"Yeah, but my eyes were looking forward," Takeshi said with a chuckle as he looked down at the five 'six brunette, "I guess that's fair then, do you know where one gets a potato? Because I'm not very knowledge of.....Food....Places." Takeshi ran his hand through his hair, feeling a little bit hot. It wasn't unbearable yet, but he did have the urge to flip his Shihakushō off, but that was with any heat. He was just uncomfortable now, not really sure what to make of the situation still. But it was just getting her a new potato right? Nothing too much, they'd part ways afterwards.

Sasha listened to the man as she held her posture then when he said about not knowing where to get a Potato she literally gave a look of disbelief "You don't know where to find a Potato!? COME WITH ME!!" Sasha stormed past the man and grabbed him by his collar as she dragged him along as if she was on a mission...well...it was to her...she needed to educate this dumb dumb about where to get the best Potato's! Sasha dragged him through many different ally's before they reached this small stall that sold Potato's...just...Potato's...they were the perfect Potato's! they were perfect in size, in taste and about everything else! Sasha then pointed to the stall and then spoke "THIS! is where you get a Potato...not any Potato though! these are the best Potato's! so get going and buy me a Ms Potato so Mr Potato is alone when I cook him tonight!"

Nishiki managed to wound Yukimoto, but clearly that was nowhere near enough for her. She watched as Yukimoto fell onto the floor and didn't wait to swing her Scythe back again, her right hand gripping halfway on the bar of the Scythe while her left gripped near the bottom. Nishiki darted towards Yukimoto as he stabbed his flaming sword into the ground. She growled deeply beneath grit teeth. She then quickly dodged the flaming pillow threatening to consume her by quickly darting to the left before continuing her journey to Yukimoto and swinging her Scythe further back, aiming to cut into either Yukimoto's cheek of neck. Throughout the whole time, Nishiki's glare stayed fixed to him, never to budge.

Ken watched as Nishiki dodged, it was clear she was a lot more nimble than he had first thought...however he didn't want to die...not yet...he had to do something. Ken pulled his Zanpakuto out of the ground then he appeared as if he was going to clash with Nishiki however he shunpoed past her and ran at Shiro. his Zanpakuto held behind his head as he ran towards Shiro, he then slashed down at Shiro only to have his Zanpakuto caught by him "...Goodbye...Ken Yukimoto..." Ken tried to pull his Zanpakuto out from Shiro's grip but it just wouldn't budge, obviously Shiro was hoping Nishiki would capitalize on this and use her Scythe in the appropriate way to deliver the final blow...

Rio's eyes grew wide as she hit Kaizo. He just stood dead still and took the attack. Her trail of thought was sliced short as Kaizo fired a powerful Sōkatsui at her. Immediately, Rio blocked her face by lifting both arms crossed over her face as she withstood the attack, knowing that she wouldn't of been fast enough to escape it even if she tried. The attack hit her head-on and swallowed her whole. After the Hado has diminished, Rio became visible again, her body smoking as she panted heavily with her head tilted downwards so that half of her face was covered by her hair. The clothing on her forearms had been burned off, searing the skin on her arms and legs. After taking a moment to recompose herself, she stood up straight, both Zanpakuto's in her hands before she launched off of her back foot, aiming to slice the front of Kaizo's chest with both blades parallel from the top of his right shoulder down to his left hip. Her teeth were grit and eyes focused on Kaizo's form.

Kaizo remained where he stood as he watched Rio take the attack, he then saw her dart out from the little smoke that remained and come at Kaizo aiming to cut him in what seemed like a cross pattern, Kaizo grabbed the hilt of his Zanpakuto with his left hand and ripped it out of it's sheath as he lifted his Zanpakuto to meet with Rio's as they crossed, effectively blocking both, he would then give one more harder push to break them apart before swinging the right side of his body in towards Rio as he right fist flew up towards her gut. He put enough force into the punch that he could send her back a little bit, Kaizo needed this sort of practice, it was good to combine something like Zanjutsu and Hakuda...it made him just that little bit more unpredictable

Once having released her clenched hand back to her side, in between waiting for some kind of answer (she knew to wait at least for a few minutes after all). It didn't take a genius to hear the footsteps approaching, turning to look over her shoulder. The young female spotted none other than a raven haired male approaching from the other end of the corridor at a rather slow place. Possibly a member of the third? To her, he didn't seem like one, but you could never tell these days. Then again, she wasn't even two hundred and she was already thinking in such a manner, man, that just made her feel even older! Looking at the male for a moment, eyes flashing red briefly as her gaze remained fixed for a few minutes. , her mind rang out. Crimson eyes soon returning to their normal golden hue as Canaan watched the male cling onto the both held within both arms, as if it were some kind of lifeline. Blinking once, the young female let her body move to turn around towards the other's direction soon speaking. Was the question asked, in a tone different from her normal cold and indifferent one and yet she had no idea why. Things like this were rare... weren't they?The white haired female didn't get time to think to hard on the subject, the door to the Captain's office coming open with a small sound. Golden hues changed their focus quickly, turning only to look down at the male standing in front of her. The haori easily catching her eye, so this was the Captain then. Certainly young for his age, but she wasn't here to judge far far from it actually. With a small bow of the head to show respect (considering it would be quite pointless to do any further than that at the moment), the young Shinigami then spoke. Canaan didn't think that extra information would help, but it was worth a shot. Even throughout that time away from the academy or any of the Gotei 13. She had not lazed around, far from it, training daily both with her Zanpakuto and without. The young Shinigami could only hope that she hadn't messed things up already.

