A shield around the zanpakuto user and his skill perhaps?" Nene questioned, thinking of ways that one could go about keeping an explosion from harming allies yet harming enemies. And he wanted to make it so that the Head captain didn't rain hell down upon them, which was always nice. "true, but from anyone perspective, we are always creating dangerous contraptions, this box I made to hold an infinite amount of stuff, would be terrifying to some. Oh well the weak will, will always be terrified by things they know nothing about.

Kagiko listened to Nene speak then tapped his chin as he thought for a moment "Well it's not all that much of a secret really...but I'd rather it be shown to you when I complete it since I do have to get on with other work. Plus I do like to work alone usually so working with someone I find can be distracting...that is just me however. Well...you may have it there but it will likely be much more than that." Kagiko then stopped tapping his chin as he then looked to Nene listening to her before speaking himself "Indeed...but I'd rather change that image of Squad 12...Sure they will always be scared of what they don't understand...but if we show them things they can understand that help them then Squad 12 will start to look less and less like a shady squad and it also works as a good scape goat so we can create much greater things without the worry of prying eyes. Keep them busy with toys they understand and they likely wont try and pry into the darker depth's of Squad 12 allowing us to move a little more freely...the last thing I want is our research and creations being hurt by those higher up..."

Amidst her screaming, Rio's eyes widened further before she grit her teeth at what Kaizo was saying, repressing her voice until she suddenly grinned. Titling her head down a little, Rio looked at Kaizo and chuckled darkly, finally releasing her left arm but now suddenly unaffected by it. "Heh, is that so~" Rio continued to watch Kaizo, finding what he said amusing, making her laugh for a moment. "You foolish man~ Your so called bond with Rio will soon, very soon, be severed~ I've already won against one side, if I hadn't how would I be here before you despite her trying to come back? The screams of your loved one has disappeared so what must that mean hmmm?~" Rio titled her head to the right as her left arm dangled lifelessly against her body. "You're running out of time Kaizo~.. And for the record yes, I can count. Also why not test how easy my right could break if you're that curious~" Her grin stretched a little further when Kaizo urged for her to attack. Picking up her other blade, so she held both hilts with her right hand, Rio shunp'ed before reappearing in front of Kaizo, faster than before. She then aimed to slice from Kaizo's bottom right to top left diagonally upwards.

Kaizo put his hand to his mouth then tapped it a few times as he did a yawning motion "Shit, you just don't shut up do you?" Kaizo let his hand fall to to his side as he then watched Rio shunpo infront of him and slash at him. Kaizo's eyes widened as her blade cut up his torso however his eyes then narrowed as he grinned then laughed as he looked at Rio grinning "That's right Rio...cut me...hurt me...it's what you want isn't it? you want to kill me...then do it!" Kaizo then threw his arms out either side of him "Strike me down then Rio...be rid of me" The grin on Kaizo's face then faded as he looked at Rio seriously, inside he knew what he was doing...but would Rio or...more Rio notice...

Rio's grin grew when her cuts landed, but then a rush of wind flying passed her caused it to falter a little while turning around to look behind herself. It was a fake, but Rio wasn't disheartened; shown by the grin growing larger on her face once more. Turning to face him, Kaizo fired a Tenran at her in which she lifted both arms up and crossed them in front of her face. Her eye-patch was soon long gone, blown off by the strong wind, however Rio kept her right eye closed instinctively. The second the wind began cutting her skin, the glint disappeared unexpectedly. 'H-Huh?!' Suddenly fighting against the Hado, Rio began skidding back quite some distance however refused to let her body fly back, stomping her feet into the ground to keep her on the floor. Quite a few cuts added to her body and clothes before the Hado had finally finished.

