After he was told that the man wasn't seen, Takeshi nodded, "Thank you for your time." Takeshi lowered the photo and began walking away until he heard arguing. He looked up and saw Henry looking over the edge causing him to shunpo up to him. He looked over as well and then looked at the photo, he looked at the main guy yelling and nodded, "It's him." He dropped down into the alley and held out his hand firing a Kido thingy, firing a yellow rope of doom and capture.

Sasha saw the other two go off in the same direction which caused her to roll her eyes "Pff Idiots...they're never in the most obvious places" Sasha then continued to search, getting closer to where the other two were, she then heard Potato Eyes say it was the man they were looking for which led to her leaping around the corner and pointing at the man "I KNEW HE WAS THERE!" She had gone completely back on what she had just said...well...more contradicted herself.

The man looked at the three Shinigami that had just appeared and unsheathed his Zanpakuto and cut through the yellow rope then held his Zanpakuto out infront of him as the people around him ran off "Tch...so they finally sent someone after me. A shame it's three weak ass Shinigami...oh well...I guess you'll be remembered for the effort you put in" The man pulled his Zanpakuto back behind his head then slashed forward, over his head and released a large arc of wind that tore through the ground and ripped everything up in it's path, it headed mostly towards Henry and Takeshi however even Sasha was at risk of getting caught in it's way

Otto listened to Alannah then nodded "Right well I'll be on my way. Just beware that if they don't look the part or show enough confidence and determination I am not accepting them...I will not take responsibility for someone who cannot even make the attempt to fight." Otto then left the office after that and made his way to where the trainee's would be graduating from, he wanted at least some good fighters...he didn't want dead weight of any kind, he would not carry some weakling with no hope. He'd soon rather spare them their life and send them back as he needed serious people...not jokes

Ryan saw her have a slight amount of hesitation before reacting. Though it didn't seem like much hesitation, it was there. She seemed to get a grip on herself quickly though, and that was all he needed. He shunpoed back, "Welcome to the squad." He removed the mask, sheathed his blade then looked to her, knowing it probably created questions in her mind. The vaizard mask was part blessing, part curse, part of that blessing being able to test recruits' ability to react to things that they had likely never seen before, and a lot of the time, that wasn't an ability they had. He looked to the one who he had given the papers to "Your test, will be her first mission. Consider yourself part of the squad temporarily, just write everything on that form down other than the squad for now, as you might be switching if you don't do well enough." He then glanced towards the girl "And give her the other paper, please."

Kazuya continued to watch the two have their spar and with each second that passed he was more and more glad that he had spoke up about this. Sparring a Captain or even this girl was something he wouldn't be able to do...already he felt like he had made a bad impression. The Captain then turned to Kazuya and spoke to him about a mission and the papers which caused Kazuya to bow his head a little "Y-Yes sir" Kazuya walked up to the girl, avoiding eye contact with her as he handed her a form then he went back to where he was and began to fill out the form, leaving the part about the Squad blank...it sounded as if the Captain had little faith that Kazuya would be able to make it into the Squad which did put a downer on his confidence...the little he had...but he would still try show the Captain he could do good and make a good Shinigami. Once Kazuya filled out the form he walked over to the Captain and handed it out to him, once again avoiding eye contact as he then spoke "S-So when do we...umm...s-start this m-mission? Sir?" Kazuya gave a light bow before saying this, he didn't want to show any disrespect to the Captain as it could hurt his chances of getting into the Squad...more than they had probably already been hurt

As they made their way into District 69 Takeshi kept an arm rested on his sheath with his hand covering the butt of the sword. He watched as Sasha started checking windows which was....A little weird, considering people may have wanted their privacy. But they had a job to do, and he could be hiding in the houses, so he didn't dismiss it. Henry had went onto the buildings to get a higher ground and better view, Sasha was running around searching alleys and windows. Of course, getting the higher ground or searching alleyways with Sasha would go allot faster, but so would this. He walked up behind a 69 civilian and tapped the fine gent's shoulder, "Excuse me sir, but do you recognize this man?" he asked as he held up the picture for when he turned around.

Sasha continued to look around and unfortunately hadn't found much however a bit away from where she was some commotion could be heard coming from outside a bar where what seemed to be a Shinigami arguing with some random thugs. From where Sasha was she couldn't quite hear this however the other two may have been close enough to hear this and perhaps would have been able to react to it to see if the man they were looking for was there. When Takeshi asked the man if he recognized the man in the picture he simply shook his head and said that he hadn't seen him around

Otto entered the with the others once he was called in and stood next to Ryan, he listened as Alannah spoke and this was only really half interesting to him but it seemed he would be getting his own Squad...this almost made Otto sigh but he held his composure and expression as he further listened, he did find it odd though that he would be getting a Squad...Sure he was a smart guy an all and knew how to fight Titans damn well but he usually did that alone, he hated it when others got in the way...it seemed he'd be simply saving kids that didn't have a clue how serious this shit was and he wasn't allowed to let them die? great....so his fucking chance of dying just doubled...no doubt he'd have to throw himself infront of a damn Titan to save some of these brats. Otto then heard Ryan speak and a small smirk formed on his face which he wiped off seemingly rather quickly, he was trying to take this seriously...however once Ryan had asked his Question Otto decided to ask on "Yeah...I have one small request if that isn't to much trouble. I'd at the least prefer it that the people who end up in my Squad if any do that they have the heart to do this job and wont turn to coward once reality kicks in...I can't be trying to do my own job and keep my own ass alive and then do their job and keep their ass alive...I'm still only one man despite how experienced I am" Otto knew his request would likely get shot down but he didn't want jokers, he wanted people who were serious about this...really serious...he couldn't be dealing with cowards because he'd have no pity for them...not one bit. If they want to stand there scared and not even run then as far as he is concerned they can become Titan food...
