A clapping noise could be heard, echoing throughout the forest. "Congratulations, you two actually managed to defeat the guardian" An ominous being, letting off no presence whatsoever was sitting on a rock, watching the entire time. It vanished, appearing near the pit with little effort. Its speed was too great for the two to follow with their eyes. He looked down the pit and sighed "What a failure, I would of expected it to atleast kill one of you." He said, with an emotionless expression and tone. He turned towards the two, his eyes gazing into Aokiji's. Then Kaizo's. "What are your names" He demanded of the two. He wasn't a person to be smart with, he never had time for games.

Kaizo waited for an answer from Aokiji then he heard clapping as a voice followed shortly after prompting him to look in the direction of the voice, Kaizo tried not to let his eyes widen, not even a little but he was shocked...truly shocked How long has he been there? Why can I not feel anything from him!? this has got to be the real one...the one the Captain warned us about...this is going to be difficult...I don't think we can simply stall him with small talk and a fight with a guy who you can't even sense is just ridiculous! Kaizo then noticed the being look at him which made his eyes narrow slightly as he grit his teeth very slightly Should I really give him my name? I know some people like to be formal about a fight and so they ask the names of their opponent so that when they are dying they can call them by their name...I guess I don't have much choice Kaizo clenched his hands into fists, he almost dared not to reach for his Zanpakuto as that could be the last thing he ever did before he died "Kaizo..." He dared not to ask or say anything else right now...he choose to let Aokiji say his own name or try something different..plus...it stalled this just a tiny bit longer...and time was the only thing they could use right now...

When the light came Ayashi shielded her eyes, foiled by her own trick. She quickly switched to Yang form and shield her body, she figured an attack would come after and it did, the blade taking some of the damage while the force kept her flying. Purposely she didn't stopped, trying to get away from the light. Once she was a good ways away from it to able to see, she saw the Hollow go behind Ryuu in which caused her to shoot a spike towards them. She had good accuracy, and planned for it to attach to Ryuu's clothing to send him pinning so he didn't get hit by the cero. She began heading back towards the two, hopping the spike made it in time, it was fast after all.

As Ryuu couldn't see he heard a Cero charge up behind him but before he could react he was sent flying as he was then pinned against the wall by something...but nothing hit him...just his clothing, Once Ryuu regained his sight he tore away from the building ripping his uniform slightly, the hollow had fired a Cero but missed due to Ryuu being saved...unlike most he didn't care that he wasn't able to get himself out the situation..he was thankful where as most would have had their pride hurt...but this was a Shinigami's job, to look out for eachother...especially in battle. Ryuu dropped down to the ground and so did the hollow but it was infront of where Arashi was standing, a hollow then rose up from behind Ryuu and charged up a cero then hollow then moved as the cero fired making it head towards Arashi or so it seemed, it was actually aimed just a bit above where Arashi was standing, this revealed Ryuu's true plan all along as a cero blindsided the hollow and exploded violently. A hollow...a zombified one had fired a cero from the Fire hollows left side whilst it was distracted by the oncoming cero allowing Ryuu to blind side it. The fire hollow then slashed it's arm through the smoke cutting it as it then started to show frustration, the hollow began smashing it's fists into the ground which were coated with flames and shortly after pillars of fire shot out from the ground around both Ryuu and Arashi, surrounding them as they began to close in