As Rio began opening her eyes, both eyes, she noticed Kaizo when he began talking, listening to him quietly.... 'O-out... of my life?' Absolutely speechless, Rio didn't understand anything that Kaizo was saying, but still hung on to each word none-the-less. ".. What... Just what is going on?!" She yelled, dragging her feet out of the holes she made. "I don't know what you're talking about Kaizo!!" Frustrated and confused, Rio just didn't know what to think or say... How the hell did she even get here anyway? "Hu... nn?" Tracing her fingers around her right eye, both of Rio's eyes widened followed by a gasp once she felt that her eye-patch wasn't there... yet despite her right eye being open, she couldn't see out of it as if she was still wearing the item of clothing... "Wh-what... is h-happening to m-Heheh... eheheh... eheheAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Rio's expression changed in an instant, her grin returning along with the glint again.

"Thank you for ridding me of that piece of annoying cloth~ I can see more clearly now without the need o-... Anyway. There's something you've seem to of missed here Kaizo~ You know my techniques, but what about mine?" Rio stopped herself from saying too much before chuckling darkly after she spoke. Taking another step forward, she lifted her right arm... but then something seemed to be wrong... Looking down the left side of her body, Rio's eyes widened a touch as she pushed her right side forward. "Move Damm-UNN!... ... nnn..." The glint didn't disappear, however Rio's expression changed once more, this time to one of shock. "Kaizo! What's Wrong With Me?!" She suddenly yelled, sounding desperate. Rio's expression then changed once more after she moved her left foot to stand straight, her grin returning. "Nothing is wrong with me~ Nn... NO! SOMETHING IS!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME?!" Rio once again seemed to switch personalities in an instant, yelling at nothing, or more it seemed like she was... before switching back once more. "SHUT! UP! Now, get ready Kaizo!" Lifting her right sword up, Rio seemed as though she was getting ready to launch at Kaizo again, but was immediately blocked by her own left sword, switching personalities and expression another time. This time Rio scowled. "I don't think so. Don't even try." Within another second, she changed again. "Getting brave are we? Hmhmhm~... It's definitely time to put you down-Who the hell even are you?! Why are you controlling me like this?!-That's enough from you." Throughout the conversation, Rio continuously switched between the two persona's when her right hand opened, dropping her sword. Immediately it grabbed just above her left elbow with an iron grip before starting to squeeze.. tighter... and tighter... and tighter... It wasn't too long until the feeling and sounds of crushing bones were reached. Rio's eyes widened drastically before she began screaming, slowly crushing her own bones and digging her own nails deeply into her skin. Soon her left hand grew weak, dropping her other blade. Despite this, Rio's right hand continued to squeeze and crush her bones further as she screamed, unable to do anything about it... 'I c-can't move!!'

Kaizo looked at Rio as she skidded back, he watched as she turned back and forth time and time again, it was like some sort of sick game but Kaizo showed no emotion to this instead he only spoke "I'm tired of you chatting your ass of already, just come at me already. No matter how you think this will end it will be with Rio in my arms...Dead or Alive. Rio should be used to this harsh sort of treatment...it's what helped her get so strong in the first place...something Kurisa Kuchiki applied to those he taught...I guess you could say I inherited that from him...I see why now..." Kaizo tilted his head to the right a little then spoke "If you are trying to target my emotions and my bond to Rio then you're wasting your time...because I will crush every bone in that body of yours, I will leave you motionless...all you will be able to do is watch and listen as I speak..." Kaizo looked to Rio with cold eyes, he knew this would be risky...but he wouldn't do such a thing without a back up plan "So thank you for crushing your left arm...you've already done some of the work for me...I wonder...how easy will your right break?" Kaizo then chuckled and spoke "So...tell me Rio...Can you count?" Kaizo held up his right hand just infront of his face as he showed all his fingers and his thumb then began speaking "You know you've got yourself in a shitty position. You're not only fighting me but you are fighting the Rio I know...and I can tell she is leaps and bounds infront of a piece of trash like you...so now you've got to take getting your ass beat here and also within your own soul...it's 2 vs 1...and if you think you can turn those odd's on me...you're very much mistaken" A grin formed on Kaizo's face as he looked at Rio, purposely looking into her normal eye as to avoid the crystal eye. "So quit wasting my time and come at me already!"

