Dexter smiles and throws away the garbage and walks along with the Doctor to her TARDIS grinning. "How about Christmas anywhere? As long as its in the past I will be happy." He says wanting to see a time gone by, to experience a Christmas in the past. It had already happened but he wanted to see it first hand. No wonder she got travel jitters. He knew he would if he had the entirety of Space and Time to explore.

Dexter tilted his head and nods in understanding stopping from looking away from her as she blushed. He had a distinct feeling she didn't do that often, and so had to get used to it. He extended his hand for the peel finished with his basket of chips. He smiles. "So how about another adventure before you go stir crazy? And this time I choose." He said with a small teasing grin.

"Well...." Dexter said hesitantly as he toyed with another piece of chip in his hand. "I'm curious. You say that your people started first. And have obviously advanced way more than the people I came from have. So were there natural births?" He asks tugging at his ear having wiped his fingers first though. He wanted to learn and she was a good teacher. There was talk on the television of perhaps a way to have kids just with one parent. But that was still centuries to get to before they had not only the scientific knowledge but the technology to make that a possibility.
