One Piece~ The alternative Western story

The sounds of horses galloping got closer, and that's when Natalie decided to panic. She didn't want to hang. She reckoned that she had about maybe nineteen years on this planet (its hard to keep track of the years for the seasons ran together so. You either died in the blistering heat or you died of the bitter cold on the streets.) She looked around and found a cart that was by itself, and sneaked through the crowds to hide in the cart slipping under the seats easily because she was so slight, curling into a ball as the horses halted.
"I was certain I saw someone o' her stature comin' into this town." She heard a voice say as if put out. She froze even more hardly daring to breathe. They won't expect me to be here. So I'm fine hiding here. They won't find me. She tried to convince herself but knew from her thuddering heart beat it wasn't working.

She bit her lip as the sound of horse hooves went around the town asking if they saw her. Most had thought she was a boy and was counting on that fact. She almost squealed when the cart jostled as if someone was getting on it, biting her sleeve tight to prevent that from happening shutting her eyes tight.
"We're lookin' for an armed and dangerous girl." She heard some laugh at that. Most still had the backward thinking that a girl could hardly be dangerous. But most of the others gathered around listening to the strangers knew better. "She has black hair and blue eyes." She could hear the murmurs of the people outside. Blue eyes were extremely rare in this harsh climate. The most common eye hue was brown or black. Some said that those with blue eyes came from somewhere with tons of water. Some said they were magic folk. She used both rumors to her advantage on the streets at least a handful of times. Good news? The people would be searching for me and I'm here. So maybe they'll leave sooner. Bad news? Some had seen a person with blue eyes. Now I have to lay low and that sucks. Good thing I am comfertable.

"Midnight blue." Emiko says getting up from her chair and walking around the room getting a roll of cloth, it the color she had named. It shimmered in the low light of the room, making one think of warm summer nights with the stars softly glowing. Emiko then went back to her seat nodding. "It would work for you. I can make it so." After all she was a genius with clothes and making them.

Mitzu was deeply asleep, curled up a little as if to conserve her body heat as she hadn't pulled up the blankets breathing evenly. Her eyelids flutter with what her mind provided as a dream a soft smile on her lips.

Rose kisses the Doctor back wrapping her arms around him her fingers toying with his messy hair.
"Extremely adorable." Caitlyn added also keeping an eye out for anything odd.

"It's always been you Doctor." Rose said hugging her daft genius in return placing a small kiss onto his cheek. She had loved his last self, as she healed him so he could be this man now. And she would love all of him, she'd wager.
"Daw. Now that is sappy romance movie worthy." Caitlyn teases giving the Time Lord a hug participating in the group love a bright smile on her lips. "Well I suppose it makes sense. Rose did kinda save him from himself and the guilt he carried so of course he'd naturally fall in love with her and become jealous of the guys she paid attention to. I'd bet my left shoe that she did it only to get a rise outta him."
"Shhh." Rose hisses softly giggling. As it was the truth. She had wanted to know just where she stood with the impressive Time Lord when she started traveling with him.

Caitlyn laughs at the visual. "No, stop that's just too outrageous." She said grinning knowing that she would have to treasure these moments and so was doing just that.
"And he had a bit of an attitude on 'im especially with that Northern burr." Rose added conspiratorially. "Kept barkin' at the guys I would pay attention to."
"Aww. Jealous. Even then." Caitlyn said patting the Time Lord on the shoulder as if saying, 'there there it's alright.' "Just shows he cared about you."

I could do that sure. I just have to do some things around the house for a few moments. If Sable wants to post before me or something I don't mind. I'll be around for a few more hours at least.

"So I get the whole reset on life thing, but what was he like before this?" Caitlyn asks generally curious to know.
Rose thought about how best to describe how the Doctor had been before this regeneration especially as she had told the majority of the story already. But she got comfortable as she told the story of how he regenerated and how frightened she had been.

I seen all people involved in a rp online at least once or twice but the fact that its happened again is quite a nice novelty.

Caitlyn giggles at hearing the Time Lord hiccup finding it funny as she put a bit of salt on what she called french fries, snuggling into Jack's hold not minding his possessiveness. She ate the food enjoying the simplistic nature of deep fried food.
Rose finished her food grinning also finding his hiccuping a bit humorous. Wherever his previous self was, she would bet that he was rolling his eyes and protesting that 'Time Lords DO NOT have the hiccups'. She didn't mind the whole same man different face as she had when it first happened.
