Dexter smiles as she was once more bubbly, getting the food once it was ready, handing her the banana she wanted, and poured some of the vinegar and salt onto his chips after paying the quid owed. He asked questions as to what the technical terms were for she often forgot that he hadn't been able to go through time only that changed just recently. He was a good student. "Actually this isn't my natural hair color." He says after the Doctor said something about wanting to be ginger having seen a ginger man walked by. His dad had dirty blonde hair and he got his hair color from him after all. "I changed it as most people fall under the assumption that blondes are stupid. Sure my dad doesn't care for what others think, but one can only take so much verbal abuse." He says with a shrug. Even if it was accidental his yellow hair had people thinking that he was only acting to be intelligent when he actually was, so had changed his hair with dye and people left him alone after that.

Spring heard his sad sigh tilting her head to the left she looked at him quizzically curious about what was bothering him. But she knew when not to pry into another ponies life and this was screaming 'do not pry' in big bold letters. "Alright, I could do for some lunch." She says pushing her glasses up her nose automatically making sure they rested over her eyes again. They were always falling just that bit so she had to fix em. She stands up shaking herself to cool down.

For sure which is humbling cause I know there are flamers out there that just want to tear writers down. So far, I only got one little negative review but it wasn't much and I always ask for my readers to point out my mistakes so I can fix them. Haven't gotten any saying "perhaps you can fix this" yet, though, I'm sure I certainly deserve it :3 but you write too? Perhaps I haven't read your stuff. Want to send it to me so I can enjoy em :)

Dexter automatically reached out placing his hand on hers a kind smile on his lips. "You don't have to tell me about it if you don't want to. The fact your willing to share this with me is...humbling. It bothers you and we don't have to talk about it if it hurts that much." He says kindly. His eyes earnest. He did want to listen but only if she was willing to talk and this was something she wasn't ready to share.

"I'm curious. You say your planet had burnt like mine had just done." Dexter says softly as there were other people at the chippy around them. He didn't want to cause people to look at them. So spoke as if having a private conversation with a girlfriend. Whatever people thought, was probably best right now. "Yet, here we are, right back before tea. What happened? Is it that you can't or that it's too much of a temptation to, so you won't?" He asked open curiosity in his eyes and one hopefully that told her that if she did decide to tell him, he'd be open to hear her and believe her words.
