Rio followed quietly into the hut, it may of been old and rotten but it seemed to of had character, she like that. She followed closely behind the guy whilst observing her surroundings. Since she deemed this guy as not a threat, Rio took this time to seal her Zanpakuto's and sheath them while he set up candles to shed some light into the area. Looking up, she noticed the holes in the ceiling and made a mental note to not stand under them, atleast not while it was raining. During this, she listened to him speak, hearing that he planned to fix the hut up sounded interesting to her; a neat little project. Rio walked towards the guy as he took a seat, but she didn't expect him to take his top off and offer it to her for her to sit on. She didn't know exactly what to do about this as she didn't want him to get cold, but she didn't want to be rude and reject his kind offering, so she just accepted it with a polite smile. It was the little, simple offerings that warmed Rio's heart a touch as they meant that the other person had her in mind. Folding the top neatly into a square, she placed it onto the floor next to the guy and took a seat, crossing her legs also. Rio continued to give her small smile but felt bad for taking his top so she tried to start off the conversation instead, to try and loosen him up a little.

Kaizo watched as the girl sat down then listened as she said that she found it interesting that he planned to fix the place up "Well...I just feel I need a place away from everything else...a place I can come and relax or train in peace...maybe even a place that one day will turn into something great that everyone can use to get stronger! I plan to rebuild this place no matter how long it takes and then continue to build onto it as I get stronger...it will mirror me...as I get stronger so will this small hut and one day it will become something great just like me!.." Kaizo realized he had gone off on one and rubbed the back of his head and looked down "Uh..sorry..I went off on one there...you probably don't want to hear all my lame reasons for wanting to rebuild this place...and your welcome...it's the least I can do for a guest...literally..the least..." It did make him feel bad that he had nothing but he didn't want everything...he had to start from nothing then work to get everything...that was his goal. "Umm...well...I come from quite far out...there aren't many people where I used to live...actually...there aren't really any left but...I'd rather not go into that right now...and I have yet to join a Squad but I came here to the Seireitei to get stronger and find a certain someone and capture them for their crimes...But I am nowhere near strong enough as it is right now...but I don't care how long it takes me cause I will become strong enough to finally get this person!" Kaizo realized he was doing it again and his eyes widened for a moment then he rubbed the back of his head as the girl introduced herself "Oh well nice to meet you Rio Darishimo. My name is Kaizo...that is really it...I...don't have a second name...but who really needs those?" Kaizo rubbed the back of his head once again and gave a nervous laugh before his expression turned to that of a curious one "So...are you in a Squad?...sorry if I am being nosy but I can't help myself"

Yu listened to his Captain and nodded at what he said. He had to take someone with him on this mission. He also got to pick who will accompany him, that was what surprised him the most, he was sure the Captain would have decided that for him. "I'm fine with taking someone with me, I'm sure I can find someone who is willing enough." He could then feel the squad members that over heard the talk, glance at him, probably wanting to impress the Captain any chance they could get. Yu however wasn't sure who to pick yet, he only met a few people, but they were probably busy with their own tasks.

"Well you have one day to decide so you may want to get hurrying...if you fail to have someone within 24 hours I will send you on the mission by yourself without your Zanpakuto just to make it that much more difficult..." Shinji was a much more strict captain than most others but it was for the Shinigami's best interest...he may end up the guy they hate but his methods were effective...without a Zanpakuto they would have to strengthen their core skills meaning they will rely less on their Zanpakuto and more on their own power, using their Zanpakuto only in situations it is truly required in

Probably whatever squad will help you best with your skills xD Sooo if you were to work more on Kido than anything else then Squad 4 or 6 would be a good choice but then again Squad 4 is more healing and less...combat...but really choice is all yours xD