Rio's eye jolted in slight shock at what Kaizo said, but soon turned amused. Kaizo dodged all of her arcs by shunpo'ing and appeared behind her, which she was expecting to happen since this was only the beginning of this fight. Rio simply looked back over her shoulder at Kaizo, not making any move as she listened with a grin. "Oh Kaizo~ You have absolutely no idea of how much stronger I've become~ And I may be slow but ever thought of why I'm hardly trying to get any faster? Heh heh heh~ You really don't pay attention to your Lieutenant girlfriend, do you Captain?" Rio spoke smoothly, chuckling darkly within her speech. Without giving Kaizo a chance to respond, Rio spun around with both of her Zanpakutos held out parallel, horizontally, aiming to slice along Kaizo's lower back. "Hmhmhm~ Interesting~ Looks like you're not as soft as I expected~ This only makes things alot more fun for me~" All the while Rio spoke, her grin never shifted along with the glint in her eye.

Kaizo continued to stand with his back to Rio as she then turned and cut his back causing his eyes to widen as he fell forward slightly yet Rio would then feel wind rush past her, if she turned to look behind her she'd see Kaizo not to far from her, the Kaizo she attacked nothing more than an afterimage, Leaving his top half off his uniform behind. He could then be seen aiming his right palm at her and firing Tenran at her, the wind suddenly now rushing towards her as the tornado aimed to cut her slightly but most importantly reduce distance between Kaizo and her. Kaizo then spoke as the tornado would disperse "You speak about this strength and speed you have...which I don't doubt you have, but I always pay close attention to you...I had eyes on you at nearly all times, even when I was miles away from you I was still getting information on you.." Kaizo's grin then grew a bit "So I know a lot more about you than you think! So come on then Rio! If you want me out of your life so badly...you best quit trying to play games with someone who knows all your tricks" Kaizo then chuckled a little waiting to see what Rio's reaction would be

Rio continued to smirk as she moved closer, Kaizo's words seemingly not reaching her. "You're in my way Kaizo~ I don't think you know exactly what is going on here hmhm~" Kaizo then appeared in front of her, which Rio instinctively pulled back from, raising her energy to help her drag her body back, but not back enough to stop Kaizo from completing his movements. His punch landed, however not a tinge of pain was found on Rio's face, if anything she only grinned widely, almost seeming to like the pain or atleast be unaffected by it.... Of course the force caused Rio to fly back into a thick bamboo tree, whacking the back of her head in the process. Sliding to the floor, her hair hung over her face before she twitched, lifting her head while rubbing the back of it. "O-ow... what... what's going on?" Lifting her head, the red glint began dimming as Rio looked up at Kaizo, her eye widening. "What the...K-Kai.. zo?-UN-..." Her body dragged itself off the ground while her head tilted forward. Shortly after, Rio lifted her head, the strength of the glint growing once again. "Heheheh~ Do you like hurting me Kaizo?~ You do it without hesitation, almost as if you've been waiting to do this for a while~ Also It doesn't matter how strong you are in physical strength, I know you're strong, but you don't know just how strong I am hmhm~... I've been hiding a few things from you Kaizo~" Rio's sealed Zanpakutos began exuding a crystal coating before she jumped to the left, swinging the blade so that crystal arcs flew towards Kaizo. With each swing, the crystal arcs began growing stronger, a technique Rio had never possessed or maybe just never displayed before....

