Hours had passed and Kaizo stood in the bamboo forest panting and dripping with sweat, his body began to ache and his legs began to shake as they could barely hold him up anymore, his arms burned but he refused to fall to his knees but with every second he felt it getting harder and harder not to and before even a minute passed he dropped to his hands and knees panting heavily then he grit his teeth and began punching the floor with his right fist over and over again with pure aggression in his voice "Dammit! Dammit! Dammit! why am I so useless! Why can I not be like everyone else! why does my body always give up! how am I supposed to get anywhere if I can't even manage a bit of training!!" As Kaizo said this a yellow Aura had begun to form around him and grew larger and larger as he got more and more irritated and angry at himself then suddenly Kaizo slammed his right fist into his own gut causing him to cough up blood "You're worthless!" Kaizo then punched himself again causing him to cough up more blood "Nothing but a weakling!" Kaizo then fell back into a kneeling position and looked up to the gray sky "Why can I never get stronger...why...is this all that I am capable of? how is this fair! how am I supposed to become a Captain with such a weak body!!" Kaizo's head then dropped and the yellow spiritual energy that had formed into an Aura grew more and more to such a point shapes began to form from the spiritual energy and these weren't simple shapes this looked like a skull...Kaizo was indeed strong but he was blind to this and his greatest weakness was himself...he made himself suffer.

Kaizo clenched his hands into fists and grit his teeth then with his right hand he grabbed the hilt of his Zanpakuto and unsheathed it with pure rage causing it to spark as it came out the sheath then he stood to his feet and then rammed his Zanpakuto into his right leg causing blood to spurt out violently, he then removed the Zanpakuto and Sheathed it "If you are going to give up then you can suffer!! my body can give out but my soul will not and so long as I have a soul and a heart I wont stop! YOU HEAR ME!!! I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!" Kaizo began clenching his fists so hard that the palms of his hands began to bleed then suddenly he looked straight up and began shunpoing around faster than before even with the wound to his leg but every time he'd pass the Bambo it'd rip apart like sword through paper...it was effortless...Kaizo's determination was on a whole other level and if he had to put himself through pain to get to this state then he would...no matter what it took

With her conscious finally returning into the real world, Rio's eyes began to flutter, but then she winced. The stinging pain from her right shoulder didn't disappear, but it did dull down slightly. Her left foot was also still aching from being hit by the Captain's Bakudo. However, all of the aches and pains weren't unbearable so Rio slowly began to sit upright, rubbing the back of her head where it hit the floor. she seethed under her breath. Her eyelids gradually raised, revealing her plum irises. Reclaiming her vision, she took the time to scan the room, remembering where she was. As her eyes landed on Captain Kuchiki, a quick smile took over her lips before she forced it to disappear and forced herself to stand up, making sure to mask the pain she felt as well as she could. she glanced down and tilted her head downwards when she felt the smile try to attack her straight face. once Rio fought away the smile, she lifted her face once more to glance up at her Captain, awaiting his next orders.

Kurisa watched Rio wake up and saw a smile appear on her face for a very little time before changing to an expression of seriousness but Kurisa's expression remained the same for the entire time he looked at her. "You should go rest now Rio..." Kurisa then turned and walked to the exit of the room then stopped before getting there and spoke "I was just doing what a Captain should do...there is no need to thank me...now I must go return to my office to finish my paperwork..." Kurisa then exited the room and made his way to his office to finish his paperwork that had likely built up already...

Yu readied himself again and shunpoed above the Hollows as they lunged at him only to collide into the wall, Yu took the advantaged of them being stunned to get on ones back and thrust his Zanpakuto to the Hollows head from behind. He then turned around and before the Hollow could grab him he sliced straight up through it's head. Yu then moved out of the way as he expected Hollows to start lunging again, and sure enough they tried. He saw one further off from the others so he shunpoed toward it, and pierced right though it's head, Yu then quickly moved to the side as one attempted to grab him, only for Yu to pierce through his head as well. He then started dodging the oncoming Hollows that began lunging at him again. Yu then saw two Hollows that were getting more closer to him than the rest so Yu waited until they lunged which he then swung his Zanpakuto and sliced through both of their heads. Yu then dodged the next Hollow attempted to instantly eat him, and pierced through the Hollow's, that was behind him, head. He then shunpoed away from the majority of them and look at the remaining numbers. and pierced through the Hollow's, that was behind him, head. They aren't showing any signs of being smart about this situation, they are more bent on trying to eat me then living.

Shinji continued to watch Yu fight on and as great as he was doing there were faults here and there but he had to remember this was a Shinigami who just came from the academy so a perfect execution of hollow extermination was bound to be a bit much to ask for but Yu did have some good techniques. Shinji looked at the hollows and squinted slightly and suddenly the way they fought changed drastically...rather than acting as wild beasts they became co-ordinated and their attacks became planned out making this entire test and situation a great deal more difficult...this was where the test would get interesting
