If you check out the OP you shall see a list of skills and next to them it will say what rank you need to be to learn them (Kido is shortened as there are a lot and we can't do tables on here yet) but regardless I'll help you out and just copy and paste all the things an unseated member can have

If you don't want to start with a Zanpakuto that is fine the only thing I say is add some unseated skills to Zanjutsu etc. and then you should be good and if it is then post it in the approved CS's thread (linked at the bottom of the OP)
