Tenso grinned as Yu got up, appearing more hollowfied than before "Well shit you really are turning hollow..." Tenso then watched as Yu appeared infront of him, it was a bit faster but not much, Tenso raised his arms up infront of him like a boxer then ducked Yu's attack with his left arm, whilst ducked Tenso slammed his fist into Yu's gut then rose up and hooked Yu with his left fist, he then brought his right fist up and smashed it into Yu's chin delivering an uppercut that would send him into the air, Tenso then sonido'd above Yu as he flew through, he then flipped forwards in the air and smashed his right heel into Yu's gut and sent him flying down to the ground with great force. Tenso then chuckled as he shot down at Yu with great speed and stomped on his gut with his right foot then, he reached down with his left hand and grabbed Yu by the neck and lifted him to the air "You can think your a hollow all you want...but in my eyes...your just the usual piece of shit I see everyday around my parts" Tenso then cocked his right arm back and clenched his fist as he aimed to deliver a final punch to Yu's face but before he could send it forwards his arm was grabbed by another Arrancar which caused Tenso to turn and look "The fuck you doing!? I'm about to kill this shit!" The Arrancar looked at Tenso then spoke "You aren't even meant to be here...you know our orders...and your breaking them...it's like history just keeps repeating itself" The Arrancar then unsheathed his Zanpakuto and placed it gently under Yu's mask and cracked it off. "Tch!...Whatever...he's done anyway" Tenso then threw Yu to the ground as a yellow beam shot down around both the arrancar and began to take them up into the Garganta that had formed. Tenso then looked at the other Arrancar and spoke "You really are an annoying shit Sentura..." Sentura closed his eyes and crossed his arms they raised closer to the Garganta "Stop complaining...you'll be lucky that you don't get punished for this. If you killed this Shinigami then who knows what sort of crap would come our way..." Before anything else could be heard from them they disappeared into the Garganta leaving the area they were in a mess

Shinigami, Hollow...I'll kill you all the same" Tenso then grinned once again watching Yu shunpo, it was slow compared to Tenso's Sonido which was why it was so easy to track. Tenso didn't even turn when Yu appeared behind him, he just raised his right hand up and caught Yu's Shikai then gripped onto it "...I have one of the strongest Hierro...your blunt Shikai aint getting through" Tenso then threw Yu over his shoulder and towards the ground, Tenso's left palm was aimed at Yu as he flew to the ground then a cero fired from it at incredible speed aiming to further force Yu into the ground and cause greater damage

Yup and of course you have to use reality there if using Hado 90...soooo...yeah once a battle is literally it's limit...twice if your pushing it...but it drains the energy BIG time so you know use...bleach Reality with RP reality and common sense and you soon understand what you can and cant use a lot xD

"Oh so thats the hottie that Yu had some fun with." Hollow Yu turned his head back toward the man and shunpoed to the left of him. "My turn hotshot." Yu said as he swung his right leg upwards at the man.

Tenso stood on the air as he looked down at Yu as he began to hollowfy which made him raise an eyebrow "What the fuck is this shit!" He then felt a burst of energy come from Yu which made his eyes widen a moment due to not expecting it but they soon narrowed as a grin formed on his face "Ohohohoho this is gunna get fun!" Tenso watched as Yu appeared to his left. "Tch! Shunpo? that's slow!" Tenso then twisted his body to the right avoiding the kick then Tenso threw the right side of his body towards Yu, his arm cocked back as he he threw it to Yu's face, a red glow emitting from it as he did

Basically it's like this for an explanation

You see? Stops someone from spamming the same move over and over again and usually they have posts of 2 and above. For something like I just mentioned it'd be 3 or 4 post cool down. That's what it is. The stronger the ability, the longer it's cool down. As for duration that means how long it will last. Most last one post but some last longer and then the cool down will likely be longer and go from when the duration of that skill ends.

As for Bankai you don't need it at all yet so you can literally scrap it and then work on it later when the time comes...take time with something like a Bankai cause you will literally only get the one chance to have something good...this is why you should develop it over time ^.^

Kazuya had been sat in a very quiet park reading a book, he didn't like busy places and even within this park he was sat behind a tree out of sight, he found it awkward being around people...their eyes looking at him, it made him want to curl up into a ball and just close his eyes and imagine they weren't there but he couldn't...that'd only just attract their attention further...so...really all he could do was just look at the ground and kinda hope they didn't pay much attention to him. Even now Kazuya's confidence prohibited him from summoning up the courage to go and ask to join a Squad...he didn't want to join a Squad which was rather combat focused but he also really didn't want to join a Squad where he'd be doing nothing combat orientated...he didn't really know where he'd fit in...which made him feel really depressed...he wanted to fit in...but he just couldn't because of his lack of confidence. Even seeing a Captain was intimidating well...even normal Shinigami were so a Captain was something else...talking to them...he'd just...freeze...
