Rose rubs comforting circles on her Doctor's back knowing that in order to get better he would have to expel whatever bug was in him. Her nose scrunched up a bit only understanding one word there. Hmm. She wondered if this had anything to do with the fact that she was Bad Wolf for a time and what it had done to her. What would she be able to do? His language was starting to make sense even if it just was a word. Would it get better the more she was exposed to it? She had no answers to that. "Well who knew you had a sailor's mouth?" She asked with a slight teasing note in her voice. "I'm sorry, but I wanted you to have something to eat. You didn't have to have that much." She says apologetically, but figuring that this would have been a little worse without his having had something to eat. "I will be patient but even a priest has limits to what they will and will not take for long." She says knowing that adventures and other things would keep her mind off of his not saying it yet, but for now knowing that he did from his clone was good enough for her. How long that was going to last though, she didn't know that neither.
Tosh showed some signs of early Rift activity not that far from there -as if they ever really were all that far located from HQ.- It didn't seem to be another weevil but he had said to tell him when and where rift activity happened.
Rose smiles a predatory one. "Do not misunderstand me. I want to hear the words. From your lips. And I will get 'em. I just have to be patient. You're sick cause ya haven't been taking care o' yourself." She said as she soothe the cool cloth against his throat figuring that it was sore from his hoarse voice. She relaxed as he pulled a hand through her hair knowing that he needed the reassurance that she was there. "And besides I am stubborn enough to outwait you." She said willing to put that to the test wondering how many years she would have of her not aging.
Gwen, Owen, Toshiko, and Ianto were busy with their own things. Tosh was still teaching everything she knew to her protégé. Her replacement had to be convinced as well as everyone here that they weren't nutters or conspiracy theorists. But she came around as quickly as any of the others had, able to learn quick and having a pretty impressive memory for a human. Ianto was cleaning the area he used as well as making sure that the Pterodactyl was happy, giving her dark chocolate.
"I dun need the words Doctor. When you're ready to say them, I will be more than happy to hear 'em." Rose said honestly clearing his cheeks from his tears a warm smile on her lips not all that tired even when she had a brutal landing in this universe. She had gotten the rest while out cold and she had a certain energy even if she wasn't using it. She grabbed the towel again and once more wiped down his feverish face knowing that he had liked her doing it. Gwen and Owen left the medbay to the two whose attention was to the other occupant in the bed.
"Thank you Jack." Rose said grateful to him for not blaming her or the Doctor for his change in status of living. "Perhaps another small blanket and some pillows. I'll stay and look after 'im. Go and take care o' the world." She says kindly holding onto the Doctor, knowing he needed her close to him, and also wanting desperately to be close to him as well. She places herself firmly by his side, placing the cool wet towel close by in case she needed it. But for now she wanted nothing to stop her from mapping out his familiar features and from her messing up his flat hair. It should never be like that again. It was an echo of his emotions, she knew from watching him mess it up from exhilaration, worry, and just to mess it up so she would remark on it. She saw how much her opinion of him had mattered. He looked so down when he had first regenerated into this him when she hadn't believed it was him even though he changed RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. She had been speechless and frightened of this man who was a stranger and yet familiar. But she had gotten over that quick. And once more began to travel with him because he was the same man she loved. He might not be able to say it, but she would waste no more time dancing around the subject. Let him know every chance they got for she wanted him to know he was cared for. Deeply. "I love you." She says softly in his ear content in the knowledge from his copy that he loved and needed her from the bottom of his hearts.
I am not sure if what I put down for Remus is how you make the sleeping drought as I looked up the ingredients online cause I wasn't sure what they were >.>
A loud cluttering noise in the kitchen sounded of a glass cup shattering and something heavy landing on the ground of Grimwald Place as Remus startled awake at the noise his wand in his hand in very little time, his eyes open but still signifying that he wasn't completely awake yet, it took a while before the cloudiness in his hazel eyes cleared and he looked at Hermione a small smile on his lips. "Sorry." He says not at all knowing how else to react to what he would have done had his sense of smell hadn't immediately alerted him that it was a friend who had said his name. Not foe. He had earlier that morning after straightening up, used his time to go pick up some things from the muggle world that they had been low on. He hadn't had much else to do that day before evening came and he had been exhausted from the lack of sleep so had called it an early day after placing the things in the correct places of where they had needed to go before drifting to sleep right there in the kitchen. He clears his throat seeing that she had the correct ingredients needed for the drought she would be making. He was about to open his mouth and remind her of a specific detail of the potion but wisely kept it shut. She was an intelligent female woman. The smartest witch this century. Surely she knew not to mix the blobs of Flobberworm Mucus before the Valerian sprigs, but after.

