Shoske listened to everyone speak, staring at the humanoid hollow the entire time. He unsheathed his 2nd zanpakuto, preparing for the worst "But if we run, abandon our mission and our honor, won't we be worse than something below shit?" He asked Aokiji. He turned to Emilo "But I do think you should hang back, our main objective is replacing that seal so I could always stay back with Emilo while we go around towards the seal. But" He turned to Kaizo "The choice is always yours, if you want me to fight til the bitter end" He smiled "Then I'm with you" The hollow began to grow restless, seeing that the shinigami weren't leaving. It began to smash upon the ground, shattering it to pieces then kicking off the ground, speeding towards the group. Its eyes glew intensely as it opened its mouth, firing a torrent of flames towards the shinigami.

Kaizo listened to everyone then nodded and spoke "Well it's settled then...Shoske and the Squad 4 guy will go replace the seal whilst me and Aokiji keep this bastard busy...we aren't trying to win just keep him busy...then once it's done we get the hell out of here. I don't know how long we will last but hurry the hell up whatever you two do..." Kaizo then felt the hollows spiritual energy becoming more tempered and then unsheathed his Zanpakuto "We go loud now...there is no way of tip toeing around this guy..." Kaizo then began to raise his spiritual energy slightly then it burst out of him as he held his Zanpakuto out infront of him and began tearing it in two "Shatter their souls, Kyotetsu!!" Kaizo then ripped his Zanpakuto in two releasing a large shockwave then his Zanpakuto appeared in it's Shikai form as he cocked his right fist back as it became coated in fire then he punched forward releasing a large pillar of fire that was aimed to try take out most of the oncoming flames...fighting fire with fire...something he had only heard of...he didn't know if it worked or not

Jinzo stood before the large wooden gates of the Seireitei. Five days had passed since he'd begun walking, non-stop, from the 79th district; The place he called his home and, for many years, his training grounds. His Zanpakuto was held unsheathed in his right hand, still blood-soaked from its most recent slaughter of criminal degenerates. His body was riddled with the scars of his past and fresh blood, both his own and that of his latest opponent. The air around him stilled as he raised his spiritual energy levels a little, searching out other forms of reiatsu. He found nothing, however.Still, he maintained his position and raised his reiatsu even higher, causing a slight disturbance in the air surrounding him now. He began to yell. He raised his voice higher, followed by his spirit level. He raised both his voice and his energy one final time. Jinzo waited for his answer. It didn't matter how long it took, for the darkness had already shown him his path. Back in that wretched room, lying on a sacrificial alter, half-dead and about to be extinguished fully. When he had peered deep into the shadows after all hope was lost and craved to be wrapped within their empty embrace. When a voice had called out to him, ordered him to survive, to become something greater. And for the past thirteen years, he'd accomplished just that. He'd evolved into a ruthless killer, a beacon of hope for the weak and helpless, a nightmare for those that would prey on the less fortunate.Now, though, it was time to evolve once more. To advance into the upper echelons of life within the Soul Society, to undertake the mantle of the feared and the fearless. Today, he was going to become a Shinigami.

A Squad 1 member was patrolling around the outside of the Seireitei when he saw a random soul shouting at the gate which made him raise an eyebrow but he walked towards the soul then spoke "Hey! shouting at the gates wont get them open you know! you have to be a Shinigami to get in there! if you want to join then you are going about it the wrong way pal...but if you are here to cause trouble then..." the Squad 1 member then placed his hand on the hilt of his Zanpakuto and continued what he was saying "I'll have to deal with you in a more brutal way..."

While Yu had dodged, he saw Ryuu attempting something with these arms that were seemingly trying to bring it down into the ground. Was he going to try and suffocate the Gillian to death? Well it seemed like a good plan to Yu, so while Ryuu was keeping it busy with his hado's Yu was preparing his own. "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south! Hado number 31 Shakkahō!" Yu held both hands out towards the Hollows head and red crimson energy soon formed, and due to the incantation it was much stronger. When Yu felt confident, he fired it right at the Hollows head, as it collided it exploded causing smoke to fly around its head, also not allowing to see if it further any damage to it.

Ryuu watched as the Gillian was dragged further and further under the ground with it letting out screams of terror as it did but during it's panic it had attracted many hollow that came from behind where Ryuu was "My kill..." Ryuu's Zanpakuto then became coated in a black smokey Spiritual energy as he suddenly turned, swinging his Zanpakuto around as he did releasing a massive long arc that flew towards the oncoming hollows and suddenly the hollows and half the forest in that direction split in two with the top half's being thrown into the air then the hollows dissolved as the black smoke ate the rest of them. Ryuu then turned to the Gillian who was close to being dragged under the ground completely

what points do you give for an average mission so i can evaluate how much to give?

O.o I don't know...I mean now we are giving like x2 or x3 points as yeah...we need to speed things along but for a hard mission I'd give like...7-8, an average mission 5-6 and a easy mission 3-4 xD So yeah

Ah sweet ^.^ so any points fo dat shit? xD even though I did enjoy it so much I almost wouldn't mind xDDD And that's a good point actually...I had forgotten entirely about Captains meetings O.o but we will hold it as if it were past tense (so probably through PM's involving all of use cause we can do that right? xD) That way our Captains remain free and we can sort shit out xD
