Rio's eyes widened a little at what Kaizo said but then softened as she continued to look down. She gulped as she replayed the phase inside her thoughts. Rio looked at Kaizo's hand as he placed the cup of tea in front of her face. She'd never voice her true thoughts to anyone, but that wouldn't stop her from thinking them. Kaizo then spoke again. Rio didn't move her eyes away from the full cup of tea, she only watched the steam dance around on the top of the liquid. She wrapped her fingers around the cup and took a few sips of tea, her eyes only watching the cup, making her go slightly cock-eyed unintentionally. It looked quite amusing.

Kaizo smiled as Rio took the cup and sipped it but she was still not looking at him which was odd as she normally did but Kaizo kept smiling then spoke "Uncomfortable? no...worried? yes...I'm not sure what you are thinking and I'm not one to try force an answer out of someone who doesn't want to give it...so I like I said...if you want to talk then you can...I'll gladly listen...I said that to you the first night you met me and I will always be here for you...After all...you did take me in and I can never repay you for your kindness but I will certainly try but even if I do I wont just leave...not a chance...sorry but your stuck with me now...sucks for you" Kaizo then rubbed the back of his head and laughed a little at his terrible joke "Sorry...my jokes are awful...they are hardly even jokes" Kaizo scratched the side of his head as he said this

Rio glanced at Kaizo when he spoke but quickly looked away in a different direction. She didn't feel like smiling right now but every time she looked at Kaizo, no matter what mood she was in, he always managed to make her smile. Instead, she closed her eyes and moved towards the table, opening her eyes and keeping them looking downwards. She sat on her feet with her legs bent and her hands in her lap, posture perfect as usual. Honestly, she didn't want Kaizo to go and couldn't really understand why he'd always ask her if she wanted him to go. Rio was a blunt person at times, if was her way of being honest so if she never wanted Kaizo around, she would just say so. She kept her eyes glued onto the table and her lips straight.

Kaizo watched as Rio sat down but noticed her looking down a lot then he listened to what she said then shook his head "I'm not going to leave you..." Kaizo poured Rio some tea then picked up his own and took a sip "So...what's wrong? you keep looking down...sorry to be pestering you but I wouldn't be a good guest if I didn't ask how you were feeling...and that's not cause it's the right thing to do it's because it's what I want to do..." Kaizo had an idea what was wrong but he didn't like this atmosphere...if he didn't try sort it out here and now then it would likely remain this way...

It took a little while before Rio woke up. Her eyes shot open suddenly and she looked around, slightly panicked, but soon she realised that she was in her own room. Confusion set on her face as she slowly sat up with a groan, rubbing her face as it ached. Her face wasn't the only part of her body that ached, her muscles did also. She let out an exasperated sigh as what happened rushed back to her. Letting go of her feelings, she looked at her own hands with a sad expression. Rio then decided to get out of bed so she did but once she turned her head, she jumped back a little to find Kaizo waiting there. The atmosphere around her became intensely awkward, she just didn't know what to say. Looking down saddened, she just decided to go with an apology instead. She muttered.

Kaizo held his cup of tea in his hand then looked to see Rio waking up, once she got up and out of bed he noticed a rather sad look on her face then he heard her apologize which made him blink a little then he gained a smile on his face then spoke "What are you saying sorry for? You did nothing wrong" Kaizo then sipped his tea and placed the cup down before speaking again "Care to join me? some tea may do you some good...then again...if you want me to go then I will...although I don't really want to leave you alone" Kaizo then let out a rather nervous laugh followed by a smile as he rubbed the back of his head