Rose had been handed one of the golden necklaces at the cubicles and looked at it curiously weighting it imperceptibly in her hand a slight thoughtful look in her eye. She knew what gold felt like thanks to Pete, the other universe's version of her dad who became her dad in all but blood, who was rich because his inventions had worked. And this felt...for lack of a better word: empty yet still feeling as if something besides pure gold was in there coming back to the conversation at hand.
"Yes, all done and approved by the board members. And its just your basic weight loss ingredients of açai and green tea extract." The woman says a tad bit too quickly and Rose slightly smiles. She may not have had extensive military training as her dad had wanted her to do, as she wouldn't become a soldier, she had learned some tricks to pick up when another is lying. She hadn't wanted to become a soldier once more because of her Doctor. He would have applauded her for learning how to help and heal as best she could and didn't use violence until it was strictly necessary. She looked at the names of those that used the product having had time to question the third to last name curious about this Industry. For some reason even before this, it was ringing a familiar bell to her. Had no idea why at the moment but knew that it would come to her if she didn't focus on that.
Rose, worried that he wouldn't rest otherwise, lay on the med bay with him, it big enough for the two of them since he had lost so much weight her fingers still caressing his skin as she continued to wipe his face off with the cool wet cloth. "I missed the Old Girl too. She became something like home to me during our traveling. Course she'd be nuthin' without 'er driver." She says with a coy smile. She then wrapped herself around the shivering Time Lord to share in her body warmth turning her head when she heard Ianto enter the med bay again. "Thank you again."
"Of course miss. We owe him our lives after all when the Earth got misplaced." For without the warmth of the sun the human race wouldn't have survived long. Gwen was curious about this relationship between her boss, the Time Lord and Rose. She would bet her entire savings that Rose had been the instigator of Jack and the Doctor's meeting. She wasn't sure where this intuition was coming from but she never questioned her gut instinct. Saved her butt on a number of times while working somewhere near a space rift. She decided that it didn't matter. Jack was here, had hired her out of the entirety of England and what did it really matter? If Jack wanted to talk, she always lent a listening ear before.
"Do you think you can drink the tea on your own?" Rose asks the Doctor warmly cause she was more than willing to help him out.
And its gonna get even busier this weekend since its the fourth of July and everything. I'm just glad you got back to me when you could.
"That might not be a bad idea. Besides it full of tannins. It helped him before, can't hurt to try again." Rose said looking at Jack leaving the bit about the Doctor's regeneration out. Even if Jack trusted his team, she wasn't about to go sprouting that Time Lords had a way of cheating death. She continued with her ministrations. "Would you mind terribly making another cuppa Ianto? I would appreciate it." Ianto smiles sweetly at Rose. He had the feeling that if he said 'no' she wouldn't mind and would ask someone else. But seeing as he was the only one to really know how the machines he used to make the beverages work without making the drink taste horrid, he was a good choice.
"Certainly. How does he like it?" He asked curiously and Rose told him.
"Thank you." She said with a grateful smile that took the years and weight that her eyes spoke of. He had a suspicion it was one of the few rare smiles that graced her lips as of late, which meant she hadn't had a reason to.
"Don't say that. I'm here now." Rose softly apprehends him caressing his cheek. She just hoped that had she not been here he would have found someone. He wasn't supposed to be alone. The universe needed The Doctor alive more than he needed her by his side. He saved so many lives and if he wasn't around that many more would suffer and die. But as she had said, she was there and not the universe or his stupidity would drive her from his side, at least not for very long. She'd find him, every time.
"I know you don't want to, but please get something in your stomach. I'd feel a lot better if it was even just broth soup!" Rose said with a small worried smile on her lips knowing that while she was there, she would make sure he'd get better and help him from his depressive mood. "I would never give up on you. I probably would have felt myself die if I didn't have something to distract myself from my own pain of losing you again. I love you. I have since you told me about your past while having big ears and a penchant for wearing leather." She informs him knowing he loved her too, and knew she would have to wait for the words to come from him. They had a lot more time now that she wasn't aging normally, and she'd probably have to ask the Old Girl why when she got home. That had been her home. With him, traveling across time and space seeing new things and aliens, helping, and generally running for her life as well as getting thrown in a prison or two. Inside the TARDIS where she belonged. She got the cool towel from Owen. "His people are deathly allergic to aspirin, So don't give him that." She warns the man glaring at Owen saying that if something bad happened to her Doctor, she'd hold him responsible. Twice. She then proceeded to wipe down the Doctor's flushed face, knowing that if he was showing that much color, he wasn't feeling well. She wasn't sure what to do, but thought this would help, or at least prayed to whatever god, would-be-god, demi-god was listening to her to get him well again.
