should probably have asked you this first. But would the captain even have time to train anyone outside of his squad? "

Kurisu looked at the man who introduced himself as Giovanni Cain, he then listened as Giovanni spoke and asked about things like training but the expression on Kurisu's face didn't change, it just remained cold and emotionless...even looking Kurisu in the eyes would likely make one feel chills. Kurisu then raised his right hand to the back of his head and rubbed it as he spoke "The Captain is out, that's all you need to know...I can assure you he isn't available right now nor will he be for sometime...you may not have been there when it happened but our newly appointed Head Captain pointed out the fact that a lot of the Captains were weak...weather Captain Kuchiki thought this was targeted at him or not is unknown but all I know is that he's been training non stop since then...and so he will very unlikely be able to take time out to train his own squad...let alone another. So I'm left in charge of this place...I have enough on my hands with paperwork and keeping this Squads Shinigami in shape, that and I'm not one to help other Squads out...when we fight on the battlefield it's a different story but here...in the Seireitei, I look out for my own Squad. I have no time to waste on another Squad" Kurisu was a little harsh but he felt the Gotei 13 had become soft...everyone helped eachother out, it was almost expected...to have a Captain of another Squad train your own Squad was just a ridiculous request to him...if that Captain wanted to train another Squad they'd likely be the Captain of that Squad...some people seemed to have forgotten about Squad rivalries...something Kurisu always heard about and actually enjoyed the sound of...competing with another Squad to see who has the best Shinigami? that's how one should get stronger...not by askin-no expecting another Captain to help them out...that shows no strength in a Shinigami at all nor their Squad. "I can only suggest one thing to you and that is to train yourself...and your Squad...yourself...Captain or no Captain people have done it before. I don't know what kind of Gotei 13 you think this is but it's changing..probably for the better...a good Squad rivalry is healthy so long as it doesn't get taken to far to the point the Squads are killing eachother...so from now on...I don't want you to view Squad 6 or any other Squad as your allies...I want you to view them and us as your enemies...if you want to be strong then depend on no one but yourself...perhaps then you may shine out from the rest of the pack..." Kurisu then turned and took a few steps then spoke again "That's all" Kurisa then closed the door, rather aggressively...Gio may have took this as offensive or out of order but that didn't bother Kurisu...if he took it like that then it was a job well done...because now he'd be striding to beat Squad 6...this would most certainly make for some interesting action and would help motivate the Squad. At the end of the day the could all be friends...when work was done but while they worked, they were enemies...not out to kill eachother but to succeed eachother...

Once his report was finished and filed Giovanni was relieved to find he still had time left in the day. After all it was his day off from training, which really meant he would be training on his own like always. It was inspiring to know that some of his squad mates also trained individually on their off days in a continuous pursuit of strength. Lately he had been focusing on Zanjutsu or communing with his Sorareo-O. He was proud of the bond he shared with his zanpakuto but he knew it would only get him so far. So he decided to go over to squad 6. Captain Kuchiiki fame lied in his skills in Hoho but he was also extremely proficient in Zanjutsu. It was Gio's intention to train under Captain Kuchiki however given the state of the Captains these days He would be grateful for some pointers. Gio entered squad 6 and sought out the captains Office. Knocking twice before awaiting a response.

Kurisu was sat in his fathers office doing his paperwork while his father did...who knows what...why Kurisu was doing this he didn't know but whatever, it had to be done...Kurisu then heard a knock at the door then let out a sigh as he then spoke to himself "doing my fathers paperwork now answering his damn door...I best be getting paid extra for this" Kurisu then stood up from the chair he was sat on and walked around the desk then opened the door and looked at the person who knocked "The Captain isn't in...but I'm the Lieutenant so what is it you want?"

Nishiki continued to observe the guy. Just a few simple words said in a slightly seductive tone got him to blush deeply, tilt his head away from her and stutter. The air around him felt almost tense... Nishiki didn't think he'd react so much towards her words, it wasn't like she was outright coming out with what she'd do to him sexually to make up for scaring him, she only suggested in a slightly sexual tone. Shaking her head lightly, Nishiki straightened up. Nishiki added a short giggle on the end of her sentence in an attempt to lighten him up.

Kazuya was really blushing alot right now however this faded a little when the woman asked a seemingly normal question...and yet the blush stayed...after all, she had just called him Cutie. Kazuya took a deep breath then spoke, trying not to stutter but ultimatly failing "W-Well I-I'm in S-Squad 3...M-My names is..K-Kazuya" Kazuya felt embarrassed still...he hated stuttering and yet he only did it when he was nervous "Y-You don't h-have to make i-it up t-to m-me, d-don't worry. U-umm...m-m-may I a-ask...Um...w-what your n-name i-is?"

