The second blue orb Kaizo made touched her weapon, causing Rio to fall forward a little. She used the force of her weapon pulling her forward to turn her body around so that she faced Kaizo. She noticed his right Shikai set on fire so she quickly held both of her arms up in front of her, crossing them so that her blades were blocking her body and face. As she watched Kaizo make a strike, she shunpo'ed to his right, gaining a rip across the right side of her clothes from the fire. She then held her arms out and spun quickly to strike across the right side of his body before shunpo'ing again to create a little distance between them. Standing straight, Rio turned to face Kaizo. She let out a little breath and closed her eyes for a moment. Tiredness began to creep up on her again, reminding her of how little sleep she had gotten the night before. This caused her to grit her teeth and grunt before pushing the feeling away.
Kaizo continued to follow Rio with his eyes, his eyes remained focused and the expression on his face suggested the same, he wasn't just messing around he was testing something. Seeing Rio move to his right he moved back a little but got caught only a little across his right arm by her Shikai but then seeing her Shunpo back gave him somewhat of an opportunity. Kaizo's left Shikai then ignited with flames and took on the same appearance as his right Shikai then he began slashing rapidly infront of him sending hundreds of mini arcs of Fire that would explode a little when they made contact with something but for the time he kept this up the explosion from them would continue to grow larger and larger but after around one hundred he had stopped and crouched down to the ground, placing his left hand on the ground as he waited for Rio's reaction