Kaizo watched Rio fly back from his hit then saw her slide across the ground, he saw her smack her head against a bamboo tree and cause of this she seemingly changed back to her normal self making his eyes widen a little then they soon narrowed as the glow returned to her eye, Kaizo listened to her speak which then caused a grin to form on his face as he then cocked his head back a bit and spoke "You know I do...I find it rather exciting, maybe it's the second division doing this to me...I've noticed the want to kill more and more with every passing mission...so now it's gotten to the point that I just can't wait to kill again!" Kaizo began chuckling a little as he watched Rio send crystal arcs towards him, Kaizo used his shunpo to dodge the arcs then to appear behind Rio, his back to hers "You know your skills look stronger...But you're far to slow" Kaizo then chuckled a little. He knew exactly what he was doing here...he already told this Rio He was going to show her why he was the Captain of the Second Division...

Rio grinned at what Kaizo had said as she left, shunpo'ing into the bamboo forest but then suddenly stopped, standing still. Clearly Kaizo would easily find her, but that was what she wanted, she really did feel claustrophobic in that place which was the only reason why she tried to draw Kaizo out. As Rio stood there and waited, not another second had passed before Kaizo would of found her. "Hmhmhm~ Can't get enough of me, can you?" Rio's voice sounded deeply amused as she turned around, her hair swaying gently in the air as she did. Crossing her arms, Rio's grin muted to a smirk. "Oh my, if I didn't know any better, I'd say you look like you're prepared for a fight~ Perfect~" Tearing the sleeves off of her Shuhakusho, Rio threw them both onto the ground before drawing both Zanpakutos. Chuckling as the red glint almost completely swallowed her usual plum iris, Rio moved both wrists in a circle motion to loosen them up a little before moving her head to the left then right, stretching out her neck. "Well, this wouldn't be the first time we fought, right Kaizo?~ Let's see how it'll end this time." Within a second, Rio snapped into a stance before launching towards Kaizo, the grin on her face growing as she continued to chuckle. "You're in my way Kaizo~" Her voice sounded a little raspy as she spoke while running, however she chimed her words in a dark, rhythmic tone.

Kaizo arrived in the forest then looked up to Rio as she spoke "I've come to sort you out, I'll remind you why I'm a Captain..." Kaizo continued to look at Rio as she continued to speak "I must say...this side of you isn't very smart...Challenging a Captain so openly, you're a bit to confident aren't you? I wont deny that you are strong...but I know for certain you are not ready to take on a Captain...if you think I haven't gotten stronger than you're very much mistaken" Kaizo watched Rio unsheathe her Zanpakuto's and after seeing her seemingly prepare she began running towards him, Kaizo's face remained cold and still as Rio got closer then Kaizo took a deep breath as Rio got closer then he exhaled as he then appeared infront of Rio, crouched low as he aimed to use his left elbow to bat away Rio's right hand and using his left hand he pointed at her left hand and used Hado 1 sho to push that away, then he threw his right fist towards her gut planning to stun her slightly and send her flying back. If successful this would have been done swiftly and smoothly making Kaizo's movements harder to read

"Meh it was just smoke to bother your lungs so you would wake up, I was assuming you were sleeping, yet found out you were up and moving. When she showed him the device he gave her a compliment yet a critique as well, and when he said those last few words her eyes widened a bit, as he pulled out a book and showed her former lieutenants Ryuu's data. She saw where eh was going with this, which made her look at her device and sigh in defeat. her device only allowed her to take control of Gillians, not counter a mans zanpakuto. he tried to make it seem like her device wasn't bad, but he was just being kind about it. he pulled out a red pill and explained that's what he used to control Gillians, it was indeed much smaller than her own device, and hers could only work on one at a time. Yet she wasn't so upset, this did make her realize how faulty her device was, in fact he himself gave her an idea. "Well I wont waste your time with showing the device off, not many features or better ones than countering a man zanpakuto, but that did give me an idea. I guess that the red pill can make Ryuu lose control of the hollows he previously took control of. Yet what if we could somehow make it so that when you spread it among the hollows, and with a simple switch they could explode, with the power of the explosion being greater the more powerful the hollow is? That way he might get injured anytime he chooses to use his zanpakuto's ability."

