"No. That's the second time its acted at all since we got that thing nailed down." Dexter said laying the cup of coffee on the island for her. It wasn't a normal two days that was for sure. And he liked the strangeness out of the repitition of his life so far.
Natalie quickly put herself on the wolf's back as she did not want to be caught by these things thank you very much.
"Natalie Hawkins. And I'm not about to let you die here." Natalie said her eyes thinned as the door opened allowing more of the candle light inside allowing her to see better. She calculated and took a knife out of her belt and threw it, it flying into the throat of a vampire who was about to sneak in an attack and once the others got distracted at what it could be on the steel dagger, she went to the window offering her hand for the werewolf. "You can introduce yourself after we get out of here." She said with a cocky grin.

Natalie went toward the sound figuring that if this man was indeed a werewolf he'd be weak on his legs her hand on his shoulder helping him stand straight. "Probably for the best." She said with a smile not at all certain if she was even looking at him correctly but would trust the werewolf over the blood thirsty vampire any day. They were said to be loyal and that felt right to her hearing it so had distributed the word onto herself for she was loyal to those she was close to. Not that she was close to a lot of people.
Dexter made her coffee the way she specified, trying to think of what he wanted to say. "My name's Dexter Sterling. I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself yesterday. It didn't start or end on a high note." He introduced himself figuring that was a good place to start. "And thank you again for saving my life." He said as he watched her go through a pack of cards shuffling them like a pro.
"Of course. I'm pretty sure the front entrance I used is out. Is there another way out of here?" Natalie asks.