Shortly after the attack three months ago and learning of Kenta retiring, Rio had a talk with both Kaizo and her Captain since a huge shift came into effect in regards of positions within the Seireitei. Rio had taken the new Captain of Squad Two's offer to become his Lieutenant, after she had a talk with her Captain Kuchiki about the proposition. At first, Rio was reluctant to leave her Captain, but as a little time went by and Kenta's replacement claimed his spot, Rio made the decision with working alongside Captain Kaizo, however she did visit Squad Six often, just to have a chat with her Captain from time to time... No matter what Squad she was in, Captain Kuchiki would always be her Captain... But Captain Kaizo was her higher priority.Usually one would find it weird to be taking orders from a spouse, but that wasn't the case with Rio. She obeyed Captain Kaizo and would still work to gain his respect, just like she did with Captain Kuchiki. What felt weird for her was the fact that she was in a different barracks with different Squad members... She had a new room and was in an area that was still slightly unfamiliar to her. To others, she'd look comfortable and settled, but really Rio was still trying to get used to things.... Get used to not having her best friend around or sticking closely with her Cap-... with Captain Kuchiki.... Stopping, Rio reached her Captain's door, knocking on it three times to await for Captain Kaizo's voice to grant her entrance.... She waited silently, as patience and professional as usual.

Kaizo sat in his office, it was odd...being a Captain...he was now in charge of people, however he was sure this was just a phase...he'd get used to it. Just as Kaizo thought this he heard a knock at his door and sensing who it was he perked up a little, looking up to the door and preparing himself he then spoke "Enter" this was another odd thing...working with the love of his life was definitely odd but it was nice also...going on missions with her was something he took pleasure in...however it did scare him...he couldn't help but think of the worst...He could protect her but what if there came a time he couldn't? This was half the reason he requested her as his Lieutenant...she could work hard and she was smart but also so he could train her and help her get stronger...perhaps one day she'd become a Captain also and that thought made him feel at ease...knowing she would have become so strong...it was really all he wanted now...

Upon simply entering Shikai, Miyuki gains a great boost to her Strength, speed and agility. Miyuki often prefers to fight in just Shikai and so a lot of work has been put into it to make it compensate for her Bankai's rather...horrible form...

1. Burn baby burn - By manipulating her Spiritual energy she can wrap it around her fists to coat them, she will then enchant this spiritual energy with a special Kido that creates a rather unusual power. Miyuki will only need to land one punch on her opponent and in doing so she will leave them with a nasty burning sensation where they were hit which doesn't fade for quite sometime, it almost feels as if their insides are burning...probably cause they are...(Burning feeling lasts 4 posts. Cool down 5 post cool down)

2. I have the power! - Once again by using the same method as the first skill Miyuki is able to enchant her spiritual energy with a special Kido, this one can be used on her entire body and once activated any incoming attacks will be sent right back at the enemy, if it is a melee attack they will merely stop upon contact with the spiritual energy (can last up to 3 posts, 3 post cool down from when shield ends)

Nishiki blinked, dumb-founded when she heard the guy's voice and spotted his blush. She definitely didn't expect this. Smiling, she leaned her face back and looked at the guy. Nishiki smoothly raised an eyebrow before looking him from bottom to top, rather obviously as usual. Nishiki added a seductive tint to the end of her sentence, wondering how the guy would react to that. He didn't seem like much of a sociable person, however to Nishiki, that only added to his escalating cuteness.

Kazuya continued to look at his hands as he listened to what Nishiki was saying, his blush getting worse and worse with every word his ears heard and hearing Nishiki's seductive tone really made him blush, this caused him to look away from Nishiki slightly as to hide his face more as he struggled to get even a few words out "N-N-No t-thank you. I-It's o-okay..." Kazuya was beginning to feel really uncomfortable, this was truly unusual and he was starting to wonder if this woman was trying to mess with his head...was she doing this on purpose? if so it was rather cruel...it didn't help how Kazuya felt about talking to people, it seemed to make it worse...now he was struggling more now than ever to talk to someone...

Nene giggled and shrugged. "Work at squad twelve is truly never done, there is always something to do, and you had taming hollows on the to do list? Good luck, I tried over fifty ways, and they just kill themselves." Nene said yet would then show signs of confusion when he said it was a small task, and that he studied their behavior before. Then a little frustration as he had clones appear with all different items, and the way he acted, it seemed like he just completed what she had been attempting for months in the matter of a few seconds. As he walked away she stood there in silence her right eye twitching a bit. She then took a deep breath in and then followed behind him. She had a smile one but truly she was a bit annoyed. "Hey did you just complete what I've been attempting for months in the matter of a few minutes?"

As Kagiko made his way down to the holding chambers he noticed Nene following him then she spoke, once she finished Kagiko chuckled then tipped his had down a little, shadowing his eyes "I did...I have the resources to do almost anything at any time..all I need to do is think of it and it should be done. Rarely do I have to work on something for long...that's because I'm so far ahead in my research I cannot even keep up..." once they arrived at the holding chambers Kagiko began to walk down past them all, looking at what hollows there were..."Which one to test this on..." Kagiko then stopped and pointed to one "Ah you..." Kagiko then stepped into the chamber and walked up to the chained up hollow...just far enough away that it couldn't bite his head of, but this didn't stop it trying...Kagiko then opened the box and pulled out what looked like a white tablet. Kagiko then crushed it in his palm and blew the dust into the air and instantly the hollow stopped trying to bite Kagiko. "Kneel down..." The hollow obeyed the command and knelt down, Kagiko then stroked it's mask then turned and walked out of the chamber, as he left he spoke once again "Rest..." Kagiko then closed the door as the hollow began to rest. he then looked at Nene and spoke "Simple isn't it?..."