Kazuya continued to hold onto his book and look down at the floor as he waited for the Captain to open the door, he knew the girl had knocked on the Captains door so all he had to do was wait really. Then he heard the girl speak to him or to someone which made him jump a little and clutch his book tighter as he blushed a little then the Captain came out of his office which made him sigh in relief. Kazuya knew he had to say something and so he tried to summon up the courage to utter some words "I-I'm here t-to join to C-Captain.." Kazuya then immediately gave a low bow as he waited to hear what the Captain would say

Nishiki's glare was sewed to Yukimoto the entire time, even as he released a large arc of fire that flew past her. She could tell it wouldn't hit her due to the angle the arc was released at so she didn't feel the need to dodge, however, it didn't draw any of her attention away from Yukimoto as he leaped into the air. Nishiki then pushed herself upwards, aiming the blade at the top of her Scythe to pierce Yukimoto's stomach, uncaring of the fact that he he was aiming an attack at her. She wanted blood, she wanted Yukimoto dead and would not stop until he was a blood pile of nothing but guts.

As Ken leaped into the air, Nishiki followed him up which made his eyes widen a little, he scythe cut across his stomach causing him to quickly fall back down to the ground. He hadn't gotten to deep of a cut but he suffered some form of a wound "Tch..a lucky shot!" flames then wrapped around Kens Zanpakuto as he stabbed it into the ground causing a pillar of fire to erupt from the ground and head up towards Nishiki aiming to burn her severely

Now that I'm in a squad, I'd like to go after a few Hollows, build up some skill points. To that effect, I'm really unclear if we can just run to the world of the living, or wherever to hunt down some hollows.

Usually it's best to get a mission from a Captain. You could likely team up with Aizen and go to..Wait...maybe Viole (Squad 4 Captain) or Xu (Squad 13 Captain) for a mission since Kurisa is about to get busy so I need to get things out the way as soon as and keep him free

Takeshi kept walking until someone bumped into him, he kept himself up and then looked at the female who bumped into him....Some brunette diving for a potato, she must have been really hungry to just dive for a potato like that instead of getting another one. Saved time he guessed, he was going to bend down to try and help her but instead she jumped up and accused him of....Hurting her potato, he wasn't sure if he heard right in which he gave a puzzling look, "Um....I'm sorry that I almost hurt him? Her?....But if I'm not mistaken I was walking calmly, you bumped into me....But it doesn't matter I guess, we can move past it right?" Takeshi said with a hint of confusion in his voice as he scratched his hair a bit, he wasn't sure what to think of this girl.

As the man spoke to Sasha she gasped a little then frowned "HOW DARE YOU!? I was basking in the glory of this magnificent potato and you are stood in the way! you have two eyes focused infront of you don't you!? mine were focused on the Potato! but you should be sorry!" Sasha then began stroking the Potato and looked down at it for a moment before looking up at the man and Squinting "You can't move on until you buy Mr Potato here a Ms Potato!...then...we may be able to move on" Sasha lifted her head a bit and pouted as she closed her eyes awaiting the mans response

Rio halted when Kaizo lifted his arm and flicked his finger, causing wind to blow a hole through the trees behind and her hair to be whisked back. A smirk stretched across her face. Rio's arms were crossed as she raised her left hand, extending her left index finger. Energy began to gather at the tip of her finger. Due to concentrating her spiritual energy, the pale lightening that shot from the tip of her finger directly at Kaizo, who was rather close, was much bigger and more powerful than the Hado's Kaizo had been dealing so far.

Kaizo stood still as Rio pointed her finger at him then she fired a Hado 4 at Kaizo, this one showed no intention of being weak however Kaizo remained dead still, his face straight and serious as the Hado 4 pierced through his right shoulder, then once the energy faded Kaizo jolted into action and threw up his left arm, his palm held open as he fired a Hado 33 at Rio, it moved at a far greater speed than before and it's size was almost double as it tore through the ground towards Rio. If she wanted Kaizo to get serious then he would...he'd set his feelings aside and fight her not as the Kaizo she knew...but the Kaizo that exists within Squad 2

Aizen entered and bowed before the Captain quickly, "I am Aizen Umezawa, I wish to join Squad Five, Captain Kuchki." he replied swiftly. Not only did the Captain look like he was busy, and stated that fact, Aizen was more or less in a hurry to be on his way. While Captain of Squad Five would be nice, it wasn't a goal Aizen had set for himself, Lieutenant or Third Seat would be good enough for him. Of course, he'd have to train hard and improve upon his Kido, "I have learned multiple Kido's and feel I would be best suited for that Squad over the others, sir." he added.

Before Kenny could tell, Captain Kuchiki spoke up, summoning them both into his office. The captain knew why they were here, and Kenny wasn't going to waste time. He cracked his neck absentmindedly, and said simply "Squad Seven, sir." His deep, booming bass resounded off of the walls, and Kenny sighed. Again the sound was akin to a grizzly yawning, but he pressed on, "I'm requesting placement in Squad 7, sir."

"I see...so we have one wanting to join Squad 5 and the other wanting to join Squad 7?...I will arrange this then. I would test your abilities however I am busy so I will trust that you are both capable of handling yourselves...you made it through the Academy so I guess I should give you some credit." Kurisa then pulled out two pieces of paper from a draw and wrote on them both then slid them infront of him towards the two of them "Write your details on there and then hand them back to me. You may then leave and go to those respective Squad barracks...I will let those who are in those Squads know of your arrival as to not cause issues*

I ask that you be quick...I have many things to do...important business" Kurisa waited for their answers. Neither really looked like the type to be in his Squad and so that lead him to believe that they were likely here to ask to join another Squad
