Bio

So, a bit about me then: First and foremost, I love to try and create imaginative and creative scenarios, that (I hope) push the very limits of reason and conventional thought. When I RP (mostly in NRPs) I aim to play powerful and big, things that are on the very edge of OP (I usually give my faction a ridiculous disadvantage though, to keep it fair). In other RPs, I tend towards Science Fiction and Modern Fantasy, playing side characters with some interesting quirks to them. I am also keen on trying some Arena RPing, when I get better at writing. Other things about me are that I work as a Mental Health Nurse (who would've guessed), and enjoy gaming and drawing as well. I also play trumpet on the side. I have a rough schedule, so I disappear for a couple of days sometimes. But never assume I am dropping out, I will tell you if I am thinking of it (unless it's really serious).

Awesome, I'll get a NS up soon. Have to read through the NS list and see what has been done so far.
Was this still accepting? Can write something up for approval, if that is preferred.
Is this still accepting? Keen to try my hand at a nation RP ^^
I freaking love SCP, and would be very interested in this, Just a quick question: Would the setting be of a survival horror type nature, with a containment breach, or a sort of MTF thing, with the capturing of Anomalies in the field?
Space Santa is Evil Santa :S
Nafi smirked, and spoke up a little. "No, that'll do. To be honest, it's more for your benefit than mine. Good practice, you know?" As she finished, Rane approached her and brought his hands up, a wide smile spreading across her face. Let's see if the stories are true then, Lizard Man... She raised her guard, and blocked his jabs, keeping him towards her front as he maneuvered around her, looking for an opening. He was much taller than her, and his movements were quick too. For now, it made no difference, as she kept her guard up and waited patiently, responding in kind when the opportunity arose. Nafi was also sure to land a few low kicks in his legs, so as to try and fatigue his stance.

The fight moved along for a good minute with no apparent progress, with Nafi receiving a few well placed jabs from Rane, and still landing low kicks, predominantly in his lower right side and thigh. She was more inclined to use her legs in combat, to make up for her terrible reach and weaker arms. Right now, she needed to get some distance between herself and Rane, so, as quickly as she could, she ducked after his next jab, and twisted underneath his left arm, slipping behind him, and attempted to land a kick in his lower back, so as to drive him away a little. Also, hoping to piss him off. Just a little.
Nafi observed silently as Rane jumped nimbly into the ring, and removed his sword, which curiously almost looked painful for him. "Well, everyone's got their safety blankets, I suppose..." Despite now being unarmed, this was going to be a tough fight. For one, he had more of a reach and height, probably weight too. It was hard to gauge his speed, but it was probably going to be fast. And, to top it off, they were most likely equal in strength, her prosthetic limbs boosting her power and him being slim but toned with muscle. Without hesitating, she slid under the rope, and stood up, jogging on the spot quickly to limber up her legs. Nafi was going to be solely relying on technique, which she was sure she had the advantage on him with. Still, she wasn't going to make it easy for him.

"Right, one round, tap out or knockout. And no killing, cause I think the captain would then be quite pissed we'd murdered each other while he was away. Mylik, pay close attention: This will be a hell of a bout." With that said, she entered a classic guard stance, and jabbed at the air a few times to warm up a little more. Yhis was going to be interesting, that's for sure. Maybe bloody too.
I'm getting a post up later today. I think real life has kicked everyone in the shin lately :S
Blacksam or Hael, post dammit >.<
"Wow, Mylik can turn invisible? How do you do that? That sounds cool..." Nafi vaulted over the ring, and approached Rane and where Mylik was apparently standing. :I'd kill for a cloak like that. Nearly actually had it fitted to my Harness, but it would overclock my nervous system, and I'd rather the reflexes, to be honest. Is it an active camo, or true thermal invisibility? Sorry, I just like to know this stuff..." The young girl grabbed a water bottle off the nearby table, and took long gulps of it. She didn't know much about Mylik, but she was already intrigued by him, as she is with all things she considered 'cool'.

Turning her attention back to Rane, Nafi placed a hand on her hip, and let the water bottle hang in her other arm. He was quite tall, and most would find him intimidating. She'd seen many things in her very short life, and it took a lot to really invoke any sort of feeling from her. Though this didn't cloud her judgement on the lizard man. She'd heard a lot of stories about him. "Oh, so you want to spar? Sounds good, just give me a second to cool down a bit. By the way, Rane, no swords. Heard you ripped open a Arcturus Main Battle Tank with it, and I ain't a tank, that's for sure. As for you, Mylik,"

Nafi turned back to him, "You don't fight? I mean, there's no shame in it, but still... Being invisible is a great asset in a fight. Half of it is gauging what your opponent will try next, based on their body positioning and such. With you, they can't do shit. You'd wreck them. Plus your reach is astronomical..." Nafi huffed, not realizing she'd droned on for a while without breathing. "Sorry, hand to hand is my thing. I could go on for hours. Anyway, watch us go toe to toe for a round, and observe. Then it'll be your turn, if you are up for it. Don't worry, we'll put you up against a spar bot on an easy setting. Sound like a plan?"
