(Lets just say its the same time, since Viole is already kicking them out xD )Shoske followed Kaizo, the young girl not too far behind him. She was using the four shinigami as shields, scared of the other ones staring at the group. Shoske was also bothered by many Squad 4 shinigami. He had dried up blood all over his clothes and face, along with scratches which he didn't remember getting. Even though he did have a hollow feeling in his stomach, he chose to ignore it. His mind was set on one thing, and one thing only. Reaching the captains office, and wanting the answers they deserve. They had finally reached the door, Kaizo knocking on it. The instant he knocked on the door, it opened up automatically. Inside was Viole, talking to two other shinigamis. One of them was Henry and the other he didn't know. Viole's face brightened up, glad to see that they all came back in one piece "Good. You're all safe" Viole raised an eyebrow "But it seems like you've gained an extra member?" He said, referring to the young girl. "Come in, I'm sure you're all tired and have plenty to tell me"

As Kaizo knocked the door swung open revealing two others inside but he was then told to enter and so he did, once in he bowed and waited for the others to enter before speaking "Captain I'm afraid it isn't good news...We failed the mission. I shall take responsibility for the missions failure as I was tasked as it's leader and I failed in my duty and therfore failed the mission...however I know I must give you the brief of what happened regardless. Once you had left us we set about working out a formation and a plan, we were to go in Quiet, do the job and go without causing much attention however we had a little incident which lead to hollow being lured to us left, right and center but we decided it would be best to run rather than fight...we may have been able to hold what was coming off but it would do us no good as we were in a forest filled with hollow...sooner or later we would have been outnumbered and overpowered. In running we eventually managed to escape the hollow and we resumed our mission as normal, we found the boulder you had told us about however there was something guarding it and well it didn't seem weak so we had no intentions of beating it. Once we again set out a plan...Aokiji and Myself were to merely keep the Guardian busy whilst the other two replaced the seal on the boulder. So we set about our duties and Aokoji and myself managed to keep the Guardian busy but in the end it turns out we somehow managed to defeat it...perhaps we were just working as a well oiled team? Anyway...the other two hadn't managed to replace the seal and before they could set about i-" Kaizo then suddenly stopped and began to rub his head as he thought...he didn't know what happened after that..."I'm sorry Captain but...I don't remember what happened after that...it's like a block of my memory has disappeared...all I remember was waking up and seeing the Boulder and the Seal destroyed and this girl near Shoske...we decided to bring her here for any further Questioning and she came with no issue (giggity xD) so I believe she poses no threat...Regardless once we saw the boulder destroyed we knew we had failed our mission...you have my apologies Captain..." Kaizo bowed once more and waited to see if the others would say anything or to see what the Captain said..

Hearing the Captains words Yu nodded and bowed. Ryuu had already left so Yu left shortly after, closing the door behind him he saw Ryuu waiting there again like last time. "Not that its any of my business but what happened back there...." Yu made sure to whisper the last part just in case the Head Captain could have heard him if he spoke out loud. "You are planning on taking a fourth mission are you? You can't possibly do four in a row, everyone has their limits you know."

As Ryuu waited outside and Yu left the office he was asked a Question from Yu about what happened "Loss of control..." He didn't say anymore than that and didn't expect Yu to understand but when a man is holding so many hollow he is bound to have moments of madness....or so he'd like everyone else to think. He then heard Yu ask him about Ryuu waiting for a fourth mission "No...now I train..." Ryuu then walked off and made his way to Squad 12 to begin his strict training...he had put it off for to long, when Ryuu would re-emerge he would be a great deal stronger...his skills would have grown greatly...so much so that an incident such as the one they had just faced would be only an average task for him...no longer a tough battle...

Arriving at Squad twelve where Zero was waiting, where he gave them some praise before taking the Shinigami off his wolf and going back inside his building, his wolf then poofed into smoke when Ryuu then told him Squad One, and left it at that, Yu however smirked at this as Ryuu was without a doubt back to his old senses and not that crazed self he showed before, so following behind him as they made their way back to the Squad One barracks where they made their way abck to the Captains office where Ryuu was waiting form him, probably to give the report like last time. "The Shinigami has been subdued and brought back to Squad Twelve, it was more difficult than the last missions that's for sure."

Shinji waited for Yu to enter and once he did Yu gave him a brief run down of the mission then Shinji nodded and spoke "I see...well it appears both of you took quite a few hits however you made it back alive and with the target in one piece...true praise be given to you...many would have just aimed to kill the target as capturing it would have seemed to difficult however I see my trust in you both was not mistaken...the mission was done quite quickly also...so it was clear you wasted no time...Now you two may rest...especially you Ryuu...three missions in a row must be taxing on the body even for someone such as yourself. Be proud however...in a matter of days you have truly shown your worth and flew through the ranks...It pleases me to announce you both as 4th seats of your Squads...you are now both dismissed...you may wish to celebrate your new promotions Ryuu listened to the Head Captain and once he was told to leave he did so and stepped out of the Head Captains office and into the hall as he closed his eyes and waited..

