You are allowed to make alliances with anyone.

I have been talking with some people about allowing certain 'Rest Periods' where you all can roleplay like normal without any deaths or combat. This is too improve character development and make it a richer game for you all.

Nice OP. Don't expect antyhing of meyet, though. Drugs and Supernatural Igrnoace doesn't bide well.