Kagiko listened to Nene speak then listened to her idea which he listened to then nodded "It sounds like an alright idea...however I'm going to work on something that'd make that a little more devastating whilst keeping our comrades safe from harm...After all, we don't want to be catching other Shinigami in the explosion now do we?" Kagiko then rubbed the back of his head with his right hand "I'd have the Head Captain on my case then and I'd rather keep his eyes away from us so we have more freedom to move freely and create things as we wish, within reason of course..."

Rio chuckled a little, her smirk stretching. "Oh such a shame. At least we could say that Captain Kuchiki was stronger than you though, I've trained with him many times during my time at Squad Six~ He will always be the better one out of the two of you, despite this unfortu....-nate event..." Rio's smirk suddenly dropped as she looked down with a frown. "... I still can't believe that he's gone... Dammit, I mustn't... be ruled by my emotions... anymore..." She clenched her shaking hands into fists after her arms fell to her sides, still looking down as she spoke in a softer tone of voice. Taking a deep breath, she looked up with slight shock when her eyes reached Kaizo. "Kaizo... Is everything Okay?" She asked, blinking at his expression. "What are you talking about?... What makes you say that?... Two people?..." Rio cocked an eyebrow, unable to understand why Kaizo was saying this... "... I'd prefer not to talk about how I felt when you left... All that matters is now, the past is no longer relevant... However, I have no idea of what you're talking about Kaizo.... If anything you're worrying me... " Rio looked away, biting her lip in confusion before her eye slid back to Kaizo, the red glint growing stronger while a slight smirk jumped across her lips and her voice gained an amused tone. "Besides, I was thinking more along the lines of why do I care so much for a lowly piece of trash such as yourself, Hmhm~" Rio chuckled. "Oh you've noticed something about me have you? Hm? Headaches? Gee Kaizo, a headache is nothing more than a headache. It cannot alter a person's personality now so stop being silly~ I think you've been fighting far too much, someone's finally knocked a screw loose in your head it seems~" The more Rio spoke, the more sinister her smirk became, twisting back into a grin as her voice darkened. "If I'm not Rio then who am I Kaizo? Just look at me properly for a moment~" Rio stood back before doing a little slow twirl, posing a little each time she moved while still grinning and stopping to look at him. "I'm Rio idiot. But I'm not playing games~ Oh no, this is just a side of me that you've never had the privilege to see~ I try to repress this side, but throughout all of this mess, it's done nothing but grow stronger due to my bad decisions~ Getting involved with you is one of those decisions~ Giving a damn about that weak boy Kenta was another~ Caring about Captain Kuchiki only for him to die so suddenly and therefore impacting me strongly, was yet another~ Hmhmhm~" She chuckled once more before turning towards the door and looking back over her shoulder to Kaizo. "The past is relevant, very relevant~ I guess a certain part of me smashed when my mother died in my arms... She was a wonderful mother... who too made bad decisions... But that is irrelevant. Now if you'll excuse me, this office is making me feel claustrophobic so I think I'll take a stroll through the part of the woods we love so much~ You know, the part I unfortunately found you in~ If I don't come back well... that will be your issue to deal with~ No longer mine~" Rio then shunpo'ed out of the office.

Kaizo listened to Rio speak, she once again seemingly changed which caused his eyes to narrow. The way she spoke ended up causing a grin to form on his face as he then spoke "Well now, I don't care what you think of me and what you say about me behind my back but at the end of the day I'm still your Captain. I got to say....this side of you is pretty disrespectful..." Kaizo watched as Rio then shunpoed out of his office, Kaizo let out a sigh and rubbed the back of his head with his right hand as he then stood up "Well now...I guess there is only one way to settle this..." Kaizo looked down to his Zanpakuto then narrowed his eyes "I don't want to use you at all...let alone Shikai, and certainly not Bankai...especially that side of you..." Kaizo took off his Haori throwing it behind him as he then clenched his right hand into a fist then opened it again "I promise I'll sort this out...it's what you'd do isn't it Kurisa?" Kaizo then let his right arm fall to his side as he looked up at his office door then suddenly he turned and slammed his right fist through the wall behind him blowing a massive hole in it as he then stepped out the hole "Get someone to fix that! I've got something to attend to!" Kaizo then shunpoed off as a few Squad 2 members looked at eachother with confusion. Kaizo proceeded to chase after Rio, heading for the forest he first met her in

