Question actually, how do we go about learning the skills, like it says a certain amount of days, so does that mean we wait that long before we can use it?

Basically you can learn the skills through training for it that many days or you turn the days into points sooo if it took 3 days it'd cost 3 points and with the points you earn you just bluh buy the skill, add it to your profile and skills brought/learned and be on your merry way with that skill in your arsenal xDD

also it really has kinda come to my attention that we may need to progress faster and of course to do this well...we need more points O.o basically there will be higher points given out on missions now like...almost x2 the amount as to speed things up and also promotions are going to happen a lot faster also...I do like taking things slow and realistic (as possible) but in this case we do need to speed up so this is the solution xD So all Captains you see dis? you can give out quite a bit more points for missions now and promote people as you see fit...we need to speed things up xD

Squad 3's MissionThe boy just missed the attack. He stood there as Hikari shunpo'd behind him, not turning around. Miyume seemed to get angry, and he simply smirked, knowing this would be to his advantage. She rushed in, but he suddenly disappeared, reappearing slightly to the right, the sword being held in an almost entirely different method as he swung it straight at Miyume's stomach. Ryan simply put up his guard, blocking the spiritual energy wave. "Focus... That blade will work the same way as those spiritual energy waves will... The more you control your energy, the more deadly it will be." He shunpo'd next to him, swinging the hilt of his zanpakuto at Shiro.John shunpo'd to the side, seeing the byakurai go past the general area he would have been. It seemed off from where he was exactly, like the captain was simply playing with him. He knew that's probably what he was doing, but in his shikai, it somewhat enraged him to think this. He sprinted directly at Kurisa, then curved his run slightly so that he would go right past him if he continued. He then shunpo'd forward a short distance to increase his speed, dropping onto his back as he went to slide towards him. He twisted his torso and pushed off the ground so that he would fly forward with his claws swinging in each direction.

Shiro

Shiro watched the Captain block his attack which angered Shiro slightly then he listened to what the Captain said and that was good an all but how the hell did he go about doing that!? he was trying as it was and if that was doing nothing then right about now he almost no hope!...but then...something clicked in Shiro's head...something he learned when in the Academy. He never took much notice of it but the teachers said it was the only time they had seen Spiritual energy used in such a deadly way...maybe it would be worth a try. Shiro watched the Captain and really following him was difficult but it was instinct that got him out of getting hit as he shunpoed back away from the Captain then once he stopped he held out his Zanpakuto then placed his left hand on it's hilt...something Shiro never did...not ever. However for some reason this allowed Shiro to control his spiritual energy slightly better...maybe it was because he was going off a skill he learned in the Academy which needed this sort of control. Shiro pulled the Zanpakuto behind his head slowly, both hands still on the Zanpakuto as he slashed down to the ground with great speed releasing a large arc of Spiritual energy that didn't seem so out of control...in fact,,,it seemed larger with more control. Shiro used the usual steps he'd follow to execute Ryodan but modifying it to allow him to use his spiritual energy in different ways and in doing this it helped him control his energy more...

Kurisa watched John and before long he saw what John was capable of and it was acceptable for his Squad...if Kurisa had been around Johns level of power he would of struggled and he took this into mind but before John got any closer Kurisa raised his forearm and pointed at John then fired off a Bakudo 61 to stop him in his tracks "That's enough...you have what it takes to get into my Squad...welcome to Squad 6. Go rest, relax, train, I really do not care just take the rest of the day off...tomorrow the work starts..." Kurisa then released John from the Bakudo and made his way back into Squad 6 and then to his office

The rest of the squad were walking about getting ready for missions, doing chores, and other stuff. The spread was gone too. Another squad mate stopped in front of Sasha. "If you're looking for Captain Yu Xang he's on the roof of his office meditating."

Sasha waited for someone to tell her where the Captain was then someone sure enough did "Awesome! thanks person I don't know!" Sasha then ran outside and shunpoed up on to the roof and began running across it until she eventually found the Captain "Oh Captain~ got you a delivery!" Sasha set down the the small crate next to the Captain then scratched her head and remembered something "OH! The old man said something about a cage...it was kinda like this" Sasha then coughed and began speaking in her imitation of the old mans voice "The cage only makes it angrier! Raaaaaaaaaaaah!" Sasha then coughed once more before going back to her normal tone "I have no clue what he meant by that but oh well...I think I got the right stuff..."

Awesome and well there is a major story going on just during its start its very slow paced but I am working on small action arcs that will get everyone busy. Not saying that they will be amazing but entertaining...probably xD if I do struggle for ideas though then I'll ask and basically choose things you all have come up with xD
