"Is it that late? I didn't notice. I don't think you should go home tonight. Whoever set you up for this might be there and waiting for you." Jackie said worried about him and his safety. She didn't mind his taking her home, but she would like to know that he would be safe. She supposed that finding someone that inspired these strange emotions in her could make her a bit protective but she became that way for many that were her close friends.

"Well that's what an ordinary attorney would ask and since they didn't have concrete evidence you did the crime as is needed at this kingdom, you wouldn't have stayed in prison long, but I didn't want you to go there anyway." Jackie said and blushes at feeling his breath on her neck. "But your welcome." She said with a kind smile.

Jacqueline rose an eyebrow and placed her hands on her hips. "That could be just evidence the real killer left at his place. How do you know that the clothes actually belong to him exactly? For all you know they could belong to me." She said rolling her eyes. "Look unless you have circumstancial evidence that says without a doubt he did it, all you have is theories." She said exasperated. "So can you please let him go now or must I speak with my father on how you would arrest an innocent man?" She asked.

Again like the title states, its a reversed POTO (title). The guy is a handsome dancer and a wonderful singer with a mysterious teacher an angel of music if you will, and was best friends with the Countess de Changy. Both the female phantom and the Countess are in love with him but who will he choose? [Will play the phantom or the guy depending :D]

Jackie stood and glared at the guards. "Excuse me. Jacqueline de Silva at your service. But I must say that he did not kill that guard as he had stayed at my place last night. Do tell me how one man can be two places at once?" She demanded looking and sounding every inch a lady of well breeding. She wouldn't mind risking her neck like this. She knew the truth when one spoke it, and he was telling the truth in that he hasn't killed anyone last night.

Rose kisses the Doctor back glorifying that for no reason he had started this. The last time he kissed her he had drawn back the soul of the TARDIS and had regenerated because of it. She was thinking this had been a long time coming and was glad it finally had occurred.
"Honestly I was expecting the worst to happen. After all, she can be her mother's daughter from time to time." Caitlyn said with a small shiver and smiles. "But then again, she's also her father's daughter and from what I heard, he had been a bit wacky in the head but a gentle person." She said stretching out lazily to crack her back feeling herself relax when that was done.

Dani relaxed a bit as this person did seem a bit friendly and harmless. At least to her anyway, and as mentioned she was a person to follow her instincts and they said he was trustworthy. "There isn't much weird going on these days, besides tonight, if you want to count that. I could have sworn there was a bit of danger here. Yet, all I found so far is you, strange traveler." She said motioning to him and once more pushing the glasses up the bridge of her nose as they had fallen a bit, once more over her blue/green eyes out of automatic reflex. "Could have been my overactive imagination of course." She said for it very well easily could have been. She was prone to having a bit of an overactive imagination...but then again that would be like saying a kid on a sugar high was destructive.

"I don't think its going to be all that exciting Doctor." Rose teases a bit. After all she was certain that Earth birthdays were more tame than a house cat than what he went through on his many.
"I don't doubt that. Not to mention he and Rose are in good speaking terms which is helping a lot I bet." Caitlyn said with a small smile. She was happy for those two and glad that the mountain had been made of a molehill with her worries that Rose would be too pissed off at the Doctor to want to see him again.

"Everyone I suppose everyone makes mistakes." Jackie said and blushes prettily when he softly caressed her cheek with a thumb and admitted that he might have feelings for her. "I must admit that I have feelings for you as well. When you are certain what those emotions are I will be here." It might be silly of her but she just might be falling for an assassin.

Jackie pulled back the jean to reveal his gash and ripped some of the cloth and doused it in alcohol and softly dabbed his wound wincing in sympathy knowing that this had to hurt like the devil. When she was done with cleaning the wound she wound the bandage around him as carefully as she could and tied it pulling the jean leg back. "You should probably have that changed in a few hours to have that wound breathe." She suggested as she stood up with grace a smile on her face. "I'm sorry you had to go through that pain." She said kindly.