(16 points...it was a Vizard practically so yeah xD)

Yu saw some hands hold the man in place, maybe Ryuu was realizing what the objective of the mission truly was, thank god for that, Trying to hold off Ryuu from killing this man would have been disastrous for him. So when Yu's fist shattered the mask revealing the mans blank look as he fell to the ground, Ryuu popped out o the ground seeming more normal than before, with the look in his eyes being gone, he then used a bakudo to tie up the man and then said Squad twelve while walking away. However carrying the man alll the way back might be difficult so Yu made another giant wolf and placed the man on the wolves back and then began heading back from where they came to deliver the man to Squad twelve.

They soon arrived at Squad 12 and once they did they were greeted at the gates by Zero who looked at Ryuu for a moment then to Yu and his wolf but mostly the Shinigami it was carrying " Well done...you have helped me out greatly, this one was going to be trouble and it seems the Head Captain made the right choice sending you both...I can see why he is promoting you both so rapidly...your skills continue to grow...now. If you will excuse me I shall take this Shinigami and get to work...I really must find an antidote as soon as possible..." Zero shunpoed ontop of the wolf and picked up the Shinigami then shunpoed back to the ground and walked towards Squad 12. Ryuu then turned to Yu and spoke "Squad 1..." he knew that Yu knew where they would go next but still...it had to be said so he knew Ryuu wasn't just disappearing. Ryuu began to make his way to Squad 1 and once they arrived he made his way to the Head Captains office and knocked on the door and entered once he was told to do so, Ryuu stopped in the middle of the room and waited for Yu to enter

Shoske let out a sigh of relief "Yeah, lets go home already. I'm tired of this place" He turned to the small girl, who was attempting to fly by flapping her wings. He sheathed his zanpakuto and held out his hand "Want to come with us? Its much better than this place" She looked around then nodded multiple times, before grabbing his hand. Shoske let out a chuckle and walked up to Kaizo, holding the young girls hand. He waited for Kaizo to crush the orb, so they could finally return home. He wondered how things were without him, how Lahel was. (( I don't think Emilo would mind if we skip him xD or we can wait ))

(I'm very sure he wont mind xD and I'ma wing this part xD)

Kaizo waited till everyone had gathered then he crushed the orb which then released a bright light that engulfed them all and before they knew it they had appeared outside of the Squad 4 barracks. Kaizo looked around then let out a sigh of relief...he survived...somehow...it was a difficult fight with the guardian but they managed to kill it...however the true goal of the mission had failed but there was nothing more they could do...nothing at all...Kaizo then walked into the Squad 4 barracks expecting the others to follow, he ignored the Squad 4 nurses trying to tell him to get treatment as he made his way to the Captains office and knocked on the door "Captain...it's Kaizo...we've returned..." Kaizo waited to be let in before entering and taking his place in the room and showing the proper respect to the Captain

(you can do this scene in the past of future if Viole is currently busy...xD)

As his yellow rods stopped the man Yu was prepared to again try and shatter the mans mask, only to see Ryuu appear above the Hollow man with smoke pouring from his body, and his sword. Yu grit his teeth wondering why Ryuu was so intent on killing the man when they were told directly by the Head Captain at that to bring the man back alive. As Ryuu flung an arc of his spiritual energy at the man, he roared with his own spiritual energy exploding wiping away the arc coming at him, and engulfing Ryuu. Yu saw Ryuu on the ground and with the Hollow man facing him, he started to walk towards Yu too, only to be stopped by Ryuu who taunted the man with his collection of various hollows who shot their own ceros they collided with the man causing dust to shoot everywhere, once it cleared Ryuu was nowhere insight but the man still was and Yu could see the damage that had been done. Ryuu was probably waiting for Yu to do something to kill the man, Yu grunted as he shunpoed in front of the man with Yu's spiritual energy covering his left arm. Yu then swung his fist at the mans face in hopes to shatter the mask.

The Hollow Shinigami looked at it's wounds as they began to bubble then suddenly Yu appeared infront of it, The hollow went to move back but found it impossible as hands shot out the ground and held it in place stopping it from moving then Yu's fist collided with it's mask causing it to shatter revealing the Shinigami with a rather blank look, the Shinigami dropped to his knee's then flat on the floor as the hole that formed in his chest healed up, Ryuu's right hand then shot out the ground and gripped his Zanpakuto as he crawled out the ground, his wounds entirely healed, his Spiritual energy slightly higher than before but his uniform however was still torn and ruined and the crazed look he had was gone. Ryuu then pointed his left hand at the Shinigami as an orange rope flew out from it and wrapped around the Shinigami "Bakudo 9...Horin..." Ryuu sheathed his Zanpakuto then walked past Yu "Squad 12..." Ryuu wasn't going to carry the Shinigami to Squad 12...so it was up to Yu to do it...