Nene smirked mischievously, as she waited for him to burst out. Yet upon feeling someone touch her shoulder she practically jumped through the door, she turned around looking at Kagiko, and stared at him for a few seconds before pulling out a square box and held up a finger signaling she needed a minute. She opened the door closing it behind her and exactly as she signaled she came out a minute later coughing a bit. "Absolutely nothing, and you have no video evidence that I did do something..... Anyway." She said putting the square device in her sleeve, as she then pulled out a circular device and beamed proudly. "I believe I have came up with an invention to tame Gillians, you may have beat me to hollows, but I will take this round! So Kagiko, or Captain. You up for a game?"

Kagiko looked at Nene as she quickly ran into his office, this caused him to rub the back of his head with his right hand and sigh as she clearly did something to try mess with him, as she emerged from the room she began coughing then spoke "Well it seems like you did do something...and well actually I do but that can wait" Kagiko looked at the device Nene pulled out her sleeve, Kagiko then nodded and spoke "I see...well that's great, I'm glad you are inventing things yet a device such as that is prone to faults and so on...and did you think I hadn't done anything like that Nene?" Kagiko reached into his new Haori and then pulled out a book then opened it up and then turned it to Nene and began speaking "You are looking at the data for former Lieutenant of this division Ryuu Shinda, his Zanpakuto allows him to basically control what he kills...he has taken down many Gillian and added them to his Arsenal to use against us. Now...do you think I'd face something like that so recklessly? I came up with something long ago to control gillian, and using the data in my possession came up with something to counter this mans Zanpakuto rendering him useless...since after all, I planned for his other weapons." Kagiko then closed the book and put it into his Haori "But...by all means do not take this in a bad way. I am still very impressed with what you have done and I'd like you to show me how well this device performs...after all it's not always about inventing things in Squad 12, it's often improving things also..." Kagiko then reached into his Haori once more and pulled out a small red pill "This is what I use to control gillian, developed on the same basis as Hollow bait it goes airborne and of course then there is no way to escape it...the Gillian will be under by control in a matter of moments" Kagiko placed the pill back into his Haori then continued to speak "So I don't want to play a game but more for you to show me what this device can do, perhaps you can build upon it to give it another feature that my pill cannot do..."

Inside Nene's room which was filled with various parts, she sat at a desk tinkering with a small circular device while frowning. "Finish my work will you. Well how about I one up your lazy ass and take control of Gillians with ease, granted this would be my fifty third time trying, to tame a Gillian..." Nene mumbled to herself, her hair having reverted back to its original color a long time ago, from her previous encounter with Kagiko. After a few minutes she picked up the small device and smiled. "Okay lets try this again. And because i took every precaution possible, it should succeed for sure this time. So why don't I go rub it in Kagiko's face." Nene said triumphantly, as she picked up a small pill first as she made her way to the captains office after hearing what happened with Zero. she knockd on the door and when she heard nothing as a response, she snapped the pill and opened the door slightly as she tossed the capsule in the room, shortly afterwords smoke would fill up the room.

Kagiko had gone out for a nice calm walk to just relax a bit, he hadn't even started to move his stuff into what would be his new office so that would have to wait a little, However feeling refreshed Kagiko made his way back to the Squad 12 barracks and towards his new office and the second he got there he saw Nene open the door then throw something in, this caused Kagiko to rub the back of his head as he then walked up behind Nene and tapped her on the shoulder, smiling as he did "What do you think you're doing?"
