If I did allow and encourage Character Sheets, I would probably make them as basic as possible. And by that, I mean VERY BASIC. Such as Name, Appearance, Other. I wouldn't want the character sheet to completely overpower the role. Especially for this game as I feel it would be hard to write.

Another idea that I am tinkering with is --well no. Nevermind. I just realized why i couldn't do that. Forget that. lol.
